I usually did not have any problems with them but I have had to return damaged merchandise to ups which takes time and gas. Then I had less than ten days to get the item back to ups. They need to check merchandise before they send it out. It's not fair to order merchandise and receive broken earrings and marked up shoes, and this happened to me more than once. I mean everyone is entitled to one or two mistakes BUT THEY ARE STARTING TO ADD UP THAT IS WHY I SAY GO JANE NEEDS TO CHANGE OR GO AWAY!

Ordered some sandals took them 3weeks to get to me. HORRIBLE customer service. Received the shoes first they were damaged the shoe box was basically destroyed! When I tried the shoes on they didn't fit (I ordered in my size). When I finally received customer service they told me I would have to pay for my own shipping, I said I'm not paying for shipping for something on their part! They gave me a shipping label an told me my card would be charged if the sizing is in the measurements it's supposed to be. My question to this dumb *** company is if I been the same shoe size for the past 10yrs why the H E double hockey sticks would I be wrong! My whole heel and toes completely off the sandals! They charged my card for shipping back, and still have not refunded my money. NEVER order from GoJane.Com

I'm giving gojane.com a MEH as they're not too Canada-friendly. Whenever they offer free shipping, it's always with no minimum $ for the US. but when they offer free shipping to all the loyal customers in Canada, there's always a catch... minimum order of $80 or $100... alwaaaaaaaaaaaaays. There's neverrrr free shipping for Canada without any stipulations. And their Black Friday/Cyber Monday promo's are the same. There are a ton of major online websites who offer free shipping to Canada without minimums on Black Friday/Cyber Monday. That's why myself and all my online shopper friends have not purchased anything from gojane.com this Black Friday/Cyber Monday. We had a shopping frenzy this Black Friday weekend at other major online sites and got a motherlode.

gojane.com: if you're reading this, i hope you know that placing a minimum of $80 and $100 purchase JUST to achieve free shipping is not a juicy 'deal' too good to pass up. Thanks but i'll pass.

I placed my first order Oct. 13 and I just got it today (Oct. 17) which is seriously the fastest shipping I've ever had. What I ordered was a pair of black leggings and some multicolored ones. The black leggings are the BEST I wish I would've known they had a fleece and fuzzy feel I would've order like 4. The boots I ordered were amazing and so were the smokey flats. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Go Jane. I will be spending more money there and recommending them to friend and family (:

I have ordered from GoJane for a few years now and every time I am pleased with my orders. The customer service reps are not only fast but they are extremely professional and very helpful. I plan to keep ordering because I love GoJane.

This review is based on shoes only since this is all that I've ever purchased on this site. Basically, you get way you pay for. The prices on this site aren't dirt cheap, but they're cheaper than most. Why? Because the quality isn't that great. Some flats that I've purchased were really thin material it felt like it could break at any second. Heels were definitely not comfortable. Boots were okay, not painful. If you don't mind your feet smelling and slightly hurting sometimes then go for this site.

Ordering online with any company is going to be a hit or miss. Luckily my experience with gojane was wonderful. After reading some online reviews i was hesitant to order but everything went smoothly. I placed a pretty large order on a thursday and the next business day i had recieved an email and a phone call from gojane letting me know that my items were on hold until i called them. After calling they just needed to verify that i was the one authorizing the order, the girl on the phone said its standard procedure for large orders. Within a couple hours i recieved my tracking information. Anyway i got my order by the next thursday from california to maryland ground shipping. The clothes were all wonderful and like others have said you get what you pay for. Dont buy from this site if youre looking for longevity you have to invest in better quality clothes!
