“Better than ever expected”

First time buyer from Globalgolf.com. Always a little skeptical about buying used golf equipment sight unseen, but my expectations were far exceeded when my Mizuno driver arrived. Excellent condition. Will say FedEx seemed to take much longer than expected to deliver but that is not Globalgolf's fault. I would not hesitate to buy from Globalgolf in the future as I believe they provide excellent value!

Traded in a TM Sim FW and a set of 7 TM M6s. Got a credit for the FW but not the iron set. 6 phone calls to customer service yielded nothing. Talk to Jan, Logan and chuck twice. All were friendly and said they would speak with the supervisor. Zero follow up. And when I checked for M6s on their website low and behold there were my irons don't deal with crooks

Good website for anything golf. I love the way this site is set up. Easy to find what you want for a good price. I've bought several clubs from this site and always well pleased with their service.

Traded ina set of irons and was given a fair value. I opted for the gift certificate as i wanted to buy some new equipment. Everything i looked for turned out to be a special order with 2 to 8 weeks wait, these were not strange or obscure items i searched for.
I called CS and explained my situation and that i wanted to exchange the Gift Certificate for the original cash value offered at the trade. The CS person could not help me and sent me to a supervisors email. Told my story and now have to wait for an answer. I will circle back once i get my answer.

I was very skeptical after making my order and seeing all of the negative reviews on here as well as other sites. I ordered a new Taylormade Sim driver, 3 wood and 4 hybrid from GlobalGolf Canada. They shipped the next day and were at my door 3 days later, not to mention they had the cheapest prices on these items new I could find anywhere. The clubs arrived packaged very carefully and were all brand new as advertised still in their original plastic wrapping. I'm not sure if all of these bad reviews are fake or not, but I felt the need to share my positive experience after seeing them all. Would shop here again!

I placed and order for a set of Ping G 400 irons. The listing said that they were +. 75. I texted Global Golf and asked to confirm the length by letting me know the 6 iron length as 38.375
I took the clubs to be regripped and the clubs measured Standard length. I tried several times to contact Global Golf to ask if they sent the wrong clubs. There was no response. I will never buy anything from Global Golf again

I am so Happy with my "Nused" ladies Adams Idea clubs. They were far better than very good condition than I expected and was thrilled! I went out and played them this evening and the clubs felt well balanced and just right for me. I loved my first set of Adams clubs and when it was time to upgrade I got Taylormades for women - never liked them and have been searching for Adams again. Found these jewels in the treasure box at Global Golf! I will order again. Shipping was quick too.

If I could give zero stars I would.
When you trade in clubs, you have to call, and call to get paid. They claim 5-7 days, but I have traded clubs in, noticed them for sale on their website, called customer service, and was told I must wait 10 days?
Customer service is awful, and they always find some reason to de-value the trade in amount!

I had ordered a club thru Global Golf and was given a shipping and an arrival date, both passed with nothing happening. I emailed and called looking for information as it had been almost 3 weeks since i ordered and was given a 10 day arrival date. I spoke to Lynn, she said she would contact the seller since it was coming directly from them. She called me the next day, club was discontinued, picked a new one and Lynn had it shipped that day and I received it in 2 days.

Recently purchased a fairways wood and putter from their certified owned. Both clubs came in record time, well packaged and in immaculate condition. Called customer service with a question about my headcover and they took care of it right there on the phone and had headcover sent to me within 24hrs. I would recommend them to all my friends and look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Looking at some of the reviews on here had me worried. Well I'm glad I did a little more research b/c this is a good company and the value is amazing. I was nervous the product would take forever to get here. I received my driver in 2 days. I was nervous it wouldn't be what I ordered whether the shaft was different or the head wasn't a sim max. Well it was exactly as described. I was nervous it'd be beat the hell up. Well it was in perfect shape. I think you can see the trend. Maybe there have been mistakes for folks in the past, but what I saw showed a good company that provides solid products at an amazing value. I will definitely buy from here again.

