I ordered from Go-Parts due to their availability of the parts I needed and of course the price. I was very impressed with how fast the parts arrived...just two days for the turn signals! The front facia was a good price and seems like a quality replacement part, so now I need to do is paint it to match and install. Thank you for your speedy shipping!
Bad Even tho the box had the correct description for the mirrors on the tag, the wrong mirrors were inside. We didn't have power mirrors and the was no blind side indicaters and the connection cord didn't work. I'll be in contact for replacement or refund.
Needed to replace my TBI coolant hoses one was a straight heater I cut to fit the other was this strange shaped hose and couldn't find it anywhere local so you guys saved the day on my daily driver thank you

I did not recieve an email about a shipping date and the product arrived at my door without notice from the carrier which was a concern for thief.
Accept you could do better with the order tracking which was a little confusing, but I got my package in reasonable time. Just would like to be informed better.

I ordered a condenser cooling fan and the site just said order processing, no confirmation. I called and got voicemail, left message, no response, I filled out a form to request callback, no response. I didn't know if part was ordered or not so I ordered the part elsewhere. Next, I get an email that order from go parts was shipped. I went through the same routine trying to get in touch with go parts, no response. I filled out return form and sent, no response.
The replacement mirror arrived quickly, in perfect condition and was a five minute installation. It replaced the OEM mirror exactly and functioned correctly - OEM mirror was destroyed by tire debris on the freeway.
Ordered a side mirror for my car on a Wednesday, part was delivered by Saturday! Quick order and payment process and fast delivery!
Right part for a fair price!
I accidentally ordered the incorrect part and I contacted them immediately. I was informed that I needed an RMA #. Once they emailed me my RMA# I only had 3 days to return the part. I had to have the RMA# on the original box. Had to email them the routing number and only send it ground. Which ended up costing me $37.37 for a $55.92 part. So I'm basically only going to get $18 if I'm able to jump through all their ridiculous hoops within 3 day.

We are not able to control the return shipping cost charged by the carriers, and customers paying the return shipping cost is standard when the incorrect item has been ordered.
We also ask that you return an item within 3 business days of receiving your RMA number as we have had too many people attempt to wait 6+ months to return an item. As there is only a 60-day return policy, we would have to decline returns that do not come back within the time frame.

Got the parts in a fairly expedients manner. Despite being packed in paper one part was slightly broken. Just glued it back together and carried on. Easier than any type of return.
Had the part I needed. Website was a little confusing as I was ordering a side mirror for a truck and picture did not match description. Ordered from description and got the right part.
Great so far. Not scheduled for installation until mid Nov. I'm looking forward to doing future business your company for all my truck part needs. Thank you.

Only problem I have had is my order was shipped to the wrong address but that was my fault did not update my account information before submitting my order after receiving the new order with the correct address turns out my mercedes is a rare bird and the headlight does not work its an HID type headlight that is not listed on the website
