Not sure why there are so many awful reviews here but my experience was excellent. Bought an iPad and leather case which came within 4 days of ordering. The product is great and the service was exceptional. Thank you GoGroopie.

2 of the same items ordered but separate postage charges. Both items damaged. Photos and videos provided but they said tried to suggest it was an optical illusion. I have to pay postage to send the items back for item refund but they refuse to refund postage. This is a clear violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Even though I brought this to their attention, they wouldn't budge. Never again.

They took my money then told me my voucher was out of date. I didn't realise how this worked. I believed I had ordered a product and was waiting for delivery. When I questioned this they said your voucher is out of date. Now they won't reply to my emails. Stay clear of gogroopie. Scammers

I had to redeem an item twice, I have payed twice and when I ask my money back they said " your voucher has been redeemed, please wait 21 days fir delivery ". I have proof them about both payments and they ignored my. Don't waste your money!

I bought a voucher for a Tooth Stain Cleaner from Gogroopie.com and was very pleased with the results. I noticed a noticeable difference in the colour of my teeth and it was very cheap to buy. It also arrived very promptly with communication throughout the whole buying process.

Purchased a Teddy Coat size 12-14
Coat arrived very large and had an XL label. Complained it was the wrong yo gogroopie who put me in contact with the seller.
Seller are based in China!
Said they had converted size to english and it was a size 12-14
It fits someone who is a size 18 so obviously not.
Said to offer a refund I would need to return coat to china and pay the postage which would probably be what coat is worth.
Left with a coat I cannot wear!

Seriously, I buy alot online but this is the worst I ever had to deal with. I have been overcharged and all I get back is uneducated replies, not a brain between them, after 5 weeks I still have not received my order, my advice is steer clear of this hoax site.

I ordered Rattan Garden Furniture and the sum of £179-00 was taken out of my account in June. I contacted them by e-mail to ask if the furniture was being sent soon and they replied by saying that my voucher had expired and they could offer me a credit voucher as a good will gesture. Good Will Gesture? I explained that I did not have any vouchers to redeem and that I had paid the amount in full. Now they say that I can have a credit voucher to redeem with them but not the furniture, but I did not want anything more to do with them. I explained that I simply wanted my money refunded and would not trust them again and that this seems like a scam. Guess what! NO REPLY

I recently bought a couple of bracelets which claimed to have 90% off. I received these today, these must be worth a couple of quid, definitely not worth the price I paid for. So disappointed, I wish I had read some reviews before purchasing these! I wouldn't even give the one star. It deserves NO stars.

They may offer 'bargains' but it is not worth the hassle. I exercised my voucher immediately on receipt. The merchant did not deliver - insists they did not get order from Gogroopie. GG say they only contract to provide the voucher and have no responsibility to ensure delivery. 6 weeks on i am promised my money back... but that isnt' really the point is it?

I've just been told after calling several times they will apply a credit to my Dads account, this has been done according to them but when he goes to spend them, they are aren't there. A screen shot was sent on Sept 19th and I was told it would be dealt with but it hasn't. I have called so many times they take over 30 mins to answer and do nothing to help. Do not use this sight they just take your money

So, how can we take them to the court, I can see, we are the army of people who are really nit satisfied from them? Do we have to let this kind if companies to rob us?

One item was duplicated and never arrived or was refunded. Another, a fan, never arrived and not refunded. A third never arrived and not refunded. They pass the responsibility on to the company who you have no chance of contacting. This company does have genuine offers but if the supplier runs out of goods you are on your own. Its up to me now to take this to the small claims court

Don't be sucked in by them go to Ebay .

DO NOT trust this company. After purchasing a mystery santa deal in November, I received an item that wasn't included on the list of possible items I would receive. Also, the item I received wasn't anywhere near the value of what I had paid for the mystery deal. For 3 months now, I have been trying to get a returns label to return the item for a refund. I first tried using Resolver and only last week put a complaint into Paypal as that is the payment method I had used. Finally today I received my refund. Totally unacceptable GoGroopie tot keep this going for 3 months! I will definitely be taking this further by reporting them to Trading Standards!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. They claim to sell products at reduced rates but the items are either fake designer items or you can get the products cheaper on Ebay & Amazon

They are a shocking company that I don't truely believe is even real. They would never have refunded me if I hadn't kicked off. But my elderly mother didn't kick off and didn't get refunded until I stepped in. They take advantage of the vulnerable. They are considered artists avoid avoid avoid

I made a mistake on buying a voucher, I didn't use the voucher and asked for a refund but they have refused as 14 days have passed, don't really see what that has to do with it as I haven't used the voucher, they also overcharge on postage, wouldn't use them ever again

