Worst website ever bought a fit watch in June never received took the money and now there telling me I did not redeem my voucher phone number is also wrong getting no satisfaction

Took my money but no goods do not answer emails smacks of outright theft how are they getting away with this should be investigated by trading standards.

I would not give this company 1 star, goods not recieved, communication dreadful, want my money back. Had I read reviews 1st I would never have ordered from them,

When You order an item from goGroupie they promised to refund the money if you're not satisfied I ordered the air cooler I was not satisfied at all with it so I emailed them requesting the return of the goods for refund
Emailed them twice and no response at all, no way to contact them
Bad service

Luckily i was only scammed out of £10. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It is a scam website. I ordered some face cream. Item never arrived, and not one single reply from all of my emails. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE.

I ordered an item off this site on the 4th April. Paid for it and the voucher for delivery. It said to allow up to 5 working days. It still hadn't arrived by the 25th April.
I wrote to cancel.
They said that I couldn't because it was on its way, and to return it with the courer.
I did that and even after several complaints, I still haven't been reinbursed, even by todays date the 9th June.
I didn't even want to give them 1 star.

I ordered some items from them on 10th of November, Go groupie charged me £78 for my order which haven, t arrived yet. After lots of fake promises via Emails they exceeded the time before my Vouchers has expired the company they wouldn' have to make a refund, so I call it the most outrageous on line company I dealed with, woul sugest NOT TO ORDER NOTHING from them if you do not want to go through the hell.

I never received a voucher after purchasing nearly £60 in goods in the beginning of covid-19 I thought it was perhaps due to it, but the voucher expired and I never got my voucher, so they have my money and I have no goods. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE

Go Groopie complained to TrustPilot about my original comments, so I have had to edit it! **I THEREFORE SUGGGEST YOU THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ORDER THROUGH GO GROOPIE, CAN YOU ACCEPT EXTREMELY POOR, IF ANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE?** Bought a voucher from them to pay for a scarf for my wife for Christmas. Never received it. I have tried several times to contact both Go Groopie and Marcus Emporium but all to no avail, and, neither of them have responded to my emails. BOTH GO GROOPIE AND MARCUS EMPORIUM SHOULD BE AVOIDED. 29th January, UPDATE. Go Groopie have reported me to Trustpilot for using abusive language (?). Have been warned to amend it. Have now received my order, 33 days after placing it, and shortly after my review, hmmmm, and THEN they complain.
I still say avoid them. NO ABUSIVE LANGUAGE USED. THANK YOU.

Worst company you could have anything to do with. No customer service what so ever. Very quick to take your money, avoid at all cost

I ordered 12 bottles of wine from these people, and they never arrived. They take your money, then don't resolve problems. Disgraceful company. TRADING STANDARDS AWARE.

Do not use this company have been in dispute with them since oct 17 over wrong item sent twice. Moneys not returned emails not answered.

They took my money, voucher never arrived, have failed to respond to emails, this was supposed to be an engagement ring. It is basically theft.

I bought a laptop in March it was faulty it is now August I am still waiting for my £150 pound back this company should be shut down
