After about a month or so after I placed my initial order, Marcus contacted me via text message explaining there have been some technical difficulties and was sorry for the delay. He then compensated me for the grieving that occured and assured me that the package will leave that said week and i'd recieve the product. Well it did and my father was very pleased with his gift! The quality is great and the piece itself is well done and has good attention to details. Overall, I'm pleased with the quality and delivery once it got shipped out. They could use some work on the managing orders and email responses, as it took about a month from my initial order to having any human contact reach me.

I have found some places online that sell 18K gold iwatches for under $1000, but if you want a 24K gold watch this is the place to order from. The only downside is that according to an apple store rep, apple will not service an iwatch that has been tampered with by a 3rd party company.
