The website is great, after using it for years I have finally subscribed too.

It saves money, as it snipes at the last second, therefore deterring people from getting tempted to outbid me if I place it too early.

Saves time, as I don't need to be around to bid, I set it up says before and it does it.

You can use it for free for up to 4 bids at a time, after years I finally thought I'll just pay to get unlimited bids at a time and I thought time to contribute.

Safe and reliable service.

I have been Gixen for many years and I just love it! I used to use eSnipe, but the fees became unmanageable. For just $6 a year, I have the same sniping functionality through Gixen with excellent reliability. I will always turn to Gixen for my sniping needs.

I have been a regular Gixen user for several years, and find it to be a very simple, dependable tool for gaining an advantage in certain ebay auction situations. Before I first subscribed, I checked out some other options, but felt Gixen was my best bet and I have never regretted the decision.

The cost is minimal, Mario (the Gixen operator) effectively communicates by email when needed, is constantly upgrading his system, and the process he has developed is clear and simple to use, and I have had great results. I am a regular ebay shopper, and in an auction buying situation I feel like my success has been dramatically increased when using Gixen.

I have been using Gixen for years and it has been perfect for me in every respect. Every snipe I have ever placed has been executed punctually. There have been continual improvements in functionality without yielding to the pointless ridiculous revamping of the site that is endemic to the internet. The owner/operator Mario is attentive to operations and issues and provides a user forum that has been helpful to me in the past. The fees are modest and it feels good to pay them to a hands on site owner that is so responsive.

I have used Gixen (both free and paid versions over the years, which is very inexpensive) and it's the only auction sniping service I'll ever use. You have to know how to work it and realize that timing is extremely important for auction sniping, and factor in server transmission delays. If you don't know how to maneuver that stuff, you will get frustrated, but that isn't Gixen's fault. Those who don't know what they're doing may blame Gixen, but the service is as flawless as such a thing can be. They are transparent and do what they say they're going to do. They are trustworthy.

I've used Gixen for eBay sniping for many years. It's highly reliable and functional, including mirror service. The cost is negligible compared to snipe advantages, such as not having to baby sit the bids. The owner of Gixen, Mario also does a great job communicating to Gixen users of any policy changes, eBay API updates, occasional server issues (typically main and mirror are NOT affected simultaneously). The Gixen forum is also highly functional and friendly. All in all Gixen is a great service that pays for itself after the first bid.

Please ignore the negative 1 star review from Fred F - Gixen does not install any SW on Mac computers.
I've used Gixen browser based on multiple computers including Windows workstations and Mac. On Windows I"ve used Gixen Desktop software a long time ago, but now I just use browser based. On Mac there is no desktop software available to install, it's all browser based, like browsing a website.
