Very shady company in my opinion. They gave me instructions on how to use my own money to return something with the understanding I would only get store credit, but then after it was returned, I cannot get a response from customer service regarding the credit. I have emailed at least 6 times!

I ordered a sweater and pair of boots. Both very cheaply made and not like description. Boots had small nail sticking up in inside of boot. Customer service is horrible - it took multiple attempts to get response, time lines are very over promised and under delivered, Returns have to be sent to China so shipping is expensive. I will definitely not use this company again - very frustrating experience.

I ordered a bunch of great items and they send it in a week never an issue even received points free shipping, never an issue for some reason can not order today it will not let me by way who cares Hong Kong items are awesome tons of compliments plus my gf buy ref they rock just want to order now and van not weird first time it keeps cycling

Company drop ships from Hong Kong, returns to Florida. They have a restrictive return policy that varies depending on if you read the site, your receipt or packing slip. Anyway handbags are C grade Chinese goods (ie the street vendor quality in HK) not what you would ever buy, strong routine scent of glue that will never go away, appears they are selling (at least handbags (3) I received, lowest grade goods. I asked for a refund as my goods were defective. Paid about 30$ to mail to Florida too (no return tags as it drops from HK)

I got a Christmas gift of boots from this website. They sent two different sized shoes (neither in the correct ordered size). They do not respond to emails and have not sent the correct pair or refunded me.

One month to receive my package. When it arrived, two items were missing. No response from customer service. I email them multiple times a day. They blocked me from their instagram so people cannot see the negative reviews. Another user was blocked too for asking for her refund. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT purchase from here, do your research first!

Should've read up on this place before buying. My wife ordered boots that came in from China (first warning sign) 3 weeks late and in different sizes. They do not answer phones, emails, or requests for contact and make the buyer pay for return shipping! Stay away

Material is super cheap, just like another reviewer said, the dresses are WAY too short. Cannot return a bathing suit!? How are you supposed to know if it fits. Horrible company, will never buy from again.

I will never again purchase anything from this company, and I would never ever recommend it to anyone based off of service. I should have seen the red flags when their generic initial shipping email says to "allow 3-4 weeks to pass before contacting us regarding your order". Clearly this shows my situation of having absolutely zero updates with my tracking number for over 3 weeks is not an isolated incident. On what planet is that considered in ANY way a "standard shipping" timeframe? I am very sad since they are very hyped on social media.

I want to love this site so much because the clothes are all extremely cute and they often run decent sales. I placed my order on 1/16/19, received shipping confirmation on 1/20/19; now 22 days later and counting, I still have not received an update about my order. The tracking number says "Label created, not yet in system" and it has said that since 1/20. Won't be ordering from here again!

Do not trust the fake reviews that all seem to say the same thing and use the same stock photo profile pics.
I have ordered from GM 10-12 times, and every time I run into some problem where I have to contact customer service. That in itself is highly inconvenient. On top of that, their product quality is extremely hit or miss, and the return policy often only offers a store credit. Instead of trying to return, I usually try to sell the items for less than what I paid on Poshmark. But this company is so false that one of their employees named Chris actually commented on my poshmark item so as to let all my followers know that GM was having a sale and that they could get it cheaper that what I was selling for. Seriously? Incredibly unprofessional.

I ordered sweaters... when I got them there were loose threads everywhere they were coming apart at the seams! If you return it they automatically charge you a $20 refund stocking fee! Scammers and fraud at the highest level! I should've done my homework though and discovered they were out of Hong Kong! I've already learned from ordering from other companies that you're going to get screwed in the end if it's from Hong Kong or China. Wasted money. They conveniently always have sales that offer 30% off which automatically means that you can't return anything without a big deduction... i'm trying to save other people from making the mistake I did... do not order from this crappy company!

