Bad Even tho the box had the correct description for the mirrors on the tag, the wrong mirrors were inside. We didn't have power mirrors and the was no blind side indicaters and the connection cord didn't work. I'll be in contact for replacement or refund.
In responding to my complaint that you didn't answer e-mails, you stated in your reply it may have went to spam or another folder. I checked my junk mail and other non-priority folders and your reply was no where to be found. Just admit, please, you didn't respond to either of my e-mail inquiries. It would be nice if you had a telephone number for ordering parts instead of funky on-line chat.
Overall a great experience. Quality part, good detailed information about unpacking the parts. Part arrived quickly. The only minor complaint is I did not receive any shipping information. No email stating it had shipped, no tracking information. I didn't know when the part was scheduled to arrive. Thank you

There site says, "No Hassle returns." They mean there is no hassle for them, but for you their valued customer, just get ready for the restock fees, paying for return shipping and no refund of the original shipping. I ordered the correct part, but determined that I did not need it to complete my repair. So that apparently makes me a "bad customer" in their minds. In my mind, you just asked me not to be your future customer. I will sell my part on eBay.

I found the company through online searching for a particular auto part. It was easy to select the needed part and the price was better than any dealer's or brick-and-mortar store. Got delivery on time and in A-1 condition.

I was not given the option of expedited delivery, consequently I had to delay an important trip for 7 days waiting for my shipment to come via surface from North Carolina. I was very upset at this delay and it may affect my buying decision the next time. It appears there is a needed change to your ordering system to allow for a choice of shipment methods.
I found what I needed. I seem to have all orphan vehicles. There were lots of fuel sending units for sale for early 70's Dodges, but I needed one with an angled port for the fuel line to go on to. Most of the ones for sale had the straight port with a return line port.

Good luck on getting a response to any kind of communication with this outfit 11 days to get the part. I was fortunate they sent the correct part. I maybe spoiled by AMAZON and they cost a few bucks more, but well worth it.(And with amazon you get your part in 2 days).

Ordered headlights three weeks ago after striking a deer. I have been lied to twice about ship date. When sent an e-mail (because I couldn't reach anyone by phone) telling them I would like to cancel my order I get an e-mail 20 mins later with tracking number! This business is a joke.

I ordered two parts. I was charged for both and shipping for both but only one shipped. I would not have a problem with that so quickly but you CANNOT get in touch with anyone in this company. They have not responded to emails, the phone number always indicates that it is outside of business hours, and the online chat I just got blown off saying both parts where in the order although the email they sent me indicated it was only one of the parts. Prices are good but not worth the hassle as I now have to contact Visa and dispute the charges and then order my second part from another provider.

I purchased a side mirror for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The price was extremely fair considering the dealer wanted more than my car payment for parts and labor. There was no tutorial for my part but I did find directions after much searching on a Hyundai message board. The part was backordered and still processing after over a week so I emailed to see what was up. I got a prompt response and a 15% discount so I was happy. The part came and I installed it myself. Money saved. That damn thing had been broke for 8 months. I'll be sure to come back because F--k the dealers for those crazy high prices. Go-Parts.com has awesome customer service.
Ordered two parts, first one came in days with shipping info. Both were supposedly shipped together. Second never arrived. After two calls to Cust. Svc over several days and being busy with other issues... two weeks later the other part arrived. Despite requesting email notice of shipping for 2nd part (twice), it just arrived on the doorstep one day. I will purchase elsewhere next time.

Except for the fact that I had to wait an additional week for my passenger headlight assembly to be shipped. After receiving the driver side assembly and talking with customer support I was told the passenger side was out of stock but was never informed of this when I ordered it. Both assemblies listed as "in stock" when I ordered. Anyway, the assemblies work great and look as good as OEM. Very happy with your products.
My part was in stock and arrived on time. The end caps were a perfect fit with no extra work on my part to make them fit.

I had to get a new headlight kit after having an accident. I went to the Buick place and they wanted $600.00 to repair it. That was more than I could afford. My daughter found you on internet and ordered the part I needed plus the windshield washer motor which was not a necessity but I figured for the price I'd get it. I was thrilled with the swiftness of delivery. I loved the way they packaged the headlight. No harm could come to it on its way here. I had a friend who did the work for $50.00 and it was done in 20 minutes. It was so easy! I definitely will tell friends about this web site. I had a huge savings. The Buick place wanted $150.00 to do the motor thing. What a rip off! I had no idea. Keep up the good work and I thank you. It was so easy to do it on the computer.
Ordered part and was told it would be shipped in 24-72 hours. Took several calls and emails to finally hear back. They said they couldnt get part and would refund me. Two weeks go by and no refund. Today I finally get an email saying they refunded me 5 weeks ago.(at least they could keep their lies straight). They gave me a phony refund code.
Just checked Google and they have many complaints. They are on BBB alert list.

No customer service at all. No one answers their phones. Order is still pending even though the credit card has been charged, and still no product delivered. Getting ready to complain to the bank. Buyer beware!
Product was nice and as expected with the exception of a plastic part which came off during instillation of headlight. We will glue the part as we don't want the hassle of sending it back.
Parts were not shipped until three weeks after payment was received. I emailed Go Parts a week after payment. They replied it was going to be shipped out the following day, and they never did. Will never do business with them again.
I took a chance ordering a part from a co. I'd never heard of in a foreign country but was pleasantly surprised. Ordered my tail light assy on Sept 12, it arrived in Tasmania, Australia on Sept 20, perfect condition, perfect fit for 60% less than quoted by my local OEM dealer. Am I happy, yep; would I recommend go-parts, most certainly.
I bought a part, they gave me a wrong part. Then they dont take it back or even I tried to exchange for the right part they refused to do it.
It is a mistake to buy part here. I am going to let everyone know in social media and more.
