Ordered a wine gift basket and cake for my daughters 30rh birthday since we couldn't celebrate together due to iCOVID. The cake did not arrive as promised. I could not reach customer service only the team that places the orders who were not able to help. I finally got a call back days later and told them the situation. I asked for a refund because it was a week later. They never refunded the money and sent another cake instead that I was told tasted horrible I will never order from them again. You would be wise to do the same

We sent my sister & her husband a beautiful wine basket to celebrate their 50th Anniversary! This basket was perfect because they were able to put it in their car & take it with them on their Anniversary trip! Excellent wine & cheese selection. They truly enjoyed it.

This Christmas I sent out Gourmet Gift Baskets to family in New Mexico and Arizona. The gifts I choose were the Around the world beer bucket and the A toast to you Prosecco gift. Just want to say, everything was a breeze, website navigation, selecting, scheduling and payment. Both gifts were delivered on time, smiles all around.

This was sent as a gift and the recipients were very happy with it. An excellent variety and quality products. It arrived in excellent condition and very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

My niece goes to college in West Virginia and I live in Texas I Waa trying to think of a good gift to give her on her 21st birthday and you guys came through like champs and delivered the most beautiful bottle to her on her birthday. No words can explain the joy of that phone call I received. I can't thank you enough

This was a gift for our son in law. He was very happy with it. Was familiar with some of the beer assortment, and happy to try those he wasn't familiar with. He said he "tore through" the snacks - so that makes it a 2-thumbs up with regard to this gift. The delivery was next day, which wasn't requested or expected, so another 2-thumbs up to Gourmet Gift Baskets!

This basket was a birthday gift to my daughter. It was a perfect choice. The variety of snacks and beer was well received. We are both fans of beer and have worked in the food industry. The pairings are great and delivery was speedy and on time.

My mom and I were to go to Italy together for the first time since coming to America. The trip was canceled. I sent her a dinner for mom from Gourmetgiftbaskets she was over the moon for a week thanks to everyone who made the basket with love.

The items are a ripoff does not look at all like the advertisement, they are very small and the food items are not fresh, they taste stale and the portions are very small for. I bought 2 gift baskets for $30 each and there is definitely not $30 worth of treats in this package. Total ripoff and an embarrassment to give anyone!

I had never used them before and I was worried because I was sending the stuff to a hot climate at a bizarre location and they handled it perfectly.

Everything was fresh nothing was melted the presentation was awesome it was for my daughter's 23rd birthday she was on vacation vacation and absolutely loved it it made for a perfect afternoon at the pool and I can't wait to have a reason to use them again!

I've ordered about 4 times from GourmetGiftBaskets to send treats to my daughter in Upstate NY and each time she has really enjoyed her deliveries and they have always come on time. Most recently i ordered special macaroon cookies for her Birthday and paid for the one day Saturday delivery and she received them in great condition. They have been a company I've come to rely upon.

Order Easter gift items for my grandchildren. My granddaughter was thrilled with the popcorn bunny munch tin, she absolutely loved it. They enjoyed both gifts but this bunny munch was special. She loved it. Thank youW

The Gourmetgiftbasket site is the first place I go to for all of my gift shopping. They have everything I need with the ease of shopping and sending all wrapped into one! My family absolutely enjoys all of the baskets Ive picked and had sent.

I was selfish and ordered Baked Goods Sampler for myself after I had a surgery to cheer up. I didn't expect much and got really surprised with freshness of the goods! Also I liked the fact that everything was individually wrapped and labeled and there was a brochure with nutrition facts and allergies information. And I didn't feel that the basket was small it felt just right. I would DEFINITELY recommend.

The cheesecake was perfect. It was a surprise gift to congratulate a loved one that just finished chemo treatments. The treat was delicious and with the sample cheesecake option it was enjoyed by all her visitors too.

Lowest Quality -Late Delivery. There are many better places than this. Stale old nuts, horrible cheese and sausage. Late Delivery and WAY OVERPRICED for what you get. The boxes are much nicer than the contents. Buyers Beware.

Since we were apart on Easter because of the COVID quarantine, I sent both of my adult kids the Springtime box of cookies. The box is so lovely that they can use it for Spring decorating for years to come--long after the cookies have been enjoyed. The website was user-friendly, and the boxes arrived at their destinations exactly when I requested.

I came across this company online when I was trying to order a gift for my daughter. We weren't disappointed. She received a bottle of prosecco and chocolate truffles. She said the quality of the products was excellent. I will definitely order from them again. They have a wonderful selection of products.

I tried the President's Choice Cheesecake Sampler (https://www.gourmetgiftbaskets.com/Presidents-Choice-Cheesecake-Sampler.asp) and it was SO delicious! There was a great assortment of different flavors for any kind of cheesecake lover - unless you aren't a cheesecake lover, then, more for me! I also like that they double-up on the flavors so you aren't fighting over the same slice with a friend - or so you can just eat two of the one you love! The company was great to deal with - including one lovely lady I spoke with - and delivery was spot on and painless. Highly recommend!

My neighbors helped so much with my move and I wanted to show my appreciation. I couldn't decide on which basket and decided to get the Cookie Basket and the Farmers Basket. They were both a hit! Both baskets came nicely wrapped and came on the days that I requested. The delivery man was very careful with the baskets and they said everything was delicious! Thank you Gourmet Gift Baskets!

I was more than pleased with my order. The basket was for my84 year birthday. The basket arrived on his birthday and he was both surprised and pleased with the contents, I will order again from this delightful company.

Sending a gift basket to a coworker's hospital room. After multiple attempts at speaking w/their customer service, it wasn't until 2 days after the order I was advised the room # was cut off on the shipping label. Apparently there is a maximum # of characters per address field, that I wasn't made aware of & it was my fault. Yet, my confirm email had the complete address. To correct the address I was charged $11 and then to send it else where they were charging me $15. I initially requested overnight delivery & after all said & done the shipping cost more than the basket ordered. At the point of utter aggravation, I canceled the order & requested a refund. I asked for an email to confirm cancellation, I have yet to receive that. I was advised it can take up to 2 weeks for a refund to my card.
