I was looking for a site that could send a champagne gift to a family member. This site has tons of options for gift baskets. I will be using it for all of my gifts for family and friends. I was worried about the possibility of the bottle breaking but the packaging was the best I had ever seen. It was no way that the bottle would break even if thrown. Highly recommended!

I bought 2 baskets recently, one for a friend and one for a birthday gift. Both were delivered very quickly and products were delicious! Baskets were as pictured and the recipients raved about them! I will only buy from Gourmetgiftbaskets from now on due to their fantastic products and service!

I bought these for my son's 24th birthday who lives about 4 hours away from us. They were delivered on his birthday as promised. He was so happy to get them. He face timed me when they were delivered and he opened them right in front of me. They were very carefully packaged in a bag that kept them cool and fresh inside a box. None of them were broken either. They were so cute. All decorated differently. He said they were delicious and ate them all in 2 days! I was very pleased! I'm sorry that I do not have a picture. I should have asked him to take one!

I wanted to send a gift basket as a thank you to a friend in nursing who helped me with bandages and dressings when i broke my ankle. All i really knew was that she had once given me wine as a gift so the wine basket was the gift i chose for her. She really appreciated it!

I ordered a gourmet gift box from NZ for my son in DC unfortunately he had to be away for work on the day it was delivered as I had not requested signature required it was left on the porch. Unfortunately it dissapeared!
I received a follow up email enquiring how happy was I with the gift basket. I responded by notifying the sender- Seth that it had not yet been received.
He was incredibly helpful and followed up - they sent a another gift basket to replace the presumably stolen one at no extra charge to me!
Seth was an excellent communicator and I was so impressed with this service replacing the stolen one! On receiving the basket my son reported the cheeses and products were very good.
I highly recommend this service and I would utilise it again.

I purchased this basket as a birthday gift for my grandmother. It arrived right on time and beautifully packaged. She loved it! All the items were high quality and tasty. I would definitely recommend this as a gift.

My husband received this as a birthday gift. It was a perfect gift for him. He loved the beer selection, and it arrived cold! There was no delay in sampling the first beer! The Chichester Crunch is delicious!

I ordered a cheesecake and it arrived frozen. If I wanted a tasteless frozen cheesecake I could have gotten one from my local supermarket at less than half the price. I tried contacting customer service but there was no answer.

I was so impressed with the presentation and contents of the first basket that I ordered for Father's Day (and so was he!) that I have since ordered 2 more baskets for people. The price ranges of the baskets vary so you can either be frugal or go all out! The contents come in beautiful hard cardboard boxes that can also be re-used for gifts or to store stuff, so the recipient is actually getting two gifts. The contents of the boxes are unique and varied so the recipient will feel special and will definitely enjoy the snacks. Also Gourmet Gift Baskets sends out occasional 20% off coupons and I have used them because there are always birthdays and special occasions to buy for! I highly recommend trying them out!

I wanted to get my doctor and her family a holiday gift. Something three people would enjoy. The gourmet gift basket was the perfect present. It contained a variety fresh fruit, complimented with caramel sauce and cheeses. It was displayed in a decorative basket. The presentation exceeded my expectations and needless to say it was perfect. I bought a large basket filled with chocolates etc and a choice of wine (from 3 bottles). I chose the Veuve. It was an 80th birthday present for a friend of mine. She opened it via FaceTime so I could watch. It was boxed very well, and came out in one piece, looking as it did on the web. My friend was ecstatic. Gourmet Gift Baskets was a truly positive and awesome experience. It was my first time sending a gift from Canada to the US and at first i was a little apprehensive. This is now my second time ordering with them and again it was superior customer service considering I was desperate as I was ordering a little later than i should have. I sent an email and was responded to immediately, they met the promise to have the package delivered on time and my family was very pleased with the presentation and i was especially pleased it arrived right on the date promised. I've received two gift baskets from this company, and both had issues. The company included their brochure with the basket. When I looked up the basket in their brochure, I discovered that half of the products had been substituted with items that cost less (peanuts for chocolates).

My second basket was a fruit basket. When I received it, all the pears were black with the skins rubbed off from the scratchy excelsior that they were placed on. They didn't put any kind of waxy paper stuff between the fruit and the excelsior. There was pear goop on my basket.

I contacted the company both times. The first time I told them what was missing, and they sent replacements. The second time I called them, I told them to credit my uncle's account for the basket. Both times they made excuses, but in the end came through with replacement items. We're still waiting for them to reimburse my uncle.

The gift basket I ordered (Champagne and truffles) was great idea for a bride and groom. It was delivered as planned and in perfect order. The bride and groom loved it. The customer service is impeccable. The company ensures that you are informed and satisfied at every step. Definitely a grand idea.
