I cant believe the amount of negative reviews this site has! I had an AMAZING experience! I ordered 10/16 mid day and all my personalized gifts were delivered on 10/19! Only three days! Thats insane! Ive never had shipping so quick, and no i did not pay an additional fee for 2 day shipping. I ordered two cutting boards and a wine tub, the quality is great, the size is great and love that the personalization comes with the price! I will say that they have a standard shipping fee but other than that this site was great! Also i signed up for emails and that same day was able to use a coupon code for 15% off! Super happy!
I ordered a solar light cross for my son's accident sight. It came fast. But only worked for one night. And haven't even placed it out side yet. Just in the window…. And I have emailed several times. Even live chatted with a representative. And they just end the chat suddenly. I just want one that works. Is that to hard to ask for. I mean. I lost my son at the age 22. To a careless driver running him off the road while he was on his motorcycle 😭😭😭
My husband picked out several items for his birthday that were specifically available only on this website. It took me over an hour to get the order ready because the website is so unresponsive. Then, when I got to checkout, not only were the delivery dates nowhere near what the listings said, they "had to separate" my two items into separate orders, so I had to pay TWO $9.99 shipping fees! Now I'm seeing that one of the items isn't even going to be here for his birthday. My mother tried for two days on her computer and phone to purchase another item for him and never could even complete the purchase. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
I ordered 5 different items from gifts.com for my first anniversary gifts for husband and I'm a very happy customer! All the products looked exactly like they did in the pictures and were delivered just on time! I got worried after reading the other reviews so I called them and they were extremely helpful in guiding me through. Thank you so much!
Do not order from this company--after they agreed to cancel my order, they shipped the product anyway and now I have to pay the return shipping charges in order to get a credit for the items. That sounds fair, doesn't it?
I ordered a jacket for $77.00 free shipping supposedly CK for 45% off. I received email order confirmation right away and then three days later I have two charges on my credit card one for $87.00 and one for. 69 cents from some place in China! Now five days later with no replies or no shipping conformation on my purchase I had to inactivate my credit card. Gift to live is a scam website from China... I hope I can get my money back thru my credit card company.
I ordered on 10/12/19 and received confirmation saying I would receive tracking info within 3-5 days. I received no further emails from them. I called the number on their website and there's a recording saying that the number was cancelled. I sent an email asking about my order on 11/16/19 and have never received a response. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately upon my order. I have filed a dispute about this charge with my credit card company.
Ordered a gift. Paid for expedited shipping. Didnt show up when it was supposed to. Contacted them through their terrible website chat system. They said it would be 4 days behind schedule. They refunded my shipping costs, and reshipped the order. Its been 7 days since i placed the original order. I still dont have either order. And my tracking info still is showing in "pre-shipment"
Ordered an overpriced flower arrangement to be delivered to my mother in time for christmas. On the morning of the 23rd, email received that it will be delivered "with a smile" later that day. At the last minute, receieved email that it wasnt gonna happen because of "damaged product". Only offered delivery another day after x. Mas without even a discount. So I depended on this company, as Im abroad, and figured the only job of this gifts.com was to get the product delivered on time, especially since the delivery cost was so high. In short, they ruined any opportunity for a gift to arrive for my 80 year old mother in time. Stay away from this company if you care about your loved ones.
Bought a non-personalized gift for my spouse; it was cheap quality; wanted to return the item but they refused to take iy back and issue refund. I was told that if the item is non-personalized I could return it but it turned out not to be true.

I live in the UK and ordered a wooden house name sign for my brother-in-law's 30th wedding anniversary (over $100 with speedy delivery) - he and his wife live in the US. My money was taken very promptly. The sign didn't turn up on the promise date so we missed the anniversary. I contacted Gifts.com and they said they had lost the order - interesting as they seemed to still have all the details but had not contacted me!
Stupidly, I reordered the same product with the same delivery details. Three weeks later, the sign had still not been delivered - and Gifts.com had not contacted me. I emailed them again. They replied quickly to say that they could no longer supply this item and would I like a credit note or refund - again, very suspicious that they did not contact me.
I have asked for a full refund and they have emailed me to say that they done that - let's see if it arrives in my account...
I wish I'd read the reviews before making this purchase - I will NEVER use them again.

