Excellent service, bought a 24k Gold iPhone XS, arrived on time. Quality. I've read through the comments and it's a shame when a company does well you get lol th haters coming out. Anyway, great company and team.
Goldgenie were given £16,000.00 to add a diamond onto a 24k gold piece that was ordered at a cost of £10,000.00 & so £26,000.00 in total. We did not get the diamond & we received excuses from Goldgenie & subsequently lost £16,000.00 & never received the money back. A complete ripoff by Goldgenie. Steer well clear would be our advice.
Im left disappointed again and everytime when I communicate with Mike or Frank Fernando Or Laban Roomes as the watch was not Swiss and not functioning properly.Im not sure hows the quality control on watches are done there, its not acceptable for a watch worth over £1248. 00.

If you are considering buying a product or doing any business with Goldgenie company and Laban Rooms don't do it! Please can check the real customer reviews, not the fake testimonials and reviews that they are writing. If you are considering doing any business with Goldgenie, please first contact ex business and franchise owners they will give you all necessary information. There is already a big community of scammed customers and business owners all over the world who are working hard to bring this company to justice. If you are already scammed please do the right thing, contact the authorities and leave the warning message for the others.
After having promised to send the $3000 iphone on Friday, I spoke to founder Laban who promised a refund withing minutes, then a man called Frank tried to say they cant refund until next week. Terrible man, terrible company run by cowboys.
I just received my rosegold IphoneX today from goldgenieI hate to say this
I was shocked... the Phone was covered with dust... the coating or the outer layer edge was not smooth at all (sharp actually) and the color... was lackluster (we all expect it to be shiny since it is supposed to be cover with Gold)... and it took two and half months to make and deliver

I have very bad experience with Goldgenie company and their products. Usually I don't write any reviews but it's necessary to warn others regarding this company. Unfortunately I had to learn in a hard way, but I might save your time and money. So take my word for it, don't waste your money!
What you get from Goldgenie is just a very expensive rubbish. They call it 'customized' iPhone or what ever... Practically it means that they buy iPhone from Apple, open it, and gold plate the cover. That's all they do! After that they put it in a "fancy box" and sell it to idiots like me or maybe you... for 5 times higher price. "Fancy box" is from China and costs not more then 5-10$ and gold plating costs maximum 20-30$. They will of course try to explain you how you get unique product, and it's 24k gold, etc. But what you get is already opened (in most cases also damaged) iPhone, which will have very bad signal, WiFi will be constant problem, etc. Gold plating doesn't last for long with every day use so they need to put some cheap plastic on it to protect it. Of course you can not take it off, and if you put your iPhone to charger and leave it on glass table - it will stick to it! Then you will complain and they will play like a "normal company"... they will try to solve your problem and they will waste your time more and more until finally you give up and say - its worthless! So don't be foolish. I hope this will help someone... Mark.
