Not sure why there are so many awful reviews here but my experience was excellent. Bought an iPad and leather case which came within 4 days of ordering. The product is great and the service was exceptional. Thank you GoGroopie.
2 of the same items ordered but separate postage charges. Both items damaged. Photos and videos provided but they said tried to suggest it was an optical illusion. I have to pay postage to send the items back for item refund but they refuse to refund postage. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even though I brought this to their attention, they wouldn't budge. Never again.
Bought 15 Giant Lily bulbs £9.99, could see no mention of any P&P charge, thought I was buying 15 Giant Lily bulbs, but when I paid for the item, found that I had purchased a voucher for 15 Giant Lily bulbs, and when I redeemed my voucher there was a postage charge of £5.99. Dreadful, will never use GoGroupie again. I though this type of rip off was stopped years ago. Stay well clear of GoGroopie! Why Trading Standards has not stopped this type of thing I will never know!
Ordered an item on 20th march 2020, paid £22.98p incl postage, upto 10 days delivery, Nothing. Then endless back n forth emails, generic replies from merchant litnfleek & gogroopie, absolute robbers! And now, NOTHING.

Bought items, arrived late and not as described. Paid a fortune for a return, merchant confirmed receiving the items but wouldn't issue a refund, Ground level, very rude customer service. Contacted GoGroopie, takes 45mins-1hour to answer your call, asked them who's going to refund me? Said they were waiting for confirmation of returns from merchant, merchant sent confirmation still GoGroopie won't issue my refund. I've called so many times, this has been happening since June still don't think I'll ever get my refund. Already lost a lot for delivery and returns, plus my phone calls to GoGroopiel. No one wants to take responsibility, seems to me GoGroopie and 'their friends' knows exactly what they're doing. People beware!
"Save 83% with the 18k White Gold Plated Crystal Bracelet for £12.99 instead of £74.99" I was a fool to fall for it! I also paid £4.99 for postage. The third party seller is called Crazee Trend. I should have noticed the name: it speaks of quality of the product. It's not 18k White plated, it's a tin-coated plastic! Geez! I didn't even bother returning the item, I could feel it will end up into more stress. But posting this for you people - if you do listen - will be a sweet revenge to this legalised business of deception, thievery and corruption in the UK.
Rude and poor customer service. I was replied to at 2am with one sentence replies. No order confirmation was received and they wouldn't exchange an order saying it was my fault as I ordered the wrong colour. Took me nearly 2 weeks before they would agree to the statutory refund IF I returned it at my own cost and they received it within 14 days of delivery which wasn't possible after they had spent 2 weeks not providing customer service or an address to return it to! So I have dontated the unwanted item to a children's charity! Avoid ordering from them!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with on line. Their returns addresses are bogus and despite frequent requests for a call back, they do not respond! The product I purchased was rubbish and not as described in the advertisement. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM!
Gogroopie are the worst company i have ever delt with i made a order on the 24/05/2018 i never received the item i made lots of phone calls to them and emails to them thy are very poor in communication and when you can get hold of them thy just make lots of excuses and try to passs you off to someone Els i told them many time i want a refund and i am still waiting still excuses i would never deal with them again

Thsi company does not supply the goods, they take your money, but no goods supplied. You telephone the number supplied for customer service but this directs you to their online query form. You fill out the for, where are my goods, quite a simple question, their reply time is three days. After 5 days you send again, after 4 days you send again saying that they are a rip off company and you are reporting them to paypal, they still do not reply. They are a fraudulant company and paypal have been notified to investigate and not take any more money on their behalf. I am waiting for a refund from paypal for the money they took for two items ordered. Neither item has been delivered. Come on paypal get your act together and stop helping fraudulant companies.

I have ordered somr Jumbo bathsheets in June, and they have still not arrived, I have sent several emails without any response. I asked for a refund, no response £24.99 is a lot for a pensioner to loose.

Ordered two plants 4' to 5' high. Problems started with the voucher arrangement. Tied to contact GoGroopie and/or supplier to discuss. No chance. Eventually ONLY ONE plant arrived and this was just over 2 feet tall. I now have to go through the process of claiming my costs back (will I get the postage). Currently £47 out of pocket. I am just out of hospital after major surgery and just wanted to do a bit of gentle gardening. BE WARNED - AVOID GoGroopie and it's numerous associated companies LIKE THE PLAGUE. NEVER, EVER AGAIN.

Do not buy anything from these cowboys. I purchased 2 sets of Duracell batteries and paid 2 separate shipping costs of €3.99 each through groupon.ie on the 11th of November, still no sign of them the middle of January so after a lot of hassle and threatening that I was contacting my visa card company for a chargeback I received the items with a customs charge of €5.93 each item, seemingly they came through their UK site, their goes my deal, I could have just went around to my local shops to pick some up.ive tried to contact them to complain about this and to receive a refund on my customs charge but surprise surprise no response. Avoid at all costs

I purchased a product in Nov 2019. Although I had given the correct address the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. The parcel was tracked and returned to the supplier. In January, after 42 emails between Gogroupie and GroundForce (the supplier), Gogroupie agreed to a refund BUT although I had notified them immediately the parcel had gone astray they said that as so much time had elapsed, I was only entitled to credit. I protested but they wouldn't budge! Now the credit doesn't show up on my balance

No idea how to use this site (maybe I'm a bit thick) I tried to order a duvet set, I got three quarters through before it said I had to pay £4.99 delivery so I decided not to complete the order (I'd already entered my card details) I didn't realise it had already took the money for the duvet set, it said I had to re-enter my details to pay delivery at the end (hence me deciding not to go ahead) and then I got a voucher in my emails I had to redeem? Totally confused now! So in short, no order number (i. E. no order) so no item obviously because I hadn't paid delivery, BUT they've taken the money for the item. Can't get ANY type of reply to my multiple emails asking for a refund (I even said at this stage, if they tell me how the voucher works I'll go ahead with the order) nothing! No way to complete the original order because I cancelled the process, no idea how to get my money back and no reply to my emails. NOT HAPPY!
