First time buyer from Globalgolf.com. Always a little skeptical about buying used golf equipment sight unseen, but my expectations were far exceeded when my Mizuno driver arrived. Excellent condition. Will say FedEx seemed to take much longer than expected to deliver but that is not Globalgolf's fault. I would not hesitate to buy from Globalgolf in the future as I believe they provide excellent value!
Traded in a TM Sim FW and a set of 7 TM M6s. Got a credit for the FW but not the iron set. 6 phone calls to customer service yielded nothing. Talk to Jan, Logan and chuck twice. All were friendly and said they would speak with the supervisor. Zero follow up. And when I checked for M6s on their website low and behold there were my irons don't deal with crooks
Fake discount codes sent out by them, a sustainability $1.99 charge at checkout? What are you doing for the planet exactly? "Recycling clubs"... Sell them at cost then. Just a crap company.
I will never consider Global Golf. The newest commercial is an awful display of what our children do not need to see or hear. There is enough of the "F" word in our society already
I am surprised by the reviews--the company must be taking these reviews seriously and trying to turn a new leaf. I purchased XXIO Driver, 3 Fairway wood and 3 Hybrid from it. The items were graded Very Good to Excellent. The two items that were graded Very Good were better than Excellent and looked like they had been used for less than a round. (I inspected them for any blemishes or marks--none to found, except for the normal golf ball mark on the faces which I polished off. The fairway wood graded Excellent still had the manufacturer's wrapping on the grip and looked brand new. I forgot to order the headcovers, so I phoned customer service and they gladly added it to the initial order, (I stilll had to pay for them) so that I wouldn't have to pay for shipping.
I received a 10.5 Taylormade SIM Max D driver. The site offered $50 off and free shipping! On time and Authentic! Had to write a review because the rating forced me to be skeptical..

After deciding to try their U Try program, I was informed that the driver I wanted to try was no longer available. ( why was I allowed to order it if it wasn't in their inventory?)
My card was charged $529.99 even though they never even sent the driver. After 3 days my card was still showing the charge so I called and was assured it would be taken care of within 24 hours. Another call was made when it still was showing the charge, this time, assured it would be manually over ridden by a manager. 2 days later, nothing changed and the customer service rep tried saying rest assured, your card hasn't had the funds withdrawn yet. After explaining that my debit card was $529.99 short he told me he would look into it and send me an email by end of day. No email and a call to my debit card company to hear that they have yet to receive a release from Global Golf has me writing this review.
This is around my 4th purchase from them and the first time there had been an issue. It will be my last purchase or should I say last non purchase.

SALESMAN TOLD ME MY CLUB WOULD BE SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY. WEEK LATER ALL I HAVE IS A TRACKING #. CUSTOMER SERVICE TELL ME THERE SHIPPING PARTNERS ARE SLOW BECAUSE OF COVID, AND THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHEN IT WOULD BE SHIPPED. APPARENTLY THEY ARE SELLING THINGS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ON HAND. THIS DOES NOT WORK TOO GOOD FOR ME. THEY MUST HAVE KNOWN THAT IT WOULD NOT BE SHIPPED IN THE TIME FRAME THE SALES REP TOLD ME. BEWARE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
I have ordered from Global Golf 3 times now, My used sim driver looked new, my new sim irons were great price, I ordered a shaft wrong, they fixed up credit fast. I will keep ordering from them.
I purchased a certified used Scotty Cameron Special Select Squareback 2. The putter was sent to me without a head cover, even though it was clearly included in the product description. When I notified Global Golf, they apologized and I was told that they checked and did not see any in stock to send out. So, I could accept a $25 refund if I still wished to keep the club. The upshot is that they knew they did not have a head cover PRIOR to sending the club to me and there is no way to use the putter without the protection of the head cover. Obviously, if you know that you do not have part of the item purchased, don't send the club and send an email instead offering the choices. Then, in order to put their offer into perspective, EBay has a Scotty Cameron Special Select head cover for $52.19 so $25 is not even an appropriate refund. I would think that the appropriate path would be to make a more reasonable offer such that I could purchase a head cover from another vendor and have something for the aggravation. Now, I have to take my personal time to find packing for a golf club (as I believe that I disposed of the original packaging), pack the club, label it and drive to a FedEx location for return shipping. Most importantly, I don't have the club that I purchased and must now go to another vendor to get it (complete with the necessary and accompanying head cover). Their actions were deceptive and their follow up customer service was unreasonable.
First off I bought a set of Mizuno irons and was charged twice for them. STRIKE-1. I got my money back for the second charge. Today I get an email from you saying that your running a little behind schedule on shipping my order then I got an email saying my order is out of stock even though it was in stock when I ordered and paid for it. STRIKE-2. Then I call customer support and I was caller 16 and made it to number 6 85 MINUTES LATER and you hang up on me! Then I call back and I'm number 7 and make it to number (1) then I hear that person isnt available and to leave a message for the person at 233 after hearing you Understand My Time is valuable around 150 times But obviously you dont understand because I called back a 3rd time and was told the same thing! STRIKE-3! I'M DONE!
Would not honor their return policies. Gave back store credit, and not a refund for returned defective products!
DO NOT BUY FROM GLOBAL GOLF I ordered some taylormaid psi irons from them got them if my 9 iron had a hole in the grip my 8 iron club head fell off the 2nd time using them my 4 iron was bent I took them to get repaired asked for a refund they said they couldn't refund the money but if I want to send them back they would replace them well they don't carry the same clubs I have so now they said there is nothing they can do for me. They said they can get me different clubs of the same value but I got them on sale and they don't have anything I want all I want is my money back they can have the clubs back for all I care and they won't do it they said. Eva use my card is not on there website they can't give me one but when I look it up on the website my card info is in there! I do not recommend. They say they got golf pros working there and they know what they're doing apparently not if they can't see those clubs have problems then they need help

Have ordered a promptly received 4 different used clubs over the past several months. The condition of the clubs each time exceeded my expectations.
I like this site, I have only ordered a 3 Wood but it was as advertised and shipping was not bad either. I have found this site to be authentic.
I received the clubs and were not as described or pictured. The clubs are 1 length and no toe insert as pictured in the ad.
Purchased a Wilson/Staff D300 driver, received a poorly made COUNTERFEIT CLUB. Never received a response from customer service! Cancelled credit card payment...
