Few days ago I made another order on goread.io for Instagram engagement, because they keep sending me cheap offers via email, I thought they have changed, I was WRONGGG!, this order never came through!, yet my card was charged. I contacted them on the website, no response, I then sent a follow up email

I was asked to provide the following information, date and time of purchase, Instagram name, last 4 digit of my credit card, the type of order I made, and receipts, after sending all of the above, they came back with some bs response "This order was already complete", they started drifting me back and forth by asking for more information, DO I HAVE TO SEND A BANK STATEMENT TO PROOF MY PURCHASE!, after 10 emails going back and forth I stop responding

Shady companies don't change, don't be enticed by f*olish offers, you have been warned!, customer service 0%, they don't care about you, only you wallet, after they take your money, they will ensure any issue you have is not resolved. I am just pissed with myself I fell for this twice!, and I gave them the last 4 digits of my card all for nothing. Everything they call genuine is SUPER FAKE!
