Nerdify is hands down the best study assistance service out there. Believe me, I tried a lot of them and I mean A LOT because I work full time, so trying to balance work, college and social life I need a little extra help every now and then. The team is great, you get to speak with the real humans who truly care about helping you and in addition to that they answer within literally seconds. That's what I love the most about them, not a single question or issue is left unattended. Lately, I've been using these guys to help me with statistics class and I should say my grades have improved, which speaks volumes about how knowledgeable their experts are. I'm very grateful to them and wish I'd found them earlier!
They promised satisfaction or a refund, that was how they sold me. Well, they delivered absolute garbage, tried to tell me it was what I requested, fought me on a refund, and then acquiesced. But then I learned all they did was refund me with Nerdify credit! 8/10 scam, stay away
They charge ridiculous prices, promising someone with a "master's degree" will be writing your papers when in reality someone with an elementary school education whose primary language isn't even English is writing it.
I should have listened to all the other negative reviews.
This company took my money, did not do the assignment I sent them even with instructions and they literally said "NO" when I asked for a refund. At first, I read all the reviews and they were positive, but I should have read the critical ones first. Stay away from them as much as you can

They there, I am so sorry you ended up not satisfied with our service. It is true that we can only issue a refund after our QA team investigates the case. If you could give me your order number, I would totally rush them up!
Great work and great service. Super responsive and helpful. I've had no issues with any orders. It's definitely best used if you place your order a couple days in advance for a cheaper price but i've placed super last minute orders and they've always been right on top. Can't recommend enough, super easy to use.

They plagiarized, they didn't use the case study provided and said I got the wrong paper. When they sent me the second copy, it was the same paper I had already receive. I am glad I started ahead of the game and didn't wait til the last minute to complete this assignment. Otherwise I would have been screwed. You better run as far as you, it's a total SCAM! All reviews that are positive are from the company!

I paid almost $100 CAD for a 900 word essay to be written on a book. I went back and forth for days about the procedure and how it was guaranteed. My report stated that it was AI generated 100% (which I specifically asked to be sure prior) because that's exactly what I was afraid of! They wanted me to write a whole report to investigate my paper which I only have a pic of the comment from the professor. I now have to go to a face to face meeting with the program coordinator. I do NOT recommend this service ever! Just do your own work! It is NOT guaranteed trust me!

They have minimal concern for customer retention or satisfaction. Non-native English writers produce a pitiful product leading to countless glaring abnormalities within their contribution. Their quality assurance representative, Jane, refuses to refund despite these problems even when the product paid for is incomplete.
I waited through multiple attempts to resolve with several resubmissions given back to me without any changes made. Nerdify was an awesome company in the beginning, but has evolved into this inefficient and wonky service that just doesn't deliver to expectation. Every communication is transferred to someone else and the entire context and story of the conversation is lost.
This results in lost customers, and bad reviews.
