Not sure why there are so many awful reviews here but my experience was excellent. Bought an iPad and leather case which came within 4 days of ordering. The product is great and the service was exceptional. Thank you GoGroopie.

2 of the same items ordered but separate postage charges. Both items damaged. Photos and videos provided but they said tried to suggest it was an optical illusion. I have to pay postage to send the items back for item refund but they refuse to refund postage. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even though I brought this to their attention, they wouldn't budge. Never again.

I read these reviews after I ordered and contacted customer services to enquire about my order.

Order 120 loo rolls for my business.
Not only they update me but my order arrived 3 days!

Will use them again.

Ordered 3 items in January, of course, none turned up within their stated timescale. I contacted one of the companies that was supposed to supply the items by searching for a number on companies house. They denied that they had any offers on with GoGroopie at that time, but later changed their claim. No goods turned up at all, so I pursued them through PayPal and got a full refund. I could not contact the other suppliers, none of them seem to have telephone numbers. Do not trust this company or any of their suppliers I suspect they all work together. I cannot believe that Trading Standards have not closed them down, especially after reading the awful reviews. Normally I check reviews, this time I didn't, I should know better!

Ordered gloves and they arrived 4 weeks later. No contact with the company I purchased from said delivery April 4 arrived 10 days later. Wish I had read reviews before hand. Going to ask for a refund on other order 25 days now told 2 weeks

Absolute rubbish. I bought some shelving from go groupie it cost £26 which included delivery. Impossible to put together Can't find anywhere to make reviews On the go groupie website, or how to return. I have a feeling it won't be worth the hassle, so they're out for the scrap man. Lesson learned.

I live in hope that I might yet receive my purchase from this company. But after reading all the bad reviews I won't hold my breath. This is so disappointing as I can't afford to waste money and they very quick to take from my account. Put u of shopping online and not fair to honest companies that for fill their contact..

Lovely emails with tons of colourful offers. I thought, oh, why not, I'll order a set of grout pens I have use for for £3.99 (+£2.99 P&P) got prompt confirmation email, I redeemed voucher with merchant, then I got confirmation of that and now it's 6 weeks later and I have received nothing, not even a reply to my 2 emails via their "contact us" platform.

Appalling. Glad I didn't order anything more expensive. Totally untrustworthy.

I ordered some earplugs for my son. I was charged but not sent any vouchers. You cannot use their e mail without a voucher number and their phone charges for use. I will now try writing. I am not impressed as they even make it difficult to unsubscribe.

I would give them zero stars if I could! They are the worst company ever. I ordered a throw in aubergine and even sent an email asking them to confirm the colour but when I got it, it was chocolate! They will, maybe refund for the item but not postage and I have to pay extra postage to send it back. Customer service was very rude and unsympathetic, really didn't want to help. Won't be using them again.

All is good until you have a problem and want it resolved. They totally ignore all your attempts to contact them. There are no telephone numbers where you can speak to anyone, only an answer machine which directs you back to there on line contact which you never get a response from, avoid like Corona virus

I ordered a 3 in 1 air cooler and received a low quality dehumidifier that did not in any way match the description of the item that was advertised.
Their customer service is appalling
I absolutely could not recommend this site blatant misrepresentation

Tip for consumers:
Don’t bother they are an absolute disgrace

None as the item I ordered was not the item advertised and they charged me £10 delivery and another £10 to return, blatant misrepresentation, the item on the left photograph was the 3 in 1 air cooler I ordered they sent me a cheap useless dehumidifier

I signed up and received regular emails with offers. Went for a Mystery box box for 12.99. The image portrayed a number of gadgets, I wasn't expecting top grade goods, but I was expecting to get value for money
I paid £12.99 plus £4.99 postage. I haves added an image of goods received. Two of the items were doubled up. Total value probably under a fiver. Only one useful item in the box and all poor quality.
I can't say that all products offered are going to be of low quality, but when you look at the sale price against the alleged recommended retail price, the discounts are so big you have to wonder if they are genuine price drops and not just cheap items with fake discounts.
I know it's called a mystery box, so there is some luck involved with what you receive but ensure they don't contravene advertising standards they should change the name from Mystery Box to Disappointment Box.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered a Set of 2 rattan planters... received just one. Customer Service useless. Phoned the company they adamantly stated that the planters always get sent as a set of 2. There is no way that they could get 2 planters in the box that arrived with just 1 lonely planter in it. Ordered a couple of other things... up to 5 weeks ago... not received. Will wait to have my money refunded then will shop elsewhere... disgusting customer service... or lack of it. Don't be tempted by the prices as you have to add a voucher that pushes the price up.

This company total rubbish can only recommend don't touch with barge pole. They don't seem to like refund your money even when asking them to cancel order.
Even after writing to CEO he can't be bothered to reply.