I work at a golf course and I was going to recommend a lot of people to go to global golf but the jerk behind the counter With such an ahole I will never recommend anyone to go there. Global golf hire somebody that has more customer service and not such a jerk that treats people like their idiots. The guy I am talking about is heavy set and has a beard. He needs to be fired.

I placed an order on 8/520 for a 2 day delivery. As of 8/11/20, I have nothing! Although the 2 day shipment of the club has been refunded, I called Fedex, and they stated that my club is still on a trailer, and has yet to be unloaded, and should be unloaded and, I, MAY, get it tomorrow. No guarantees. Unbelievable. When I called Global Golf with my findings, I asked them to just send me one via overnight, or through another vender, and cancel the current order. They stated that they would not do it, but I could purchase a new club, and then cancel the old payment when I receive it. I stated no, as I could have 12 clubs stuck out there, and you have 2 payments, and I have no club.
This has left a terrible feeling on their credibility. I will never deal with them again, nor deal with Fedex.

Globalgolf recently displayed AMAZING customer service. A club that i recently purchased from their site had broken at the range. I called and spoke with a rep about the situation. I was asked to send in a few pictures of the club. The next day I was back on the phone with a rep picking out a replacement club, with little to no questions asked. They were super easy to work with throughout the entire process. Globalgolf has a customer in me now for sure.

I ordered a taylormade spider from them and received a complete opposite club of what was ordered I received a wilson and they wont refund me my money. They claim they indeed sent the proper club however the box came damaged and the club is not one they carrying they claim. The claims person I dealt with name is Rudi Fann if you do have to deal with anyone from them they will not resolve your issue nor refund money If the item is incorrect which it was. They are offer trade ins I'm sure someone traded this garbage club in and they just boxed it up and sent it to me. Do not purchase anything from them as they have poor customer service and are running a scam at this point. The photos attached are what I received and my proof of purchase with what I should've received.

His listing was very inaccurate. He said the rental on the farm was for 8 years and it was for 11. He said that he needed a $50k deposit and needed it in 24 hours. When the deal fell through, he held the deposit for at least 2 and one half weeks. So we got angry and he said be patient, Canada post is slow. They he said he wasnt required to return it quickly. What a criminal. And a liar.

Global was referred to me which is good for them however after placing my first purchase the item was lost somewhere even though it shipped from only 1.5 hours away. It has been 2 weeks and no one knows where it is at. Global has done nothing to make this right which could include an apology or even re-sending the item to me. I could then reurn the other one should it arrive or they could make a freight claim. They seem to be washing their hands with this and I feel like they are leaving me hanging. Amazon figured out how o work in a COVID world so placing the blame there is a shame. Its been more than 2 weeks and althogu they were referred, my first purchase with them is a very poor experience.

Had a shipping issue that was FedEx's fault on a Saturday, got a human on the phone at GlobalGolf and replacement clubs by Wednesday. Also satisfied with the "very good" condition of my used irons. I'll be back for a driver soon. -Toven, Zay

I bought a used Taylormade M6 driver in what appeared to be good condition fron Global Golf. After a few games the shaft snapped in half on the first tee at my local golf course. I contacted Global Golf who would not offer me any recompense as the shaft snapped in the centre and not on the ends. Thanks. Needless to say I won't be purchasing any more items from this mob.

Don't buy from these people.

I made and order and traded in a club toward the order. I sent the trade into them along with the packing list with the trade in details. I wrote on the packing list to please reimburse my credit card through paypal. The trade in value was for $120.00 dollars. I receive an e-mail that says I have a gift card for $102.00. So I called to find out why my credit card wasn't reimbursed vs. a gift card. Very conveniently they now do not have a record of the credit card that I used so they can't reimburse the card. So I am stuck with the gift card. What a way to make you buy from them. Poor, poor customer service. Be very careful with this company.