Honestly this site is the biggest joke. No wonder they have a giveaway every 30 days and have had a 40% off sale going for like 5 months. The only reason "blogger" and "influencer" people promote this place is because they get they stuff for free. Everything is far over priced for the very below average quality it is. Shipping takes almost 3-4 weeks and the tracking never works. And if you want to return? HA nope you have to pay yourself to send it back (hello almost $12 shipping cost) and you only get store credit to buy more $#*!ty $#*!. I've left reviews on their website and they magically don't show up among the "4000 5 star reviews". It's a scam stay away.

Tried to make a return, but the company did not provide a return form (which is required per their return policy in order to receive a refund). When I emailed asking for one, they ignored my request. I submitted a complaint with my financial institution, and only then did this company's customer service reach out to me. However, they still did not provide me with the return form, they only reached out in order to accuse me of theft. This has now been going on for over a month. They continue to refuse to provide me with a form, and continue to threaten legal action just because I refuse to cancel my bank's charge back due to this problem. DO NOT under any circumstances get involved with this company.

Way too over priced and takes forever. Still waiting on an order placed 12/26/17. I responded to another follower on their Instagram stating not to buy from them and they deleted both our comments and sent me a nasty message. Hopefully I'll get my items this week or I will open a Paypal dispute. Just don't buy from here, too much of a hassle.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from them. They were doing their 40% off sale so I got a few things to prepare for fall. It was been a month now and I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation! They don't have a phone number so I have sent emails, going to their website and did the "contact us" thing, and nothing. No one has gotten back to me. My bank won't refund the money because I authorized the transaction. I can't get anyone to get back to me about my order. It's very frustrating and poor customer service. Not good business.

Don't expect to receive your items in less than 3 weeks. Worst, slowest shipping and customer service still didn't update me on my order when I emailed and asked. None of my items were received in time for Christmas.

It's has been over a month! A MONTH! And still no clothes or shoes that I ordered. If your prices are going to be as over priced as they are, you should at least have the products people purchase reach is in a week. No excuses. It's ridiculous how long I have waited. The tracking sucks and now it's saying it arriving late. So disappointed. Won't be buying from this company again.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. Ordered a package with "express 1 day delivery". Two weeks later and my package hasn't even shipped yet and I cannot get a hold of the company. They have no phone number and don't respond to emails.

Be careful ordering anything from this company. Everything comes from China, I had to pay $20 to fedex so my package could go through customs. Free shipping is NOT free shipping, and even if you win this giveaway you'll still have to pay. I reached out to support and they won't pay the fees, never ordering another item from this place again. On top of the outrageous fees, the items I received we're super thin material and overall poor quality. I'm sure there'll be holes with the first wash. If I were you I'd go with a local boutique such as pink lily or red dress, their customer service is amazing, they have quality clothing & you'll never have to pay customs fees.

I saw Goodnight macaroon on a influencer page and ordered a few things immediately. I knew shipping would take a while so when I went to look at reviews I was immediately in deep regret! I just thought well... money wasted! However when I got my clothes (after about a full month) I was shocked that the clothes were cute. This is coming from a very picky shopper too btw. They aren't name brand quality but they were nice. I do recommend not ordering anything that says one size unless you're a very small frame or want a belly shirt/sweater. I don't know if I got lucky but I'm pretty happy with my sale purchases. Everything I ordered was 20 dollars on sale so perhaps if I had spent more I wouldn't be AS impressed. Hope this helps!

Ordered otk boot on September 29th, received today. It was a bit long for the price of the product., I mean when I ordered something at 100 $ I expect to receive it quickly. But the boots are very good, I sized up like they said and it's perfect!

I was constantly worried that I wasnt going to receive my product because it kept saying it was still in Hong Kong, but about 2-3 weeks went by and I got the product today and... its basically the same thing I ordered (which was the Hayley Plaid Turtle Neck Sweater) its the same colors and same design and has the turtleneck but the cut is different as in theres two long parts in the front and the back which are not pictured in their picture for the product. Its still a cute sweater but I would prefer if it was the one on the website. I also dont think it was worth the money and I wont be shopping here again but at least I received the product even if it wasnt the same exact one.
