The worst investing platform I've ever experienced. Only possible to email their support department, and keep getting the same generic template replies a week after sending the email that don't answer any questions or fix the problems i have. Just a simple contact www.RegainOrg.Info on Google and all was resolved

Set up a GDM page for a literally starving family (long term friends) living in Gaza, now refugees housed temporarily in Rafah. GFM immediately put the page 'under review', meaning people can still contribute but no money will be transferred to the needy. Long list of open-ended questions via email. I answer immediately then get no response. Still waiting after 3 days. A site that pertains to help, but does not actually help starving people (bc they are brown, imho) is worse than useless.

We set up a GoFundMe for a friend in distress and raised over $6000. Go fund me didn't allow for the funds to be transferred to my friend. They have no customer service phone number, no agents on chat and no responsive email address. I submitted numerous tickets and this issue never got resolved. Beware.

We made a donation and gofundme took fifteen percent for their own pocket without my authorization.
Seems like a scam to me. Sorry for those who need help,but I will never give another dollar to them.

In 2018-2019 my mother had passed in Michigan.
When I tried to raise the money for her funeral through the go fund me page. The end result was I lost out on trying to bury my mother. Now all states. State that if you do not claim the deceased in time the people let the bodies up and cremate them together in a big pile of ash and that's it. By the way her name was Monica Renee McClanahan.

I had problems withdrawing my donations from GoFundMe after several weeks of waiting i was able to withdraw my funds with the help of Reguls.info they helped me out you can contact them for positive feedback if you are having problems they are fast and reliable

Just found out that my mum and I got scammed and i'm pretty pissed off about it. Like there's some real people out there who need help so scams don't sit well with me. Basically, I found out about Ian Rafalko because I happened to know a close friend of his. He was the one who told me about Ian's situation and being the kind of guy i am i thought i'd help out a bit by sending the link out. But what a bunch of BS this was. Turns out, according to his friend, Ian hasn't spent any of that $7000 on any mental health treatments which is what he was asking for on this gofundme.

Like where did my money go? Random stuff? I started to wonder after there was no updates or any real proof. No mention on his streams either. I guess Im the idiot for donating without looking into it more first? Also we reported it to GoFundMe... like how do ppl get away with this kinda thing? Wish I had read about this first.

Leah was terrific - helpful and expressed great concern for helping me resolve my problem. I loved that she took the time to provide detailed instructions so I could reset some things in my account profile. Will definitely us GoFundMe again!

Stole 10 million from Canadians. Says we need to request a refund or they will keep money raised for Canadian freedom. Go fund me has lost all Canadian support I will never donate to this Plat form again

We attempted to raise funds for an elderly woman (81 years old) who is unemployed and recently lost her place of residence due to unforeseen circumstances. The woman was planning on returning to her native country (Russia) to live with her family. The fundraiser was never approved by GoFundMe. We received a message asking if the money would be sent in Russia, or was just being used to travel to Russia. What right do they have to tell people how to use, and where they could spend their money? This is absolutely raises! It is bad enough that they charge such a high percentage fee on every transaction. Then have the audacity to tell you what you can do with your money! I am not a fan of GoFundMe and I will never recommend to use their website!

Millions of dollars, just over 10 to be exact, was donated to Canadians to help for food, fuel, lodges etc. And any money left over would be donated to a charity for Canadian Veterans was shut down due to government pressure. Not cool! The world is watching, history is being made, I'm tired of all the negativity in this world, we finally have something positive to look forward to and you cave! Regardless, we'll go else where, the people always do.

I organized a fundraiser through GoFundMe, their team paused my account transfers to review my account as my NGO which is based in the US is helping veterinarians who take care of stray dogs in Albania. It has been two weeks and their team has only responded twice (42 emails later from me) asking for info and promising to give this matter their full attention which has been nothing but lies. I still can't access my donations which my family and friends have kindly contributed towards and their team is back to being non responsive. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WANT MY DONATIONS. GoFundMe is the worst.

GofundMe finances racism in France: more that 1 Million euros collected for a campaign supporting a policeman who murdered a 17 year old of north african decent. The plateform refuses to shut it down. SHAME ON YOU

I'm a Paramedic and tried to collect money for my second volunteer employment.
First my Account was ok.
Later, i got a confusing e-mail about,, we don't support any support for war and military activity,,... what ever that means.
I clearly listed for what I needed the money.
- expenses for travel
- medical equipment
- ballistic protection (P S. E)
- money for housing/hostels
- car rental

I needed only 2000€.
That company is a joke and pays people for 5 stars rating.

This is a corrupt organization that steals donations to people and businesses "they" don't like.
What they have done the Freedom Truckers is over the top and they should face embezzlement charges.
I will never use or donate to Gofundme again. Crooks and Thieves!

They are steeling money from hard working people all over the world and not giving the funds to the charity that they choice. This is completely unacceptable and fraud, there is no way they don't hold strong political ties which is unethical for a holding company

They have taken all the funding for freedom 2022 donations. I can not believe an organization that is suppose to be there to help would steal 9 million dollars. Especially peace keeping people who are fighting for YOUR freedom as well

Never trust them you won't get your money back I try to login not working their customer support not helping until the law firm help me get back all my money

Go Fund Me will not allow organizers to access their accounts and they refuse to turn over the money raised. Go Fund Me is dodgy and won't come to the telephone. They deliberately lock people out of their accounts. They then give fake error messages claiming you cant log in because email and password is wrong, then after that they claim too many sign in attempts made. Lies lies lies. They have no legitimate reason people can't log in. They make millions of dollars on interest only by holding the money 90 days then refunding donors in full. Gross overstepping, this peaceful Canadian protest raised those funds, they are protesting against tyranny! We are illegally (yes illegally as no laws passed just mandates) bring imprisoned in our Country no jab you can't leave! You have sided with tyrants

GoFundMe has helped our organization fund the needs of our rescued animals for which I am very grateful. Inevitably when we contact the Helpdesk, we are already angry having tried to resolve an issue and failed. The customer service representative then gets the brunt of our frustration. Kim kept her cool while I was losing mine and we finally got the problem sorted out. So my rating is for the patience shown by Kim in my hour of need.

Within a couple days I had some results. Would like to see the time frame in which you actually receive the money sped up. 7 to 10 days when you need help now is too long of a wait. Otherwise I give this site an A+

Unfortunately there are people who use and abuse the site for greed and selfishness not willing to work while others truly are in need of it. When someone uses it more than once, I'd be very suspicious. Know who you're funding and research them as narcissists are alive and "not well".
