Bought items advertised as Willow Tree brand. Many weeks later, the product arrived in styrofoam and was not as advertised. The seller refused the refund request even though the return process was advertised as "We hope you like your order! However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we will make the return process extremely simple." It was not simple, they are pushing back, so I sent pictures to PayPal and escalated with them for a refund. You can see a comparison of what I got vs a set that I already had at home...

A happy update to the below. Steven sent the mailing information and realized there had been a shipping mistake. He is correcting the problem. He emailed an apology and is sending the merchandise. I am updating this review hoping for a positive end result! If it is even better than expected I will edit the stars given.

I purchased a set of garden Fairies and two metal Agave sculptures. The Fairies arrived - very cheaply made and not a bit like the pictures but cute enough. I never got the two Agave metal pieces. Writing did nothing. They said the Agave had been mailed but returned because the address was not correct. Having received the first part of the order with no address problem... why was the second part not deliverable to the same address? I was asked to send my address and information again to a Cindy. I used PayPal and thought the confusion with the address highly suspicious. I am still working on a refund or shipment of the remaining items in the order with PayPal... nothing to date.

I bought something from them it came in the mail it was broke they said they would only pay me 20% of what it cost how $#*!ed up is that
