“Hawk 250 is awesome”

I bought a Hawk 250 from GKUSA about a month ago. I received it in good shape, a slight ding on handlebar but nothing major. I suspect this was the shipping company, as the pallet was pretty bent. GKUSA got my bike to me in a week. 1 week for a full-size motorcycle to my door. I harassed these people 3 times before I ordered for various questions about shipping, payment, etc and they always answered and helped me. At the same time I contacted other sellers who either did not answer or responded to emails 3 days later. These dudes were cool every time. Even afterwards when I didn't read the site instructions to get my MSO they were very polite and helped me out. So I'm going to write good reviews anywhere I can, in-between riding my kick $#*! new bike.

I should have read this site before buying. They said they would take off $100 for not having model or color. That was a lie. I can't seem to get person on phone. Im waiting on my $2600 purchase but my expectations are very low. Find your go carts elsewhere.

I ordered a buggy that was missing parts and notified the company. They told me I was lying and refused to resolve the issue. I then talked to a person from GoKarts that helped me order what I needed (I had to break down and pay for what I needed). The parts took roughly 3 months to come in and were wrong. I called back, got an RMA number and sent them back using registered mail. GoKarts received my parts and signed for them but refused to credit my back and still to this day will not. After sending the Better Business Bureau the signature, tacking info and delivery date the BBB told GoKarts they were wrong and to pay me back. They still refused to and now I am in the middle of suing them. Out $600 in parts and legal fees. I finally called the OEM, paid less that half GoKarts price and had my parts in roughly a week.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service! I most definitely sure that the pitiful representative in Pleasant Hill California is a bottom feeder. How can you take $120 dollars from a family and not care that the size isn't right. I expected a gentleman to get on the phone and say "no problem miss, let's help you out and get the right size". This person needs a wake up call in his life. My husbands hard earned money where he bleeds and sweats to death was thrown away by his inconsideration and rudeness. OBVIOUSLY THE COMPANY BEHIND THIS MAN HAS THE SAME INCONSIDERATION FOR FAMILIES AND THEY ARE MINDLESS. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRID COMPANY! T A PRIME EXAMPLE OF EVERYTHING WRONG IN THIS WORLD. I HOPE THEIR COMPANY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!

These people will rip you off. They stole 54 dollars from me. Not a life changing dollar amount, however thieves should be pointed out. I asked for a refund when I noticed things getting weird with the email's they were sending about my order. The Go Kart was back ordered then when they tried to send it and stuck a sneaky little note in the middle of the email real small and changed my color. All the while the invoice never changed color? Turns out they don't carry either color offered on their web site. I contacted them several times, they (Steven and Chelsey) confirmed that I would receive 1254. 00 refund. I got back 1200. 00 contacted them again and was told several times they would contact me. Called back finally got (Edward) accounting on the phone told me pretty much to accept it. I requested to talk to a manager, he said OK and hung up when asked when I should receive my call from management. I was polite and will continue to be polite and they will receive 54 dollars worth of reviews. They will also receive a high recommendation that they change their name to RIP OFF USA.
Dear Lord,
I pray that they screw a lawyer over who has nothing better to do than make them pay! Amen.

Took off work early yesterday 12/9/15. I called them multiple times about buying my son a side by side at their store, to make sure they had what I wanted and was told they had other 150 side by sides, priced at about 4800. 00. Drove nearly 100 miles one way to purchase one or the other, since they were the lowest price and the only place around that we thought we could purchase and bring home. After walking into the "tiny" showroom which was nothing like what you see on their website, was completely shocking. They had 1 side by side and a few cheap go-karts and little mini bikes. When we asked if they had any others to look at, they stated "oh we can't show you the warehouse", we are not allowed to take customers back their". We were then told we could not purchase the Hisun Strike 250 that they had because they said they were not licensed to sell these? Absolutely shocked with my 13 year old son standing there, that was so excited after the long journey, in traffic. As being a business owner myself for 20 years, I am shocked that they are still in business especially after reading all the negative reviews. The big question is, why did they lie knowing we were driving down there.

Website makes them sound like they offer customer service but after they sell you an item, you can't get them on the phone or to answer email or to respond in any way. CLOSE THAT WINDOW FAST! RUN before you do something you'll regret, like order that dune buggie which you'll have problems with after only 4 hours of run time. But don't expect to get any answers to your questions even if it's under warranty.

