I bought a one way ride to Newark Airport from this company through Groupon. When it was past the pick up time I called the service and was told they would check to see where the driver was and call me back. I never received a call back, everytime I tried to call them I got a fax machine, I then tried another number I had for them and got an answering machine. I called another car service and they were able to come get me asap and I just made my flight within minutes. Later when I called again when I got the answering machine I left a fake name and they the same woman picked up. When she realized who I was she said the reason why she didnt call me back or answer the phone was because she couldnt find the driver and didnt know what to tell me. I would stay away from this company. I read another review somewhere and same thing they didnt show up.
