I would like to say that this website is fake they don't deliver any gifts just cheat.
I place an order before valentine and it has not reached even a week later. There is no reply to emails no one pick up the phone they have provided. So it's a complete cheating. I am looking for support how can I complain against them.

This company is a big reaper, they show something and deliver totally horrible street quality items. How dare they even do this, it's a shame that in India there is no consumer rights or complaints forum to report such bastards. They are not even afraid of any consequences as they know orders are placed by people in overseas who can't even track or get hold of them. There phone no is one that's never answered. I added some balloons in my order which they delivered without air/ helium inside, there was a missing velvet rose and some garbage quality chocolates, bloody morons

Paid for a Taj or 5 star equivalent cake to be delivered and they delivered a sub standard cheap bakery chain cake worth 75% less than money charged. Complete fraud. No one answers their phone either.

I sent rakhi way before rakhi not delivered on time some stuff was missing, no response and show picture of original hot wheels cars on website but actually received very old and fake ones, be careful and don't trust them.

I ordered box of dry fruits around 2 kgs with flowers and fruits to send India (from USA) for my parents and they didn't receive the box of dry fruits. It was a very special occasion and it was so upsetting with this delivery service. They received flowers and fruits with no dry fruit box. I think flower count in the arrangement was less. Very disappointed! I emailed them several times to send this item but they didn't even have a courtesy to reply back and rectify problem. No local phone number! That's called cheating. Buyers should be beware of this website! Don't buy. Better options out there

I have ordered Rakhi on 29th and they accepted for next day delivery.But till 4 days no one delivered nor customer care available. Before developing any site owner should think about the customer service contact number n person.The number has given on website no.one picking up call nor responding.Such a Stupid people r handling. They need to learn about customer satisfaction.If there is option to rate below 0 also more for them.

More customers are falling into this fraud team, but none of the organization or government authority could stop these cheaters.

My wife ordered flowers to deliver today morning, but it's still not delivered. Customer care is arrogant. Her mistake was not checking the reviews before getting into their trap.

I should hv read reviews before but clearly they commit fraud by claiming same day delivery when the gift actually leaves from a far off place 2 days later. A gift supposed to be same day delivered on Diwali is still in transit. Their customer service has put me on auto reply. Seems like their standard mode of operation.

Since last couple of year I've been placing Diwali orders and never gifts were delayed on time. It's always delayed for couple of days or more. They either need to come up with realistic estimated deliver dates during order processing or change their courier services.

These people one big fraudsters. I don't know how i fell in to their trap.
I ordered a cake for my newly wed brother-in-law for his b'day. It's not delivered. Sent email to find out the status--No replies. Called their only number listed --no response.

They should feel ashamed of playing with the emotion of others. These people completely ruined the special day.

I ordered a dark chocolate Truffle cake (Rs. 675) for my sister's birthday, all she got was a cheap basic cake with some cheap looking cream (Not even worth 300 rupees). Wish I read the review before ordering. You will not get what you pay for in this website. They charged extra delivery charge (one fifth of the cake cost) to make the person to collect not deliver, something cheap from local bakery.

Ordered an eggless cake without icing. What was delivered was something totally different with layers of cream on it. Upon complaining I was told as per their Terms & Conditions they have the right to change and deliver as per their convenience! It thats so then they should make it clear to the customers that customer satisfaction does not matter to them. Absolute cheats! Do not use their service!

Very poor service. I sent my brother Rakhi who is in Kolkata only couple of miles from their office about 9 days before Rakhi and they deliver it after three days of Rakhi. No body answer at customer service phone is always busy. Please don't use this site.

They sent damaged things and no things matched the photo they have put up in their website and they are not ready to replace it nor give money back.

When I sent them email they replied as below:

Please stay away from this site, I ordered a gift for my valentine and paid a high amount also, and the gift was delivered with pathetic condition, the total gift is broken into small pieces which disappointed both of us, when I called them they asked to send a mail to some team and they responded that they will send back the new item again in 3 days, and after that no response to calls or mails.

Really sucking... stay away from this website...

I ordered a couple of gifts for my father for his birthday, the cake got delivered on time but the other gift did not... I have been following up continuously since July 25th but no active response forthcoming except a cryptic response to check with the receiver if they received everything - It finally got delivered on Aug 4th after numerous follow ups(but no response)

First of all I ordered it from USA to India. After I placed the order there was not a single email for my order and detail. I contacted service there was no reply either. I will not order from here again.

I am happy... have not find any problem...

After reading people's comment i was so tensed but... they took time to deliver it... i was not even in rush... but the thing is they delivered my product... with even more nicer way than i thought...

Ordered a cake and chocolate bouquet for my son's birthday at Ichalkaranji. I was skeptical before ordering because of the reviews, but personally i had a good experience with them. Good quality delivery was made. Though the delivery was in the evening but was nicely delivered.

A suggestion for you guys... improve your site design. It's very old & boring.

My order number RTGI ************** was delivered in time. That's the only plus point. The multicolored roses were fully bloomed and at the time of delivery itself the petals were falling off. When I complained on WhatsApp the reply I got was - "Due to marriage season there is a flower crisis, so we supplied what was available, moreover you didn't mention that you wanted half bloom flowers." This reply by WhatsApp which I have proof.

This is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. If a business cannot deliver then they should close that business.

Basically they are saying that If a customer doesn't mention what quality of flowers they want, they will send full bloom flowers with petals falling off which will not last even one day.

On 2 previous occasions I have used this supplier and I was satisfied. But this time I am very very dissatisfied at both their service and customer care. The least they can do is send a replacement bouquet of any flowers which are not "in crisis" This will show that they are genuinely concerned about their clients.

There is a phone number on the website but either calls don't get connected or else no one answers if you call.

The online price we pay far exceeds the actual value of the flowers just to bring happiness to our recipient. Instead I was ashamed and embarrassed to see the picture my recipient sent me.

I will not recommend this supplier to anyone unless they show they are truly sorry and make up for it.