Ordered a kids tablet 22nd September. After waiting and emails backwards and forwards to gogroopie and bazaar -me. Who are the merchants no tablet has arrived. Kept saying they had sent another one. If so it would have been delivered. I'm now waiting for my money back?
Terrible service. I'd advise not to order anything. Other people have had problems with them

Unless you want to pay for goods that you never receive, think good customer service is not responding to emails about said products that they quickly take payment s for but then dont deliver. Still waiting a fortnight after specified delivery date expired for four patio trees from Plant Store approx £64.00 to turn up. No reply to email so tried to send complaint but had deleted my order details and cant complain unless have those. Then tried to call twice. Lost will to live on hold. So then tried Plant Store same problem re email and no phone number or address. There is a postal address but given the comments on here Im not hopeful of a reply anytime soon. Will be resorting to small claims court to get my money back but I could do without the hassle. Will never use them again and advise everyone else to stay well away. I only gave one star because it wouldnt let me give none on here.

Wow. What an awful company. Quick to take your money but then no sign of the goods. Ordered item valued £220 and promised delivery within 10 days.an hours wait to reach customer services. Then normal platitudes and brush off treatment. Countless calls made. Patience finally lost and requested that order be cancelled. Eventually decided to inundate them with emails... literally cut and pasted 100's! It had the desired affect and full refund promised. Initially within 7 days. A few more emails and they processed it to my bank in TWO days. A result! USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL! They like your money but service is not part of their remit.as the saying goes... if it sounds too good to be true then etc etc... an item advertised at a much reduced price is not a bargain if it doesn't get delivered.

Bought 2 pillows advertised as 'hotel quality' rrp £59.99. Paid £7.99 + £4.99 postage. Not even worth that. Filling sparse and uneven. Should have read gogroupie reviews first. Should have known better.

We ordered an all-in-one Sat Nav bundle, waited over 3 weeks for it to arrive and when it did it resembled a cheap kids toy and didn't work. There was no sales advice, invoice or suppliers address to contact for returns, in fact it came with nothing. Contacted GoGroopie who only replied stating we had to send our complaint to the supplier giving us a dubious gmail address asking us to allow 7 days for them to respond. Heard nothing so ended up going through PayPals Resolution centre and got no response from GoGroopie after 2 attempts. Thankfully we got our payments for the goods and postage refunded by PayPal when we escalated it to a claim. Terrible customer service when they won't even give you an address to return faulty goods so you can get your money back! Thank goodness for the support you get from PayPal!

Got my daughter a smartwatch with free earbuds for xmas by Gomoro through this website. Cannot charge it. Cannot connect earbuds to phone. Went to customer service at gogroupie in the end who said it's by usb but how? Wasnt listed like that on website. Even more useless reply. Completely going around in circles and feel like I am repeating myself and getting nowhere. Changing info all the time. Now they say I cant return cos its over the time limit! Its an xmas present! Came in crumpled boxes. Looks like it just got chucked in a bag. And to send back to China? Cost more than item itself anyway! Absolute joke. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I was seconds away from purchasing an electric toothbrush but decided to read customer reviews to see how good/bad this company is? After reading further I will not be using this company ever! Cannot believe how they can get away with ripping people off like this. Once again thank you all for the reviews uve saved me becoming a victim

Never buying from here again still waiting on purchase from August and no contact whatsoever each time I put my email in they are saying not recognised even though they send me emails ‍When you phone them they just come up with go to www.Blah blah No help to costumers whatsoever

My friend ordered several items but didn't realise that she had to go through her emails validate voucher, they took the money and when nothing arrived she tried to cancel and get her money back, low and behold there is only a 14 day cancellation period so they keep the money but don't send out the product. You can't speak to anyone by phone. Each voucher has to be addressed separately with imputing details of your account and email address even though you are already logged into your account.
When we tried to order three face masks you have to pay postage for each mask even though it is from the same company and in some cases even two of the same. You end up with three emails, have to put payment details in for every individual purchase. There is no shopping cart with it all in so you can pay at the end, it's a total nightmare.
Would never recommend them and anyone wanting to use gogroupie, beware!

Fuming is not the word I ordered over three weeks ago one water fountain. Costing 14.99 and a cost of 4.99 postage. The fountain came it was a joke wasn't any thing like it was shown in the video. To add to my stress they charged me near on 50.00. As if this wasn't enough. Try getting in touch with them emailed them four times no reply. Tried to phone them the cost is outrageous. So I don't know where I go from here to try get a full refund. If any one can help me please. Thank you. UPDATE. I have been in touch with my bank who are now going to investigate this as they had no right to take out the amount they have. Fingers crossed. Hope this helps other people x

I've purchased an afternoon tea voucher and earbuds through go groupie and have had no issues. After reading these reviews I sent an email to check that my order was on the way and received a response the following day confirming that it would be with me in a couple of days. Sure enough, if was delivered safe and sound and I would definitely use this service again. Great value for what I received.

I purchased a dress from GoGroupie, which I then redeemed voucher for at a separate cost. Item did not arrive, tried to email and call, no response! Very annoyed, quite shocked at how a company like this can still trade!
