You are a service! Nothing more!

Never again will I donate to anyone using, or will I use your company to do so.

The funds donated don't make it to the cause. Completely unfair, and to top it off, they REFUSE to answer any questions you have! Easier to set up a email and deposit it yourself! Don't fall for this scam of a "non profit"

I made a donation for my friends pet, who was very ill. I do not know what I did wrong! But I did something that made my donation higher than I could afford. I called my bank and wrote email for GoFundMe. I heard back within hour from Megan, who went to work on my issue. Megan was not going to be able to finish the job she gave it to someone else to finish. Sorry I don't have the second ladies name. Between the ladies I had a credit and my friend was notified of my error. I can not say enough about the two ladies for the help. GoFundMe hires caring staff..

I started a fund for a friend that quickly grew into a large dollar amount. The GoFundMe Community Management Team contacted me on the validity of the fund and concerns about who the beneficiaries of the account were and then they froze the withdrawal of funds on the account. I saw this as protecting the donors and verifying that I was not trying to scam people. This actually impressed me very much that they are monitoring the funds this close to protect good people from scammers. The person I was dealing with was super helpful and understanding of why the beneficiaries had not been set up yet. They had just found out about their son's illness and were dealing with that and I did not want them to have to try to think about this. On another occasion I contacted Customer Service and they were just as helpful. I have never dealt with GoFundMe before this and so far I have been very impressed.

I have use you in the past to donate to this or that. However I will no longer require your services because of what you did to the go fund me freedom convoy fund. I am praying that you will have eyes to see what is going on and ears to hear the truth. I am praying that you well stop being deceived. I am praying for your deliverance. GoFundMe decided that the Freedom Convoy in Canada was violent and a threat. GoFundMe stated that they would withhold over $10 million Canadian dollars raised in donations to the Freedom Convoy. This is fraud and theft! Later, GoFundMe stated they would return the donations to the donors. This is not acceptable behavior for a business and GoFundMe is no longer trustworthy, especially as they allowed funding for groups that were violent and burned cars and buildings, overturned police vehicles, rioted, looted, beat people, etc.

Worked hard on site, campaign underway, site disappeared without explanation.

That diligent team responding to technical and other issues?

There is no reason to believe there is a team except bots.

I never had a Go Fund Me account before but the only way I was going to get home for my sister's funeral was with the help of Go Fund Me. A friend set it as I was uninsured how this worked. As soon as a certain amount was raised I was notified it would be in my account on a certain day. That day was too late for me to buy my airline tickets. I emailed GO Fund Me and they were very kind and explained how it worked. I knew the money was coming, borrowed the money bought my tickets and the money was there earlier as stated in the email. I go home in time. Thank you.

I started a GFM account to help a Tibetan medical student. Needed to raise a final $300.00 to pay for his last school year. A few people donated immediately but a personal friend donated the whole amount without going through GFM. I contacted GFM to ask them to refund the money to the donors and to close the account. They contacted me immediately and started the process right away with no fuss, no bother.
The person handling my request was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you GFM!

We have been very happy with the help provided by GoFundMe. At first, we have had some problems to withdraw the money we had raised. After we messaged them, they responded very quickly and guided us through the procedure to make sure we could withdraw the money as soon as possible.

GoFundMe is a great site for those who have big name sponsors or who have the resources themselves to gather people around them in their quest to raise money for needy people, but not as much for those who have much smaller budgets or no big name to encourage people to donate.

I am not very good with computers and every time I reached out to the GoFundMe reps they were very responsive and patient with me. They hung in there with me over the phone doing things step by step. I would not hesitate to use them at any time.

I needed a refund. My project was no longer listed. I wrote a message to GFM and immediately received a reply. Within hours My project was reinstated and I was given instructions as to how to withdraw the funds. I hope one day to be able to post this most worthy project of painting a mural in Cuba!

We had a tragedy in our family and folks wanted to help and suggested we start a go fund me account for the boys college fund and I had my questions and Juliet and chandler were very helpful and supportive

I have used this site to get donations for three or four different reasons. I do exactly what is recommended to get donations started and to get to my goal. But not one of these gofundme fundraisers that I started has ever received a donation, not even a penny. And my fundraisers are about important things that are not stupid at all. But in my opinion, people that do stupid things are getting the money and absolutely way more than they asked for. This isn't a Fundraiser site of importance. It is a site for doing stupid crap and getting paid for doing the stupid crap. A very huge difference.

First, these psychopaths steal money from you if they randomly decide they don't like your beliefs or cause. They are thieves and liars, and they hate whites also. Do not give these creeps your money!

I wanted to raise some money to help with some of my students expenses and I stumbled upon this site. It was so easy to use and they were so helpful. I actually raised more money than I had set out to. I would recommend this site to everyone!

I contacted GoFundMe customer support regarding a question I had about a message from years back. Theresa and Gina not only found the message, they sent it to me, and answered every question I had regarding the whole thing. They rock!

I will never encourage any one to use this site nor will I ever use or donate to anyone on this platform. They blatantly stole money and diverted money donated to the trucker protests in Canada to bring attention to the mask and vaccine mandates. You should remain neutral in this donation. You never stopped or stole money being donated to BLM nor should you have. People don't need you to decide where we should donate our money. You stole my money. I will never use this site again and I will tell everyone I know not to use this site either. I hope you go out of business.

I got a letter in my email wrong so I didn't get the receipt I needed for something. I wrote and got a fast response, with a copy of the receipt inside the response and they sent the receipt email. Really good. Also was easy to use the site to send $$ to an overseas need.

I inadvertently doubled my donation. One to Andy and the same to the "fund". I requested the tip back, and i had a response within an hour. Was very impressed with how gracious that person was. I will tip. Just not now.

It was easy to make a donation on the GoFundMe site. This site made it easy to follow through on a request from a friend on Facebook. I made a mistake when I was completing the online form, and had an immediate response to my request for help. The response was polite, helpful, and immediately solved the problem.
