I bought a Hawk 250 from GKUSA about a month ago. I received it in good shape, a slight ding on handlebar but nothing major. I suspect this was the shipping company, as the pallet was pretty bent. GKUSA got my bike to me in a week. 1 week for a full-size motorcycle to my door. I harassed these people 3 times before I ordered for various questions about shipping, payment, etc and they always answered and helped me. At the same time I contacted other sellers who either did not answer or responded to emails 3 days later. These dudes were cool every time. Even afterwards when I didn't read the site instructions to get my MSO they were very polite and helped me out. So I'm going to write good reviews anywhere I can, in-between riding my kick $#*! new bike.
I should have read this site before buying. They said they would take off $100 for not having model or color. That was a lie. I can't seem to get person on phone. Im waiting on my $2600 purchase but my expectations are very low. Find your go carts elsewhere.
Be aware of this company - they have the worst service and communication. I ordered a part that was "in-stock" but it took weeks of follow-up to get it shipped and then found out they had swapped it for a cheaper product (as the product wasn't in stock) but that doesn't even fit. To top it all off they want a re-stocking fee to return it, even though THEY got it wrong. Customer services won't even reply to most messages or provide a number to call. I certainly won't be shopping here again. My recommendation is to buy elsewhere.
These guys cannot be trusted. If anything goes wrong with your order, good luck. Getting it in writing does not work. Their customer service is terrible. After a mess up on shipping I was told the only way I could get my buggy was if I paid for the shipping from the depot to my address and submitted the invoice for payment. (Despite the shipping agreement to deliver it to my door the trucking company didn't have a lift gate truck big enough). I paid for a local contractor to haul it from the depot and submitted the invoice. After several calls I was told and received an email that it would be paid in 3-5 days. After six months of calling and emails, most of which were never even replied to, I was finally told that they made a mistake and the best they can do is 100 dollars in store credit.
If I make a mistake and commit in writing to pay somebody. I pay it. That is just basic ethics.
Don't trust their customer service people, don't trust it if you get it in writing...
Ordered a go cart on 5/17, a guy called the next day and said the color I wanted was backordered till 6/9. Well 6/9 came and went, no contact from the company whatsoever and I've texted their customer service number 3 days in a row and no response. I now have very disappointed children and a transaction through Affirm that I have to figure out how to cancel. Thanks for nothing.
Ordered a go kart and asked them to hold off shipping for a week. In the mean time they sold it to someone else (which they admitted) and put it on backorder. I called the company to discuss. I was hung up on once, disconnected during transfer another, and now they have blocked every number I try to contact them. And they still have my money! Go somewhere else. By the way, I do not work for a competitor. I am in the healthcare field and have been since 2009. Your false claim further proves you guys are a fraud.

As I live local, I went to their facility on 6/17/2019 to purchase a scooter. At time of purchase I was told by sales clerk, Zach, that scooter should be ready for pickup on 6/20/2019 and that I should call to be sure it was available. Called on that day, then I was told it would be delayed. Called again on 6/26/2019 and once again I was told delivery was delayed as scooter was out of stock. At time of purchase I was never told scooter was out of stock or that it was a special order item. Went to store on 6/27/2019 to get a refund. Refund was supposed to be returned to my debit card. On 7/1/2019 I was texted a refund transaction that turned out to be no good as they never funded the return. Since then I have been given the run around on receiving my refund. Company sent me a text on 7/31/2019 stating that refund check was mailed. As of yet I have not received a refund. Reported this issue to local authorities.

Like the title says, hopefully you are reading the mounds of horrible reviews BEFORE ordering from this company.
When I ordered, the site said the bike was in stock. I placed the order and the status stuck at "ready for shipment" for a week. Then after I sent an email asking for a status update the status magically changed to "shipped". Well then, 2 WEEKS after it "shipped" and after repeated tries to contact someone there I finally got someone to reply (probably because I threatened to cancel the order and report to BBB) and low and behold the send me a tracking # and sure enough it shipped that day, 2 weeks after they said it shipped.
You can't call anyone because the line is always busy, they won't reply to their help ticket system. And they just downright lie.
There are plenty of other places to order from, stay away from this one!
I'm sure someone from this so called company will reply with some BS excuse and probably throw in some more lies as well.

