I cant believe the amount of negative reviews this site has! I had an AMAZING experience! I ordered 10/16 mid day and all my personalized gifts were delivered on 10/19! Only three days! Thats insane! Ive never had shipping so quick, and no i did not pay an additional fee for 2 day shipping. I ordered two cutting boards and a wine tub, the quality is great, the size is great and love that the personalization comes with the price! I will say that they have a standard shipping fee but other than that this site was great! Also i signed up for emails and that same day was able to use a coupon code for 15% off! Super happy!

Ordered on 9/25 with expected delivery 10/7. Unable to contact anyone during normal business hours just get a recording. Can't verify account and no tracking just says in progress. Left scrambling now for anniversary gift
Ordered a bunch of gifts for work. Never got ordered. Emailed to see status and they replied back that they could not tell me status and could not cancel order. Most insane email. Call during Business hours and you'll get a message. Pretty sure it is a big scam site.

Ordered my gifts on December 3,2014. Never received my confirmation that it shipped. Emailed customer service several times. Package finally shipped - delivery for DECEMBER 19,2014 (which is today, and still not here)! Will not order from them again.
I ordered the juniper bonsai tree from Gifts.com. It was delivered on time to my daughter in Houston during all the flooding. Received one email with tracking by Fed Ex. My daughter loved it and sent me a picture. Very, very nice and would order again.
I wanted to shop the dog/pet department of this website since it came up fairly high in the results of my search. However, I think it's a forwarding or "feeder" website, because they only have 12 products for sale. Plus, there's a link at the end of every product description that diverts you to another website.
I ordered a birthday present for my mother in law on Sunday. She received it today (Wednesday) with standard shipping. She called just gushing about how amazing it was! Thanks for making her Birthday so special!
Ordered item (mens pants) mid Feb '23. Item finally arrived (3 weeks), but had what looked like a massive grease stain on it. Plus their size guidelines are inaccurate - way too small. Even though their return policy says to return faulty product, in this case, no, I had to pay for that.
Sent the item back (to China at my expense).
It is now April, and I have had nothing but stalling techniques from them.
The latest was a request to take of photo of the item for them.
Think about it.
1. I have already parceled item back to China. Tracking system says that they have received it. So obviously I don't have the item to take a picture!
2. They have the order number. Surely they just need to look it up on their own system?

My order never showed up the day they said. Yet to charge my account. Customer service just keeps replying it would be delivered on 2/15. No tracking info. Couldn't tell me if my order is even being processed. Never will I order from them again.
I ordered a special birthday gift for my friend's 40th. I ordered over a month in advance. I still have not received my items or my money and their customer service genuinely sucks! I will never order from this site again and I will do everything in my power to get them shut down. I promise. Giving all these innocent people hopes of great gifts and not delivering is the worst thing they could do. Customers make the business. Without us, there is no you.

My 16 year old arthritic dog loves his calming dog bed and I'm very pleased with the product. Lovely and soft, it gives him something to snuggle right in to. It took a few weeks to arrive and at first I was worried that goods wouldn't get here. But just as I started the tracking process it turned up. There was something wrong with the tracking number as it didn't register so this company has work to do around its freight and tracking systems. But love the bed so much I'm about to order 2 more, one for the car and another as a spare. Not cheap but well worth the money. I have tried to post a photo but it won't upload for some reason.
So this first one was a total mess... writing way too light couldn't even read inscription... they were very accomadating and sent me a replacement. But... here it is. So then i gave up and have requested a refund 3 times. NO REPLY... Seems it was a disaster since the beginning. Now i get an automated reply sending me ANOTHER replacement! We'll see
Great gifts if you want to pay outrageous shipping and handling costs and receive the item 11 days late with no apology and a refusal to refund the shipping on the original order. Bad business practice and poor customer service reflecting a "we don't care" attitude.

I will NEVER order from this site ever again! Shipment was guaranteed for a Friday which was perfect for a Saturday birthday. No updates at all! Friday evening I had to search for the status of my order only to find out it won't be here until Tiesday! And guess what? There is no option to cancel and get a refund! This site and company is an absolute piece of $^#<. Please DO NOT waist your time and money.
Placed our order. Was told it would ship within 20 days. Going on 3 months later, still no product. Told them to cancel order and credit my card back. Was told it was ready to ship. 2 weeks later, nothing. Told them cancel order and give me a refund. They said they would check with the shipper. I do not recommend this rip-off company. Will never try to purchase anything else from them.

"Create an account" process is challenging. The site did not send me a way to verify my account via email. I tried several times. "Live chat" customer service not responsive. I withdrew my order. This was my first time ordering from this site. I will not waste my time again.

I ordered a personalized picture frame for an anniversary gift. The package arrived in the mail promptly. I was so disappointed when I opened it and realized I had made a mistake when filling out the form online. It was engraved with the wrong year an it was completely my fault! This was Tuesday and the anniversary party was Saturday! I called customer service and talked to a very helpful man named Bud. He had a replacement made with the correct year and express shipped it free of charge! It arrived Friday and was a beautiful frame. I will definitely be shopping with gifts.com again!
I placed my priority order on a Saturday and paid for expedited shipping expecting the item to come on Friday. I saw all these negative reviews and was really nervous however this site has one of a kind personalized gifts and I found nothing similar so had to order. I was hoping for the best as it was a Birthday gift. The item came one day before the expected date and it was perfect! It was exactly as described; a personalized candle. Although their website never updated to shipping status, the item did come and they updated their status once it was delivered. It was a pleasant experience and I will order again. Thank you!
Loved loved loved them went on right the first time I put the eyelashes on the key is to get the liner on right and the lashes will just fall in line. I likey lashes thick lashes, and the kit I received had five pair they was like thin, thick, thicker, thickest I Ware the thicker ones I recommend magnetic eyelashes with eyeliner to everyone I have already told family and friends about them and they saw how mine were so they are going to get some.

I ordered this 2021 Hari Raya cookies Gift set for RM85, but Giftr.com.my did not deliver this set in this black paperbag with Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Giftr.com.my delivered with just a plain white paperbag with no Selamat Hari Raya wordings on it. This is not what they advertised in their website. Very disappointing!
I suggest this Giftr.com.my advertise their goods as shown in their picture and as they will deliver them to their customers. Do not advertise nice pictures to impress buyers, but deliver goods which are not the pictures on your websites. Giftr.com.my is not trustworthy!