At first I was pleased with Global Golf when I first purchased my Taylormade Driver. Good price and fast delivery. Then the face of my driver started to cave in. Taylormade offers a 2 year warranty but unfortunatley buying through Global Golf you only get 1 year warranty. Makes no sense to me but thats what they told me after I sent them my driver. So now I have no driver and they sent me a gift card to put towards the purchase of a new driver. My driver was an M6 and the gift card they sent doesn't even cover the cost to buy an M4 from them. But hey I can use the gift card towards puchasing the new taylormade driver that they are going to get covered under warranty on my broken driver. Complete scams and very rude customer service. Will never deal with or recomend Global Golf to anyone. In fact stay away at all costs for all you know there stuff may not even be authentic ‍

Tip for consumers:
Global Golf has there own warranty and dont follow the manufactures warranty. Dont get screwed over like I did.

I bought a set of clubs through globalgolf.ca on April 30th. When I purchased them it said I would have them by May 6th well its now May 12 and canada post still haven't picked up my clubs from the shipping facility. I called global golf today explaining my situation. The person I was speaking with hung up the phone on me. So I called back talked with someone different which they didn't know why my shipment wasn't picked up so they said they would send me a replacement set expresses post. Once I got the tracking number the sent them standard shipping again. So I called again and they said canada post already picked up my package but I call canada post and they never picked anything from them yet. Save your self the hassle and go get fitted at your local golf store or clubhouse. This is bull $#*! never again will I order anything from globalgolf

I received a lob wedge TaylorMade big toe that was in such poor condition and I contact them and I wanted to send it back they sent me an email with the instructions on how to send it back then they recall the email at the time I was at FedEx with the email pulled up and was in the process of pulling up the FedEx shipping number and packing list when they recalled the email.
I called them three times and three times they hung up on me they will not take my call.
Don't trust them they will lie to you they do not take returns for there garbage that they send out.

Global Golf is legit, a great company. So far, in my experience their customer service is very good, variety of offerings vast and they are THE Only company (as best I can tell) that let's you Demo a full Irons Set and other gear for 14 days at an incredible price without any risk. I am new to golf and wanted to test out some "Game Improvement Irons". NO ONE in the Denver Metro area lets you rent clubs like this. Some golf clubs/courses rent similar clubs for the day for $30. For just $50 Global Golf shipped me a set of Taylor Made SIM2 Max to try out for 2 full weeks. They paid for FedEx shipping out to me AND to send back. I love this program and will do it again.

Received a set of used cobra trails. The review said they where very good condition. When I opened the box, there was no packing materials protecting clubs. My 4 hybrid along with some irons scratched? The clubs where banded and thrown in the box. Wow. Very disappointed. The 4 hybrid was the worse. The company allowed a full credit return, but I wanted just my 4 hybrid replaced. I have bought clubs from this company over the years and always felt they had good products and service. I have gone back and fourth with the customer rep. At the end I feel that this company should stand up to their name and do the right thing. Being in the retail space, this would not even be an option for me. I will not return as a customer in the future. Too many other options to choose from. They made me feel like I was the problem, etc. I admit I was not easy to work with probably because of their posture towards me and poor quality. The customer rep actually said that he was "very frustrated" with me because I was trying to get an equal or better credit back for their mistake. At the end of the day, when I look down on the club head to hit it bothers me and any other golfer that thought they where buying very good conditions golf clubs.

Apex irons in great condition with fast shipping. Will certainly order from them again. Communication was also great throughout. Ignore the people complaining about shipping issues during a pandemic.

This place definately has issues. Bought a used taylormade driver that was supposedly certified excellent condition, funny my wife used it three times and the graphite shaft snapped. Sent it back after three emails back and forth and 7 days later after I contacted them again, I finally got a gift certificate to buy another one from their site. Ugh okay so my wife has a tournament in two days so I pay 30.00 extra for a 500 club so it is over night delivery. Bahahahaha they over night the free headcover, junk, but free, and her club is not delivered. Call them and learn they sent head cover out right away and shipped the club the next day so it is delivering in 5 days hahahahaha. Yes last time I will order clubs through them and go back to 2swing who actually gets the job done. Buy at your own risk, but I am done dealing with this not so reputable business to say the least. Great job getting the free head cover here in a day though, so there is that.