I ordered in error and let them know within 5 minutes and they would not cancel the order. Their stuff is overpriced & NOT made to order. Searched vendors after the fact & found EXACT item for sale locally fir 1/2 the price.
Ordered a gift for my sister's birthday. Never arrived. I was tracking the order on their site and it kept saying the delivery date was Jul 23 - and so I kept waiting. Come July 24, I write to them asking why the gift was delayed and they tell me they simply cancelled the order!
They claim they emailed me for details on customization on July 13 (which I'd already provided when I ordered). I went back and looked in all trash/spam/junk folders for their email - none! They refunded me the money - but only after I complained that the gift wasn't received. If they'd cancelled the order already, wouldn't they have processed the refund already and updated the order information on their website?
Overall, I think somebody over there screwed up, and they don't want to admit it. Disappointing experience overall. If they'd at least admitted their error - I wouldn't have written them a 1-star review. They should start by being honest and admitting their errors.
I ordered the "Pajama Teddy Bear" personalized for my grandson. The quality was awful! The pajamas do not fit the bear, way too large, the bunny feet hang off of the bear. The first letter of his name was half off and I had to glue it on with fabric glue. ORDER #*******304

I ordered a special candle holder for my "almost" daughter. It looks like I got it at a dollar store. I paid $40 for it and it is very small, it took over a month to get it in the mail, the wood where the candle is supposed to sit is covered with splinters. The sentiment is nice but the quality is very poor.
I ordered a 50$ 8x10 personalized gift for my husbands birthday. I did not open the box before he opened it. To my surprise, there were multiple misspelled words... as a company who basically brags on their wonderful personalized gifts, do they not proofread their products. Not to mention the first one took over a week to be delivered. Of course they are sending another with another estimate of 8 days. I wouldn't order from them again, id stick to Etsy. Totally disappointed.

Spent $74 with this company and within 24 hours received a USPS tracking number - 10 days later the Tracking number still stated "Awaiting Item" after three e-mails I get a second tracking statement from China - when I input that data it said " no such number" total and complete scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered my products on 11/23/2018 as a Christmas gift for my nieces. The cut off for xmas delivery was 11/25/2018. I did not receive an order confirmation. No reply to 2 separate emails requesting the status of the order. Filed a claim with Paypal and suddenly the day after xmas I received it. No communication, no follow through and now I fighting to get my money back. They take your money, tell you what you want to hear, breach their contract with you and then do not give you your money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!
Dishonest company. My gift was not delivered after receiving conf... per Amazon, this was to be delivered by gifts. Com. When I called them, they adamantly claimed Amazon was to deliver. Now I have NO GRADUATION GIFT!
Beware if you are ordering from this company. My experience has been frustrating and the customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a retirement gift and paid $39.85 to expedite the order (2 day air). The order was processed and shipped on Monday. Today is Thursday and no package. Mr Mark Ramsey (from Gifts.com customer service) stated that I misunderstood and I needed to allow 3-5 days for them to process the order, then the 2 day air time is added on with UPS. The problem with Mr Ramsey's statement is UPS tracking shows it was picked up and processed on DAY 1. UPS made the error, but Mr Ramsey and UPS do not take responsibility and I paid a premium to get the package in a timely manner. I called Gifts.com, eight times during business hours and was automatically routed to the "after hours" voice mail. UPS and Gifts.com do not offer a remedy. The problem with Mr Ramsey is that he failed to read my email and respond adequately. Be ready for poor customer service and a lack of an adequate response from this business. For your awareness, paying for overnight service, by Mr Ramsey's standards and Gifts.com, means you MAY get it within 6 working days.

After 4 months and STILL no delivery
I had to move and had a change of address order submitted and in verified.
Finally 1 month later they were "Supposedly" delivered to old address but Post office stated they were undeliverable and were destroyed.

I called and they told me that my order would not make it to my house till Tuesday ( A LITTLE TO LATE) then I asked for a refund we can't i dont have the capability to refund you need to call back on Monday.! What? I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it!