I bought a Kandi 150cc dune buggy and I rode it maybe 5 times. Now I need a new carberetur and so many other parts. I keep calling and getting the automated machine but the machine says their hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday pacific standard time. It's 3:00 in central time and all I get is that their office is closed. Wow I really wouldn't go through these people again..

And, toys do break. Most odf the time, you can simply order parts online. I am a son with a great mother and she was saving money all year long to get me a mini bike I really wanted she worked very hard to earn this but here is the thing the bike arrived literally destroyed we wanted to return it but they would not let us when me mom complained the service guy called her a $#*! and hung up and wouldn't give us a new bike or even a REFUND so here I am on CHRISTMAS Eve with no bike a crying mother and a huge hole in my pocket NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM

I recently purchased a Trailmaster 300 XRX from GoKartUSA.com. The unit arrived on 12/18 with a few damaged parts. I submitted a "help request" on 12/18 to try to get replacement parts before Christmas. It is now 1/18 and I still have no parts. I have submitted a second request per their instructions and still no parts and no communication from the company. I finally called and was told I would have an emailed update by COB 1/17. No email, no call from the company. I have dealt with Nikes and Ace and finally Alex (the customer service supervisor) who clearly believes it is not his job to support the customer. Bottom line, if customer service/support is important to you, buy from another company.

They said my 3k gokart would be here by christmas on phone, on dec. 4 it is dec. 24 and it hasnt shipped now my son will have nothing for christmas thanks for nothing gokartsusa
I am not shopping here again after what they did to my son. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Do not buy from Go Karts USA. Bought a youth go kart as a joint bday gift for our kids and we got a lemon... have had less than a month and from day 3 on, parts keep breaking. Customer service people have you send video and pictures of the problems, tell you new parts coming out right away for free, that they will send tracking number and no email, no parts and we have made multiple calls from day 3 on and going on week 4 post purchase. After filing a review with the BBB that company promises new parts and never sends, the company responded that we should take it somewhere to get serviced where they service golf carts. Obviously they had no intentions of sending the parts. Day 3, gas tank leaking at seam. Removed gas tank and demonstrated in a video to this company that when gas tank tipped, you could clearly see gas leaking. Now on BBB response, since they never sent replacement tank, they are saying their tanks never leak and it is probably a fuel line. Also problems with smoking wires at back light and broken muffler, all with 2 weeks. Pretty sad that when you invest in something for your kids and get suckered.

I bought a roketa gk-06 off go karts usa and it worked fine i ran it for abought 1 month before the gearbox broke on my behalf i revved up the engine and poped it into drive acedently so i called to see if i could get a replacement part to was about $600 and i was willing to pay for it but then they told me they would cover it in my Warranty and even pay for 1 day overnight shipping when the part got here i realized it was the wrong part then i looked at the email i sent them and i sent them the picture of the wrong part so i called back and told them it was my fault and sent them a picture of the right part they did the same thing and shipped it to my overnight and told me i could keep both so i wouldn't have to pay to ship it back overall i was very happy with this website

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have placed three orders with them over the past year in order to complete a Taco Frijole minibike, for which they are the exclusive distributor. Every order received was incorrect, incomplete, or both. On one order, after receiving the incorrect part and waiting two weeks for the correct item after RMA, I received the exact same incorrect part. In addition, their customer support could not be more rude or inconvenienced to do their job and service the customer whose money they have taken.

Update 5/18/16 -- Just two curious observations here. The "Jordan T." making responses here replied to my post without any possibility of knowing who I am, further bolstering the fact that these people are unscrupulous liars. The other point is that of their 5 star ratings on this site, one is actually GoKartsUSA voting on themselves (shouldn't be allowed) and another is a completely dissatisfied reviewer that appears to have made a rating error. Their rating is actually even lower than the 11% approval indicated as of this date.

