I bought a Hawk 250 from GKUSA about a month ago. I received it in good shape, a slight ding on handlebar but nothing major. I suspect this was the shipping company, as the pallet was pretty bent. GKUSA got my bike to me in a week. 1 week for a full-size motorcycle to my door. I harassed these people 3 times before I ordered for various questions about shipping, payment, etc and they always answered and helped me. At the same time I contacted other sellers who either did not answer or responded to emails 3 days later. These dudes were cool every time. Even afterwards when I didn't read the site instructions to get my MSO they were very polite and helped me out. So I'm going to write good reviews anywhere I can, in-between riding my kick $#*! new bike.
I should have read this site before buying. They said they would take off $100 for not having model or color. That was a lie. I can't seem to get person on phone. Im waiting on my $2600 purchase but my expectations are very low. Find your go carts elsewhere.
Placed order on 5-8-14. They requested a copy of my drivers license and credit card on 5-9-14 which I faxed AND emailed the same day. I also called to verify they received it and all was good. On 5-15-14 received an email stating the order was canceled due to not receiving requested documents... which I had called and verified they had. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise!
I purchased a go kart for my special needs son for Christmas. I have yet to able to get the thing to run AT ALL! I have had it to 3 mechanics, had quite a few parts replaced, and still the thing won't run. When I contacted technical support, they told me to change the oil. My favorite comment from ALEX, head honcho in customer service, "do you realize that go karts are tricky and need a lot of little tweaks with a wrench." I asked, but shouldn't it run at least for a little while because it's BRAND NEW? He said, "NO"
In early November 2010 my grandson ordered a go-cart from gokartusa -- $1150. 00 -- his mother wired them a check. As soon as they got the check, they said it was not in stock. Then why have it on the web site? They said they would return the check. Oops, it got cashed. That began a series of MANY phone calls to the company to have the money refunded. They were polite and each time said "the refund is being processed". Mid February 2011 a local lawyer filed suit against them for the refund and associated costs and about two weeks later the amount was refunded. Of course, we're out a third for costs. So are we to take it for granted that all advertising on the internet is a scam? Yikes!
If you're looking for a seller who stands behind their products and provides customer service and support, Forget GOKARTSUSA. I would like to say their customer service is terrible, but there IS NONE. Their shipping stinks. I purchased a TrailMaster 400. The shipper left it at their dock after it arrived at our destination city for 2 weeks and didn't notify anyone. I had a missing part. I notified Gokartsusa assuming they would replace it. It never happened. Now I have an electrical problem. They claim that they will respond to your request within 2-3 hours. That is a LIE. They will not respond - EVER. I am thinking there is only a skeleton staff at this company. They take orders and have your purchase shipped from a different company. I think their whole staff is an order taker. My advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Purchased a 215 minibike kit. The frame I received was welded together crooked. I wanted to exchange it for one that wasnt defective. After articulating this information clearly and transparently the product discrepancies to customer service with included pictures and measurements they tried reassuring me that it looked fine.
The only option they gave me was to ship the frame all the way back to the west coast leaving me to eat the shipping cost! Upon receiving it they would inspect it and perhaps send me another.
Its completely unacceptable to penalize the customer for a product you sold them thats defective. Its not my fault someone didnt do THEIR welding correctly. If I knew I was going to get a tweaked frame I wouldnt have done business with these guys. Their lack of attention to detail, professionalism and product knowledge is ubiquitous.
I was so disappointed with it I havent even begun to build the bike. Thanks for ruining it for me Go Karts USA.
Mathew, I wanted to followup with you. We reviewed your photos and found nothing that looked defective. We also checked stock to see i any of our frames had any defects. We found no defects. I believe our tech authorized a return so that we can inspect and replace your frame if needed, however, we have not received a return from you
Their phone number says you have to email them. Says they aren't answering the phone or checking messages. I sent 4 or 5 emails to them with no reply. I understand if covid is putting things behind. But it's like these guys 100% gave up, but have their website running like they're still in business. I wouldn't fault them on delays if they were open and honest. But they aren't even remotely doing that.
The people are all very rude. I purchased a buggy which was more than $6k and it came with a broken instrument panel. They promised they would replace it. They were all nice at first than they have been running me all around. Now all of a sudden its out of warrenty. They led me on until it ran out. All of them are a bunch of liars and rip offs. The buggy by the way is fun.
After filing a complaint with the BBB, I received a call and voicemail from someone in the company saying that since I am such an A@@hole, they wouldn't be doing anything for me and they suggested that I should go *** myself. What a group of professionals!
I'm betting that when it goes to court that the judge is going to love hearing the voicemail. All because I had the nerve to demand that they honor the warranty.
I purchased a go kart from them. It arrived in a damaged crate. The crate had been impacted so hard that it bent the metal cage and forced the go kart back and broke the rear hold down. It bent part of the steering rack. After assembling the go kart (I am a retired mechanic) oil leaks from the bottom of the crankcase, and when you turn the fuel valve on fuel pours from the carb overflow hose and bowl vent. I contacted them and after promises to correct the issues, they simply stopped replying. I asked for contact information for whoever handles the warranty and was told to google it. I have a worthless piece of junk and they have nearly $2000 of my money. Avoid these thieves. Next step is the BBB and then on to court.

