Bad Even tho the box had the correct description for the mirrors on the tag, the wrong mirrors were inside. We didn't have power mirrors and the was no blind side indicaters and the connection cord didn't work. I'll be in contact for replacement or refund.
Had ordered a part but when I found out how long to deliver I cancelled the order. Despite that, it got filled and delivered anyway and yes I got charged. I was no longer at that address. Had to then pay for deliver from where I was to where I live which cost me another $25.

This online store is the worst I've ever tried to do business with. I ordered two parts, which I needed right away last Tuesday. It is now the next Tuesday and they have not been shipped yet. Emailed twice last week, all i received was a survey to take, no help whatsoever. Called yesterday, was told that when they took the parts I ordered off the shelf, they were broken, so they had to order new ones. Never got an email regarding any of this. They said they would ship it expiditedly yesterday and it hasn't been shipped at all. Need to be a 0 out of 5 stars option. Don't waste yout time, order parts from another site.
My order was canceled the first time because of a payment issue but when I reached out they got me in touch with the bolt payment customer service. After briefly talking with them I was able to resubmit my payment and it worked. I did not receive tracking information but I got my part so I'm not upset.

I recently purchased two headlamp assemblies for my son's car. I had read some negative reviews about Go-Parts, so I was concerned, but decided to give them a shot. Customer Service was very helpful. Items were quickly shipped and in good condition. Unfortunately, my son was able to repair his headlamps and I had to return them. No questions/problems with return. Customer service was very helpful. Of course, they deducted shipping fees and I had to pay return shipping, but there wasn't a restocking fee. They issued my refund the day they received my return. Will definitely use in the future!
I ordered this item but never recieved any delivery confirmation. Until I contacted someone to cancel my order only to find out it was being delivered that day.
I ordered the wrong part by mistake. It was completely my fault. On the day the incorrect part arrived, I explained what happened and ordered the correct part. The next day I received a confirmation I would get a full refund for the part I ordered in error. The new correct part arrived and the refund was finalized both on the same day. I will be buying all future items from Go-Parts. Excellent customer service experience.

It was extremely easy to find the part that I needed on the website and the correct and intact part came straight to my door and was dropped off by a competent FedEx delivery person. It was packaged in such a way that it would have had to have something extremely heavy fall on top of it to damage it (taillight).
It was a random google search for the part that I needed and Go-Parts was one of the first results and reasonably priced.
I ordered an item from the Go-Parts website that said it fits my vehicle (100% match found). When it came to my address, it was not the right part. Customer service was not helpful and they did not want to retrieve the item. Highly recommend not to shop with Go-Parts.
I recently purchased a bumper for my vehicle which cost me around $640 with the $14.95 shipping included. The bumper is aftermarket and arrives completely bent in a small box. That is the least of your worries because the bumper I bought based on my vehicle serial number and picture they had to display the product was not what I received. I received a bumper with bumper edges 2-3x bigger than my original bumper which means it would have never fit my vehicle. When I requested a refund I was told I had to ship the item back first at my own cost which was a total of $324.78 at UPS with standard shipping. They refuse to compensate me for the cost of shipping although I did not purchase what I received, I was told I would only be refunded the original cost of shipping which was 14.95. My advice to anyone is to purchase your part from somewhere else because if this company sends you the wrong product you will be out half of what you spent on the item. Overall very distasteful.

The reason you gave for your return was that you wanted OEM parts, not aftermarket parts. As we only sell aftermarket parts, you would be responsible for the return shipping cost. I was happy I received my part, but the website said it was in stock & it took over 2 weeks for me to receive it. They also weren't very responsive on my inquiries as to the status each time I e-mailed or called the customer service line.
Ordered nail gun and nails on Tuesday, paid for 2 day delivery, nails delivered on Friday as expected but nail gun didn't arrive until Monday. Had to rent a nail gun for a job starting on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. A message left Friday resulted in a Monday call to tell me the nail gun would arrive Monday. No apology, no refund of delivery charges, no compensation for the $180 rental fee. First and last time for me.
This review is about the incorrect company. We are an auto parts provider and have never sold nail guns. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy you received poor service from whichever company you bought this item from.
This is by far the worst ordering experience I have ever had. Their site says orders ship in 24 hours. I called a couple of days after not getting any confirmation it had shipped. They told me that it had shipped that day, and they would send me a tracking number. Another couple days... no number. I called again and they said that my order had shipped out that morning. I started to wonder if this was some sort of scam, and that there wasn't anything being sent at all. Finally almost two weeks after placing the order I got a shipment tracking number. Four times I called Go-Parts and every time I called, they said my order had shipped that day. Yeah right!
I ordered a replacement sideview mirror for my 2015 Subaru Forrester. It appears to be just as good as one manufactured by Subaru and costs a great deal less.
I did have to email Go-Parts to get a tracking number for delivery since one was not provided in the original order confirmation, but that's "small potatoes."

Car parts are hard to find especially in Hawaii. They had great customer service, and a quick response to my email. I ordered from another parts website and they couldn't deliver to HI. Fast shipping and so relieved they could ship to HI. Thank you!

While the site was easy to use, and the part easy to order and came quickly - we were sent a different part that did not work with our vehicle - it was easy enough to send it back and get our credit (however shopping was not covered).
I ordered a taillight for my car. They charged my account but I did not receive any confirmation of the order by email. Weeks went by and I followed up. I was told the part was lost in transit and another would be sent out. Another 10 days and I still don't have my part.
Whenever I called I never got through to any one. My calls were never returned. My questions were never answered. My emails were never answered. I have not received a refund for my return. Poor customer service.
"I ordered a headlight September 12 and told it would take 2-3 days to process, no tracking info by the 16th so I emailed asking about it. * said it was leaving the warehouse the same afternoon and I would have info in 1-2 days. Still nothing by the 19th. *, customer service manager apologized and refunded the shipping, once again said it was leaving that same afternoon. The morning of the 21st still nothing, so when I asked about the info and part or requested my refund, without even trying to figure the problem out and how an order never left after 9 days of "processing", within 20 minutes I was sent a refund. Although they have lower advertised prices than everyone else and a "high" rating, I would be cautious ordering anything from this company."

I thought the product was great and looked exactly like my upper grill. The only issue I had is that there were no directions for the install. It took a little foce to get the grill in, but I have had nothing but great comments on how the large void is now filled. I would recommend this product for anyone who has the 2013 Ecoboost who may notice a large void in the front of their truck.
The parts were OK, not great. The housing that holds the blinker bulb is defective. It doesn't lock down on the bulb and the bulb came out after driving a week. If it falls out again I will need to ask for a replacement part. Also, it took a week longer than committed to receive the part. The price was good and overall the headlight fit and worked.
I placed an order for my 2019 Kia Optima. Front Engine Plash Shield. After three days I received a refund. No calls or emails. Just a refund. When I communicate with customer service, they tell me that they do not send this type of parts to Puerto Rico (USA). On the website it clearly asks for the address and the zipcode. By putting the address the shipping increased, I placed the order but they did not want to send me the piece. That is not stipulated on the website and they say that they deliver to different parts of the world.