I placed an order on July 9th. They charged my card the full $1200 the next day. According to their website and customer service recorded phone line, the average delivery time is 5-7 days. It does state on the homepage of the site that they are experiencing delays due to high demand. This is completely understandable so I waited 2 weeks (double the normal delivery time) for them to ship my order. Still nothing. I tried emailing, texting, live chatting and calling and could not reach a human. The emails and texts don't receive a response, the live chat is automated, highlights key words from your messages and replies with generic answers that may or may not apply to your questions. The phone number is even more of a joke. It's also automated and sends you in circles. I also went on to their site to request a callback 4 days ago. Still nothing. I get the production and shipment delays during COVID but an update and a reply is expected. I can't even cancel my order because their systems are a joke. Now I have to dispute it on my credit card. I'd say they have the worst customer service but they don't have any service at all.

I should have read the reviews before buying from this company. ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, UNKNOWLEDGEABLE and RUDE STAFF ARE COMPLETELY ACCURATE. I bought a mini XRX and both the auto start/kill key fobs don't work. I called to figure what the problem was, the guy was completely condescending and rude to me. He even tried to tell me things that were not accurate about the gokart and then when I asked for his name and employee number because I wanted to speak to a manager, he said I was being confrontational and hung on me. I tried calling the company back for 30 min straight and no one answered. NEVER AGAIN, ABSOLUTELY WORSE COMPANY I'VE DONE BUSINESS WITH. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE STAY AWAY!

IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT ON TIME LOOK ELSE WHERE U WILL NOT RECEIVE EITHER HERE... placed a order for a Lazer 5 moped on 2/19/15 and they canceled my order I call to find out why no one knows any thing then I reorder the same thing I get a confirmation sayin my order is ready for shipping on 3/2/15 today is 3/5/15 and my order still has not been sent I called once again to see what the hold up is they say they put my order on hold without notifying me I ask for compensation for all the mishaps and they cancel my whole order I ask why are the canceling my order their response was because I told them to and now they want to hold my money for 10 to 15 days so I can't order from another company

GokartsUSA Manager's Response: This customer had several difficulties in placing his order. Ultimately, we had to cancel it. The payment was declined. We worked with the customer to get his order approved. We resolved the issue, approved his order and shipped out his bike. This was still apparently not to the customers's satisfaction and he placed the order in dispute. The customer's shipment was re-directed back to us, the order was cancelled and the customer received a full refund.

I ordered a go kart and a motorcycle on 10/25 and they said the Go Kart was backordered until November 9-13th. I got the motorcycle but need the Go Kart for Christmas. They confirmed on 12/1 that I had nothing to worry about and it would be here before Christmas. There text updates are terrible. You sit on hold for terribly long times. When I finally got a hold of someone, they had no idea that I received the motorcycle and no idea why my order hadn't been shipped. They said they had just received the Go Kart I ordered, but 2 days later and still no update, no shipping confirmation. Here is 7 days before Christmas, I have no answers. Ridiculous! Buy somewhere else. Update; 3 days before Christmas, still no update, starting the charge back process through Paypal. They are the worst company I have ever done business with. Don't torture yourself, go somewhere else. Make sure you do a charge back on your credit card or dispute through PayPal. It hurts their rating and they deserve to lose the ability to charge people. Updated 1/7/21, finally got my refund through a paypal claim. I've had no communication from Go Karts USA since prior to Christmas. Stay away from them!

This is a partnership crime business this company has no employees they don't answer the phone during working hours only AI robots that take orders collect money and then that money a company called PayPal tries to be the muscle that the collector for this criminal operation luckily my bank is Direct Express and they would not pay them PayPal won't give me a refund they want me to go through the whole process of waiting several months instead I'm going to file a complaint but it will be with the Federal reserve IG department through my representative Michael cloud in Texas

If you made your purchase through PayPal the way to get a refund is post screenshots of all the negative and no positive because no positive exists on the CEO of PayPal Twitter account and I mean every post you can find proof beyond a shadow of a doubt and that shame you bring about him the collector for the criminals is enough shame shame shame that he will have his team get your refund ASAP I am posting on the CEO's Twitter now I suggest everybody do the same and also get their representative in the house to file a complaint with the IG the Federal reserve IG say my g that oversees Direct Express because Direct Express won't pay this company a dime but PayPal gets it use that money it's called kiting for several months interest they get use your money free and make money on the interest this happened to Me 2 years ago and it's how I got a quick reply and my money back in 10 days instead of

Bought a cart from them with driveway and liftgate delivery to be here by christmas, got a call from ups trucking and was told the cart was to big to deliver, when i called gokarts said to bad pick it up your self, i explained it said driveway delivery by christmas is what i paid for on my recpt, was told if i picked it up i would have for christmas, i called my credit card co and they refunded my entire purchase price, i have never done a review before, this place is bad news stay away, DO NOT USE CHECK ONLY CREDIT CARDS

This customer ordered a vehicle, then refused to schedule a delivery appointment with the Freight Company. He wanted the crate dropped off at the top of his driveway and placed inside his garage. UPS cannot do this, they must unload at the driveway.

**** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ****

Our first cart was "lost" then nearly a month and a half later we receive the WRONG ITEM - we have paper documentation as well as information from the shipper confirming it was the WRONG cart. Staff will not give manager name, corporate number or any contact info. First they said 30 day refund, then 90, then 30 again, now 180 - they are trying to charge us $600 - we will be filing a police report. Check BBB ratings this appears to be common with them - I regret not checking reviews first. Company will no longer answer calls or texts.

**** DO NOT BUY - THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY ****

You can find other websites with their same exact stock photos. Worst customer service of all time - If I could give negative stars I would. Packing slip shows name and description of wrong item - we refused shipment and while on the phone w/ the company they said "they ship all carts in the same box." HOW? All carts are different shapes and sizes. Later, when attempting to touch base on our refund, whoever I spoke to on the phone claimed to be "as high up as it goes" but would only identify himself as #32. He was completely unprofessional and proceeded to call me a "fraudster." He tried to say they advertise carts with wrong names so that they can sell them for cheaper prices - Yes that is a direct quote! I have all emails and text messages to back these claims up.

Bought a new Adult Voodoo race cart, received it with damage to the steering wheel from metal to metal rubbing during shipping. The seat felt was also damaged from the bumper bracket rubbing on the seat. Went online and made a claim and this is the response as follows from Joe, Qoute " hello Brent my name is Joe and I will be your advisor for this request. The rolling cart stand is leaving our house today and you will be supplied with a tracking number. (That was a lie I never received any tracking number.) The damage does not affect the performance of the machine. You can paint with primary so we're over the steering wheel scratches. The seat has minuscule chip out of it, All the voodoo seats are in the same condition from the factory. (That's a bunch of malarkey) Here's the real kicker listen to this. "I would recommend purchasing an aftermarket seat that would come fresh in a box and you can order the correct size as you wish". Are you kidding me why would I buy another new seat when I just purchased one on a new kart. Thank you for choosing Go Karts USA Joe. Now I don't know about you but when you purchase something in new condition you expected to be shipped that way, and when there is damage you expect the company to do right and replace the parts they have done nothing. Save your money and go somewhere else this company is a fart in a frying pan the customer service sucks the concept of business sucks and they don't value their customers or they would do what's right and replace the parts and a new condition.
So I see Jordan T. Is the person responding to a lot of these comments, majority of his replies are nothing but excuses so Jordon I invite you to do the right thing and I will delete this review and are business relationship continue or it can be the opposite and I will end this relationship. The ball is in your court now.

Stay far away from this business! I placed two orders with them a few days apart. First a "tire/wheel" order and then a "brake assembly/drum" order. The brake assy./drums arrived and they sent a brake band, and not the brake assembly I ordered. The drums were correct. I called customer service and their phones were down. When I finally got in touch with customer service, all she could say was "I'm sorry" over and over again. The tires and wheels were never shipped... so they finally did (after two weeks in limbo). The woman in CS told me that they would ship the correct parts, and that I needed to photograph them to prove that I was sent the wrong parts... as if they wouldn't figure that out when they received the wrong parts back in the mail!

After days and days of dealing with misinformation and a supervisor who was never able to speak to me, they told me, knowing full well that I was on a tight deadline due to their error... that I would have to pay to ship their errors back to them. I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO SEND A PRODUCT BACK THAT WAS THEIR ERROR!?!?!?!?!?! I have to do it because as they told me, "Our shipping policy is clearly stated on our website." It may be, but for $8 in shipping, they have alienated a customer and made me angry enough to post on every forum and review site to make sure nobody gets taken advantage of like I was.
