Not sure why there are so many awful reviews here but my experience was excellent. Bought an iPad and leather case which came within 4 days of ordering. The product is great and the service was exceptional. Thank you GoGroopie.
2 of the same items ordered but separate postage charges. Both items damaged. Photos and videos provided but they said tried to suggest it was an optical illusion. I have to pay postage to send the items back for item refund but they refuse to refund postage. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even though I brought this to their attention, they wouldn't budge. Never again.
Beware of this company- they are cheats. I bought an expandable 'Magic Hose' advertised for £7.99 & was surprised when all I got in the post was A Hose holder. I complained to the company who ignored all means of communication. I WILL NEVER EVER buy from them AGAIN!
Ordered a laptop from this company promised delivery 14 days from purchase date.It never turned up on the promised delivery date So I sent many emails over a period of several days which were completely ignored also the same for the vendor all mails were ignored.
Today I contacted my bank with my problems so they said they would try and contact the company themselves. Low and behold I received an email later today of Go Groopie It's obvious what has happened but after all the stress and worry I told them the contract had been broken and requested a full refund so we will see I advise any one for their own sanity. STAY CLEAR I looked them up on one or two consumer websites their revues are virtually all the same Terrible Stay Clear Don't Bother etc obviously your choice but never again for me

I have held back from writing a review because I had a claim fro GG through PayPal. Now it is settled and I feel the need to comment. This was the first time I had used GG; it will be the last. Complicated ordering - pay for the item, then download a voucher to pay for the P&P. To be fair here, there is a video to talk through the system but why is it so complicated to need a video? I had ordered two boxes of magnetic bricks for my Grand-daughter's birthday, and in good time. Delivery takes a long time - far longer than any other on-line provider. One ( tatty) box arrived with Happy Christmas on it! I contacted GG and asked where was the other box. No response. Later, after more emails to them went unanswered I contacted PP and the process went forward until Pay Pal resolved the issue and my money was credited to my PP account. So, I would say do not use GG and if you do you are better off going through PP or a credit card company - have someone to fight your corner. If you don't there will be a high risk you will not get your money back. Good luck
Ordered item beginning of April 2-5 days delivery ( think they mean 2 days sometime this year and 5 days when they can be bothered)
Never arrived 2 months (60 days later) still nothing emails phone calls (make sure you have days free for customer services they must be allergic to phones) always 25-30 mins waiting

Have left it now in the hands of PayPal and they are dealing with it

Purchased a dash cam from this Company in early February via the petrol Prices.Com website. Money taken from account immediately but no camera received. All e-mails or attempts to seek a refund or return of product have been ignored. With all the negative reviews I cannot see how Trading Standards can allow this Company to continue trading. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY
Goods not delivered. Cannot contact groupie other than by letter or a contact form. No reply to 3 forms. Cannot contact the seller directly. Fraud comes to mind. Trading Standards next port of call

Purchased a Cooling Cashmere Memory Foam Mattress from them, supplied by Karpe Deal. When the mattress arrived in a vacuum pack, a sticker on the side clearly stated that goods couldn't be retuned if opened. So how do you check Goods.?
All the instructions and Guarantee were in Spanish.
Tried the mattress one night, NOT super cool as advertised but Very warm, and Very firm not Super-Soft as advertised.
Contacted GoGroopie who washed their hands of the problem saying I had to contact the Merchant, they were only a Discount Coupon Company.!
Contacted KarpeDeal who didn't address my complaints only said I could return goods, at my cost.

I contacted Gogroopie and asked for a refund, after several weeks and endless emails they with no response from them.

Bought an extendable hose, after waiting for over 2 weeks for delivery only to find the worst piece of crap I've ever bought. It fell apart the minute I connected it to my tap
At the end of July 2019, I purchased a voucher for a Henry Vacuum Cleaner. A few days later I received an email from GoGroopie telling me I hadn't completed the transaction and suggesting I do so. Once again, I purchased a voucher; this time it was more expensive as a discount code used initially was no longer valid. Nonetheless I didn't really think any more about it until I saw my credit card statement had 2 payments to GoGroopie. Clearly the first transaction had completed, or at least GoGroopie had taken and kept the money. Even though I only had one voucher, I had paid twice.
I raised the issue with them but they have been incredibly unhelpful. They repeatedly asked for more information, sometimes asking questions already answered, basically dragging out the issue. Now that they seem to have run out of questions it has gone quiet. They have not provided a refund, an apology, nothing. They no longer even respond to emails.
I would not recommend this company to anyone and certainly won't use them again. I don't know if they are in financial difficulties but it goes beyond incompetence when they have all the information about the issue that they said they needed, and do nothing about it. It certainly seems fraudulent to ask for money when they already have it and then to keep it when it is proven they have no right to it.
Cant even give them 1 star.

Purchased two vouchers from this company and was given the number to phone to book with deluxe holidays. Phoned this company where I had to be subjected to rude customer service by a guy called James who repeatedly tried to get me to spend a further £47 per person when I declined when he finally acknowledged that I would not do so he became abrupt and very rude and told me to get a refund from go groupie... in which I emailed them... I was told it would take up to 14days to be refunded... 17 days later no refund and I'm now being told a further 14days... DO NOT BOOK with this site it's a SCAM to get u to spend more money... Please be very carful if you decide to purchase from this site. If you do want more proof look at the GoGroopie complaint site, there are also another 63 unsolved problems with other customers & GoGroopie. I tried to ring the number they leave they say it has nothing to do with them [*******@completesavings.co.uk: This phone number 389 6960* (Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Trust me ringing this number is a wait of time. But by all means please try to ring them. Below it says leave a photograph, I never received my item so there is no photograph to leave. Please Please PLEASE! BE VERY CARFUL with GoGroopie. I can only say I will never ever in my life in its entirety ever even consider using GoGroopie again. You will regret it.