Bought 250 Misfit. Suppose to be a 2019 and the stamp says 2018. Did not get a TITLE. Parts missing and broken. They sent me to the company the bought it from and they don't know what i'm talking about service and sales are badly managed. I have a bike from them i can't use. I have been trying for 3 months and all i get is emails which are no help. I will be contact the California Better Bureau to seee if they can help.
Ordered assembly parts from them for 80$ and received one component (part) not whole assembly. This is scam seller. They use words to foul you and pull money. Started credit card dispute to get money back. Do no do business with them read reviews first to see others opinion. I am not only one get scammed by them
I wish I would have read these before spending $2800 with them, I only received some of the order and what I did receive was in bad shape, the worst QC I've seen. I contacted them by e-mail no response, multiple phone calls and I still have not talked to anybody that knows anything. My fear is that if they don't take this defectively manufactured frame back I'll be stuck with it, and if they charge me shipping I'm out of $300 bucks I've already paid $125 in shipping cost, so to send it back and ship a good frame it will be twice the cost of the frame. They didn't send exhausts or covers, but they charged me, also was a missing fuel tank. I'll revise my review if they contact me and do the right thing by shipping the missing parts and exchange the frame, without incurring additional shipping cost. We will see, but after reading the reviews in worried. GoKarts USA please contact me, James D

Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, difficult to get a hold of, We had parts missing on our order, when we spoke with Steve about the missing parts, he said "go to a hardware store" When we asked about torque and tire pressure, one person said on thing and another person had a different answer, both wrong, as we found out later. My husband is a professional and has been building dirt bikes and riding motorcycles since he was a kid, and always takes the extra step to make sure what he is doing is according to specs. GoKartsusa should try to get their act together or get out of the business. This is a family project we are working on with and for our grandson, to teach him how to build something with his hands. This project is turning into a family nightmare.
If you return something to these people don't expect a refund. They will tell you that what you returned has been used, they charge you restocking fees and this is how they screw you out of your refund money! Knowing very well the parts that I returned were in the same condition as I received them. The parts were NEVER used, and this is how they get you! I will never buy from this company again.

We assembled one of their gocarts. They said it could not have been manufactured wrong... but it probably was... causing the brakes to repeatedly fail. Unwilling to answer simple questions, but referred us to their website. Phone automatically disconnects after 1.5 min during message, so you'll might have to call multiple times. Refered me to his manager then hung up.
Have been talking to various people in this company for 3 days, trying to make a decision as to which go cart to purchase for my 7 year old. Spoke to one gentleman (wish I remember his name) who was supposedly the "manager". He should never again be allowed to talk to a customer. Condescending, rude and can single handedly put that company out of business with his mannerism! After confirming with a young lady that a go kart was definitely in stock (or so she says, I think someone made her lie to me to complete the sale) I received an email, a couple hours later canceling my order. Email says the go kart is not in stock. Unreliable, unbelievable and unscrupulous staff is all I can say. Thanks Gokart USA! Merry Christmas to you too.
The people that work here are the rudest people i've ever had to deal with. I had a question in regards to one of there products and the $#*! that i talked to was extremely ignorant and ended up hanging up on me. I seriously dont know how this company even stays afloat. I was so blown away by this i called back in disbelief. The lady i talked to then lied to me and told me he was in a meeting. LMAO what kind of meetings are held in a place that sells go kart parts?! I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from them for any project that i have... even if i had to pay double the price!
I bought 3 go kart motors May 2021. Once came in July. Another around September. The third is MIA. 9 months and counting. NO response emails and no way to get my $611 back for third motor because it is beyond the time to dispute a charge. BOOOOOOOOOOOO
Do not buy from these people! Ordered a part from them on their website last November. Sent the wrong part, actually the wrong part was listed on the website for my kart. Got the part sent it back within 15 days with the correct return number. Never got refunded. Called and got a hold of the part department and said yes they had the part and would refund my money. Several months later called again, and then said oops we forgot to give you a refund. Called again and now we are 9 months out, they now tell me they will only refund about half the cost, but yet they had the wrong part listed on there site. And still do not have a refund. Going on a year. Do not buy from them. No customer service and refuse to refund your money for their mistake.
I never give reviews, but this hasn't been the best experience. I ordered the GT150 XRX and the company was very responsive. However, 2 weeks into the process, they lied to me about shipping. I thought, well, it was just a mistake. They said, "rest assured", it has shipped. I'm into my 30 days and no delivery. I have refuted the charges on my credit card and they refuse to contact me and any form, text, email, or phone. I would highly recommend going to another site to purchase.

