I ordered from Go-Parts due to their availability of the parts I needed and of course the price. I was very impressed with how fast the parts arrived...just two days for the turn signals! The front facia was a good price and seems like a quality replacement part, so now I need to do is paint it to match and install. Thank you for your speedy shipping!
Bad Even tho the box had the correct description for the mirrors on the tag, the wrong mirrors were inside. We didn't have power mirrors and the was no blind side indicaters and the connection cord didn't work. I'll be in contact for replacement or refund.

It came in on time and fit with no issues. The only issue was tracking. It said online there was no tracking info. Then it showed up a few days later.
First one I found online
Website shows their location is in Sacramento California. I find later, after ordering, they moved to Georgia. Since their website still states that they are out of Sacramento, I was under the impression shipping would be quick, since I live in the same state. Shipment took over a week, then only to find they only shipped 1 out of 2 items I ordered. I called customer service and contacted via their website email; asked where my other item was located. Their customer service agent said it would be shipping out of California (somewhere in the L. A. area). When FedEx sent me an email saying I had a shipment coming to me, I find that the other item I ordered was just barely being shipped the same day I called customer service. The only correspondence I received from Go-Parts about this order problem was the following: "Thank you for contacting us at Go-Parts. Unfortunately, we are no longer located in Sacramento. Our main location is now in Marrieta. We apologize for the confusion." This company needs to update their website and hire better or re-train their current customer service agents because this is/was very disappointing, miss handled and deceiving.
Tip for consumers:
Verify, via email or phone their location...website is NOT correct. They also use other locations to ship from...make sure items are shipped at the same time and asked for shipment tracking numbers.

Easy to get the part you need at a reasonable price. However, this part did not come with screws/bracket etc. I assumed the screws came with the actual part ordered.

Charged my card before they send the parts and I cancelled part, still have not been credited and one part has still not arrived. Out of three items ordered I only received one item.
I ordered a side light for a Honda Crx. Their shipping FAQ indicated it would arrive within 5 days. I schedule the repair with my mechanic. I checked their online tracking 8 days later and the item was never shipped, in fact the site said my money had been refunded? So here is what a they did wrong that a legitimate business would not have never done.
(1) Cancelled my order without calling or emailing me
(2) Said they refunded my money when they had not
(3) Were not reachable by phone to explain why they canceled my order and kept my money.
(4) Refunded my money only after I sent them an angry email asking why they never shipped my part.
(5) The topper- they have still never called or emailed to tell me why they did not ship my part and/or why they chose to do that while still keeping my money?
This company is either terribly disorganized, or terribly crooked. I do not know which because I cant get through on the phone and they wont reply to emails. SO... my only recourse is to warn other potential buyers to stay away, as many others have said the same things in their reviews. Wish I had read the reviews first.

Though the price was great compared to other sites, I would have paid more to have the part sooner. It took over two weeks to arrive and was only two states away!
Part came just as described and was only half the cost of going to the part store. Heck, it was actually cheaper that pulling the part from a junkyard!
The part was the wrong one for my car. Then, these folks hit me with a huge 25% restocking fee and made me pay to return the part. I will never do business with these chiselers ever again!