Never again will I buy anything from these, purchased two Henry Hoovers they took weeks to come and they were both secondhand, I'm absolutely appalled with this, second hand hoovers and they are selling as new, these should be prosecuted,

In April we bought a voucher forb12 bottles of wine. These should have been delivered by 24th April. When they didn't arrive gogroopie facilitated my communicating with the supplier direct. I received no response, supplier has now disappeared and gogroopiehave ignored my emails. I can't afford to lose £50. I will never use this company again

This is a terrible company to purchase from. Bought a faux leather sofa bed on the 9th June 2018. I wasn't informed when it will be delivered so I missed delivery 2 times. I called them to re-arrange delivery but was told I have to pay for delivery again which I refused and asked for the order to be cancelled & my money refunded. I was told I will be refunded less the original delivery charge which I agreed to as I was really fed up with their customer service. And almost a month later, I'm yet to be refunded. After several calls, all they keep telling me is that they are awaiting their manager to approve the refund. This is highly insane and looks to me as a fraudulent company.

I am sure if you read the fine print then you may understand the 'sales model' built around a voucher system. Essentially you see a product at a great price - then pay for it (at the agreed price) then they send you a voucher which I now understand you have to pay for (on top of what you already paid).
If fail to buy the voucher you potentially lose your money. Again for low cost items - the so called 'bargain' is no longer as good as it seemed.

I don't think one could establish the voucher price (even if you knew you'd receive one) befor eyou pay for the initial goods - could be wrong - I'll just avoid in future.

Customer service very poor.

Jesus, I have never faced this kind of site ever.
I shop from Groupon a quite often. They have an excellent service.
My God Gogroopie is the worst. They never pick up the phone and reply the email.
I have ordered item on 02/05/2018.
Still have not received my item. Today is 05/06/18.
I do not know what I do now? Customer service is not answering, email is not replying,?
My item is not arrived? I have called GoGroopie a 5 times. They let me wait 30 min, 40 min and 50 min other 2 calls I 've just cancelled by myself after 2 or 3 min.

Please any body help me

No confirmation email received. No goods received. Can't get hold of them but money is taken out of your account at warp speed. It is a scam. 1star is too much there should be a Zero Star facility and a negative star too, just for them.

Absolute joke do not use them they take your money then you get nothing back. Ive repeatedly been in touch I had 1 email saying I could use my voucher again so tried to use it and it said it was expired I tried to use it before it was expired but it also wouldnt let me. I would rate it 0 if I could

I made an order for some items early September, to this date I have not received anything. I have been in contact with the agents who despatch items to say they have not received the voucher and that they will refund me. A week later no refund, I made contact with the agents again and they sent me contact for gogroupie support. I emailed them with a reply that the emails are not responded to and to go to the gogroupie website to make contact.
I went to the website there are drop down questions, click on one and then go to next which asks for voucher number, sadly after numerous attempts it will not let you input the voucher details thus you can progress anything.
I contacted the agents again and they have emailed gogroupie to ask them to refund the amount, as yet nothing.
Not a good advert for gogroupie, I will never order anything from them again.

Paid for goods 03/12/17 delivery promised by 16/12/2017. It is now the 28/12/2017 and no goods have arrived, I have used the Go Groopie mail contact form and I have had no reply after sending the feedback from three times.

Ordered some Swarovski Christmas crackers, paid for them then had another another email to pay for p+p separately by redeeming a voucher, what is that all about? Anyway you can't proceed until you've paid for a voucher so you have no choice but to go ahead unless you want to lose your initial outlay. Anyhow, crackers never arrived no answer to emails from GoGroopie or Your Ideal Gift ( who was the merchant supposedly selling them) since reading reviews online it seems I'm not alone by being conned from this company. My most recent email to them has resulted in them removing my voucher' no. From their system which makes emailing them a tad harder but I found a way around that, Companies House is a good port of call for info and I shall be of course reporting them to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and Watchdog as these fraudulent companies shouldn't be allowed to get rich on our hard earned money.

Bought two city breaks from gogroopie that then had no availability. Phoned into customer services and am seriously struggling to get the money refunded. They were paid immediately. Now i'm supposed to wait for the "merchant" to refund my money. Numerous phone calls to customer services and emails. Still no refund. Customer services will say anything to get you off the phone. You will struggle to get your money back, Have read lots of reviews where people have had to reclaim their money from their credit card company. I feel they are scammers. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL SHOPPING WITH THEM. Wish I'd read the reviews before I spent money with them.
