Glowhost service is excellent and very reliable and stable, I almost had no reason to contact their support. The most important for me are their reliable hosting services combined with an extremely competent support personnel. They provide an outstanding and prompt help. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was also impressed that they advised the lowest cost package to me first, not the highest cost. I host a couple of sites with Glowhost web host, and their support has been terrific. They have been just as responsive on previous occasions when issues came up transferring domain names or reconfiguring software.

I was impressed by Glowhost homepage - they have well-designed web site where all the information are written cearly. There customer support is helpful and when I call them, they reply rapidly and always ready to help and explain me everything I need to know. Greatly recommended!

Everything is great! The support team are very cool and fast! I have been hosted with many other web hosts but Glowhost is the best! They offer free domain - it's great. They were extremely patient as I cluelessly asked for various ports to be opened to allow extra functionality on one of my sites.
Uptime is (nearly) 100%. You know, I've encountered a few small hick-ups in the last 3 months but in fact I haven't encountered any problems during the last month.

It is one of the most reliable hosts I have ever found. Friendly staff that actually know you and your sites and care, not just an operater in a busy building. I like Glowhost free Bonuses, a great price - what else can you ask for. I haven't had to use technical service but everything else has worked as advertised. What I want to say is that everything works fine with this decent host.

My experience with Glowhost cloud hosting's customer support has always been top notch. If it's a low priority issue, I'll send an e-mail and they usually respond within a few hours. If it's a higher priority issue then I open a live chat, which always connects me to a qualified tech within a couple minutes.

I started with Glowhost hosting only because they were cheapest web hosting provider. I did not want to spend lot of money of my website. After spending some time with this web host, I realize that its not right to say that only expensive companies can be good companies and one does not get good things in low cost.

The Support is always there and very professional. I used it a few time s for stupid mistakes and even then they were eager to help. I've only had my site down for 5 minutes and that was for a CPanel upgrade.

I have registered 2 domains and decided to host my sites with Glowhost for ourselves and our customers. One reason we chose Glowhost was for the cheap pricing for hosting, as we want to save some money for future projects and get reliable technologies services. I have been with Glowhost for a long time. While they don't have much variety in their packages (they only have two... they had just the one when I first signed up so they are improving), what they do offer is outstanding.

I was used to 3-5 day turn around for even the most simple of questions with previous hosts. Glowhost web host not only answers support requests and questions the same day but often in the same HOUR that questions are submitted. All in all, it has the best customer support department around.

Absolutely incredible service and customer support. I've been with many hosting providers and have never found a host that offers the service and support I get from glowhost Web Host!

Luckily I've haven't had to use the support a lot, but when I have had to use it, responses have been very fast, and they will work with you to get things fixed. Lots of features offered by glowhost team, very knowledgeable fast and friendly support and the price is reasonable.

I keep on falling in love everyday with Glowhost! They're all extremely knowledgeable and easily understands my geeky techno terms. The main thing is that they have sorted my issue out and today everything is all up and running for me. At no point did I feel as I was a being a difficult customer (which I am sure I was!) to deal with. Nothing was a problem for the team at all.

Every support ticket I have put in has been responded to in under 5 minutes and just about every ticket I have put in has been fully resolved within about 10 to 15 minutes. I have primarily used their support desk for help although I have contacted their tech support guy via MSN as well as calling them when I was not near a computer and they have always been very helpful. Glowhost provider is Fantastic!
