I hunted high and low for this shoe and finally found it here, half a size smaller than I normally wear--but that's only 1/8 of an inch. Good PF support. Good ease for bunions. Very cute.
I was happy to find these shoes in stock, since they were out of stock most places I looked. The shoes are awesome, cute, comfortable, warm, and true to size...but they took 19 days to arrive! I do live in Alaska but USPS has flat rate to Alaska that arrives within a week, year round. When I contacted the seller they told me shipping to Alaska could take up to 14 days. Of course it can...but does it usually? (No!) I've been up here 23 years and buy stuff online all the time, I know how long it takes for stuff to arrive. 19 days is too long, and is way outside the normal time. I think they used one of those partner shipping methods, where it starts out with UPS and transfers to USPS so maybe that's why it took an eternity to arrive. Other than that, totally happy with my purchase!

Wanted B/W Vionic sneaker
This is my go to shoe shop for quality and comfort. They carry a good selection of different label shoes and all are quality. Some shoe designers fit my feet better than others. I really like Naot and Vionic and can count on a good fit and comfort walking.

The shoes are not 860s but upon removing the elastic from the tung the shoes became very comfortable

However I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to go in to a Footwear store, and over and over and over again not find my size that I need which is 35/36. It's ridiculous and I feel very dissatisfied with so few small sizes

Was very pleased with the order. I had this shoe a few years ago, when I was ready for another pair, because they were so comfortable, I was told Ecco wasn't making that line any longer, but then I recall seeing the lite item on your web site, but it also said that the shoe would not be available for 6 months, sometime in July, then much to my surprise Footwear notified me that the shoe was in stock and I could order a pair, which I did, I received them and do I ever love them, I just wish Ecco would produce this one and so everyone could have a pair.
I had asked to be notified when a certain size of a shoe would come in back in stock, I knew it was not going to be available for a few months, but Footwear came through, I was notified today that it is available
I shop in the store on Lincoln ave, but it is closed this week for a remodel, I reallly love the staff there, they are so helpful, and they have so many styles, if they don't have it they will get it. I sure miss that store, but it will open next week. I have these shoes in black, omg are they ever comfortable, can't wait for the light blue, Reiker is the best fitting shoe ever.!

I was in the store today, bought 2 pair, looked on line when I got home, I noticed that the ones I like have a limited stock, so I quickly placed an order.
I have never seen such a variety in a catalog and amazing sale prices. I wish the stores were in Oregon as well as California. It was a totally painless purchase with great follow up and service. Thank you for the little touches like a hand signed note in the box.

Footwear etc. has a wonderful selection of beautiful shoes. For someone who has problem feet this is really a plus because a lot of the shoes have good arch support which I need. Footwear etc. has great customer service also.

I have had good experience with the quality of shoes I have purchased from Footwear etc. The best part of shopping at the Encinitas store is the extraordinary customer service. In particular, Tara, has been friendly, attentive, and efficient in every interaction I have had with her. While I might be able to buy shoes online, Tara's professionalism and her help keep me coming back to this store.

Footwear ect was my go to shoe store in Northern California but my experience at the Encinitas store has been less than stellar. I once stood by the counter waiting to pay while the manager trained a new employee. From what I heard she doesn't treat her workers very well and wouldn't it be a better learning experience to actually demonstrate how a customer should be treated by ringing up my order? I could have walked out but I had invested time to find the right shoes and didn't want to start over. If you want to have customers shouldn't you stop what you are doing and pay attention to the customer or at least acknowledge that I am here. I will only order online now.

I received a prompt but somewhat condescending email reply about how long shipping takes to Alaska. I've been here forever, I buy products all the time, I know how long stuff takes to arrive. If you can't fix your customer service issue (ie you can't make it arrive faster), the representative should be polite, say "I'm sorry, that must be frustrating, I'll provide feedback to my manager about shipping methods" not, "our policy says it can take up to 14 days to arrive to Alaska". Especially when it was 19 days anyway, which is outside of the shipping time!!!

I purchased six pairs of shoes for my two daughters and I on an amazing sale! Previously, I hadn't shopped at Footwear, etc. because of the pricing, but it turns out that the sales are amazing! One of the shoes I ordered for my 16 year old blind daughter was their last pair in her size and it had a glue stain or mark on it and they reached out to me via email to let me know asking if it was still acceptable! I haven't had this kind of customer service while shopping online before so I was thoroughly impressed! We ended up keeping four of the six pairs of shoes we purchased online that day.