I bought the 200 Kandi Kart for my 12 yr old. It made less than 5 miles before the transmission froze up. The Kart only goes in reverse. I called this place and was told to take it to a mechanic. This guy had the nerve to act like this was a new problem with this model that he had to "ask his mechanic about" Bullcrap. I am convinced he knew about this when he sold it to us. 2200 hundred dollars for less than 4 hrs of use and the new part is 650.00 Do not waste your money!
Well one of my fellow customers said it best I'd say they have horrible service except they have no service at all? In their attempt to be technically proficient you can never speak to anyone. I tried to purchase some stuff at their recommendation through there so called sister company GTC manufacturing. No one had either no one had either company no one had either company no one at either company owned any part of the transaction and kept referring me back and forth. One idiot even told me not to order any longer because their site was for wholesale only. I'm sure they're going through a lot ofChallenges however we have many credit card challenges and I strongly suggest you stay away and buy your toys elsewhere, unless of course you want to be over billed, build twice in many cases or totally frustrated

Has anyone noticed that the reviews on the GoKarts USA wedsite date back to 2016 and none since? Well I have. What does this tell you. I have submitted two reviews, both times having been ripped off by this company, and of course neither of my reviews have been posted. Go Karts usa, is one of those companies that have built a reputation for themselves and then let their sale go to their heads, which led to them thinking that the consumer comes last and their profits come first, well same on you Mr. Gokarts usa... Never forget, that without the consumer, you're business mean nothing... Stop trying to rip people off and start providing some professional service for the people trying to provide some fun and pleasure into their lives... And paid 140.00 for it....Nothing like the photo on their website and no "stinger" emblem as pictured. These people think they can screw everybody. Well not me, I will not go away until they live up to their errors.

I purchased an american flyer 215 mini bike roller to be painted gloss black and payed for shipping, the first response i received from them was that my order was picked up by the customer. I live in nj. And they are in ca. 3000 miles away. When i called them, they said to me sorry we made a mistake, and your order is ready to ship. Weeks later i called again, and was told that my order was shipped, but they don't have a tracking #. Another week goes by and i call again, this guy tells me that my order was never shipped, and that it was going out that day. At that point I called my credit card company to cancel my order and refund my money. Only then after they confirmed this company never shipped my order, did gokarts usa, email me and say that my bike was on back order, and so was the paint color that I ordered... What a bunch of lying a-holes... If you order anything from this company, you should have your head examined by a professional. Rip off artists at their best... Stay AWAY!

Ordered parts, witch was a front shock and ball joint arm. Parts came and they were the wrong ones. So i emailed them they told me no returns on factory parts so i looked at other parts most parts are factory parts so watch out. They just ripped me off now i have parts that are useless to me and im out 200$ terrible business and website, stay away, this website it is no good.
Buyer beware. Don’t deal with this company, they will rip you off big time. I tried ordering a UTV from them only to wait over 2 months. They kept telling me they shipped it, which they never did. I ended up calling the local police to straighten it out (I told them they stole my money). Within a week they sent me a check. They were very pissed at me, which I enjoyed immensely. However they never sent the full amount. I should have known something was up when they wouldn't accept credit card transactions, only wiring money orders to them. Apparently the credit card company’s don’t trust them either. The BBB gives them an F.
I wish I had checked this site before I ordered. Christmas gift (helmet) ordered 7 business days before Christmas (Dec. 16). Website said 4 day delivery. (I was notified on the same day I ordered that the helmet was ready to ship.) Today (Dec. 23), after calling 3 times, I was given a tracking number which indicates that it didn't ship until yesterday and that it won't be delivered until Dec. 30.10 year-old grandson's Christmas gift. Manager said there was nothing he could do. REALLY? No offer to overnight ship another one, No offer to refund FULL amount. Asked him to figure the cancelation fee - $65 on a $100 helmet. And, while writing this review, I just received the email notice that it had been shipped. REALLY?
Absolute the worst person I've ever had to deal with in retail on the phone kept lying about the price they couldn't explain the price or what I was getting for the 54% off. He was very rude on the phone and hung up on me numerous times. Very false advertising on pricing. Watch out.

The customer ordered last year and was told in advance that the item was too large for a residential delivery and that he would have to pick up from the freight terminal.