I got a cart given to me and am clueless on the year of go cart but knew what make it was. So I went through there website and clicked on hammerhead and clicked 150 and it took me to wiring harness for the machine... Well I assumed it was the correct one. I was told I ordered wrong one and that is was for a trail master and not the hammer head machine. I KNOW for sure I ordered correct one cause I have went through website MULTIPLE times since and got the same parts number for the harness and it is supposedly the "Correct" one. The picture was exactly what I needed also. They now will NOT give me my money back or exchange for the correct harness. Worst business that I have ever done business with!
Gokartsusa is the worst web company ever! I bought a dunbuggy from them and it broke down within three months. Every time i contacted the company for the replacment part i got the run around. I call them i e-mailed them no help at all i even went to the better business and they still could'nt get a responce. This company is garbage and should be sued out of existence!
Ordered assembly from them for gokart. Page description states assembly brake pedal $76. I received metal part worth $7 on ebay. Assembly is multipart assembled component not one part. I thought it was mistake so requested assembly and have been told this is what i ordered and they refuse toke return. Just not been able to return is enough to not buying from them. I guess if you have what you want and there will be some damage you will get in trouble with them so better stay away. There are better places to make business with

We ordered a mid size go kart for our kids for Christmas 6-7 weeks before Christmas. We were given a shipping date with December 11th being the latest. It's been sitting at the warehouse "ready to ship" for weeks. They will not give us any details on it. They won't even allow us to go pick it up! It's hard to get ahold of anyone and if u do they are all young and offer no details or knowledge of anything! We have been back and forth for weeks and we're offered no reimbursements etc. We are canceling our order and going to a local dealership. I would literally NEVER recommend them.
I place the order with go karts USA for a dirt bike was never came in after 5 months I asked for a refund but the card I used was closed so I had to give them your numbers to give to the bank for the refund never happened they are the biggest Crooks but I will not rest until I get my money back from them

Does anyone know who owns this business? Does anyone know the dealer license number for gokartusa.com? I asked them to send me the MSO so I can register this bike back in October, it's now January. They never sent me the missing parts I asked for because they were missing. Yes, the bike came missing parts! We filled out the warranty form and included our photos. The parts cost me around $30 from another dealer. My son loves the bike... we just need to register it. So, $#*!ing send me the god damn MSO so I can register this bike you $#*! show of a circus tent $#*!ing joke of a business.

Purchased a Trailmaster Mid-XRS from them in November 2016, and the go kart has already been to a mechanic on three separate occasions. I paid extra to have the go kart assembled prior to delivery, and the go kart was shipped with a bad carburetor. After receiving the run around, I was finally able to receive a new carburetor, but I had to pay the shipping fees.
Additionally, all four tires had to be replaced after using the go kart for two months and last month, my son was driving the go kart on the street when the front, left tire fell off. The go kart has been taking up space in my garage as I continue to wait for a service rep to return my call... I would never recommend this distributor to anyone.
We are the Distributor for TrailMaster. Go Karts need mechanical support from day 1. Customers must uncrate, setup, maintain and repair the Go Kart. A Qualified mechanic must perform these functions. We tell this to customers all the time. Some customers get upset when they have to repair or maintain their Go Kart. Go Karts are ridden on bumpy terrain. Periodically check the tightness of nuts and bolts if you don't want things to fall off during operation.
I ordered a ssr 150 through there site. It was delivered to a terminal which I picked up in mpls, mn. Aint no problem yet. Damage was hidden in carton. On me now. Fixed and sent pics. The hell with it, fixed myself. Purcahsed in june. After 7 calls and bs from there end, its October 10.2017 and just receceived my mso. Could not title, register etc without that paperwork. I have purchased other items like this for less price and received better service, etc, etc, etc. Would not purchase again thru them. They are a middle man and u don't need that.

Wish I lived in California so I could go down there in person and take of this issue. They have to satisfaction guarantee on their website and now I know why. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Ordered an $1800 mid xrx. It came with a broken dashboard, which probably happened during shipping, but who knows. Sent pics on the live chat and the person was a complete $#*!. They said it just needed to be screwed in, when the plastic was obviously cracked. They then referred me to the help desk. There I explained my situation, and they said new parts were being ordered. After 3 weeks of waiting I emailed them back, and they said they needed more pics and a video. I then got a response back saying the picture files were too big (only 1 mb was allowed). I am not a computer person, but how am I supposed to send a video if I can't even send a picture. I am like a lot of people on here. I don't ever write reviews, but take this for what its worth. Positively the worst company that I've ever dealt with. I ordered two $5000. 00 Utility Vehicles from them. After my research indicated that parts for the two models I was interested in were hard to obtained, I called before ordering the vehicles. Gokartsusa assured me that parts wouldn't be a problem to order furthermore, all parts are guaranteed for the first year. What a joke! Both broke within the first 30 days and I spent the next 6 months trying to get parts from gokartsusa. I even offered to pay for the parts. No luck. The entire company is a scam and I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB.

Ordered a UTV in May, says 4 - 6 weeks wait. Followed up on July 12, chat said they were waiting on wire transfer. Called to find out delivery time, was told 4 - 6 weeks from today. They never even ordered to unit and never contacted me for payment. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

My kid has used it about 10 time now over the last 4 months. It now doesn't drive and the company once again refuses to do anything about it.
