I ordered two Easter gift baskets for my granddaughters and they were so fun - the girls loved them. I have sent Harvest and Christmas baskets as well in the past and they always make a wonderful gift. Their customer service has been very helpful as well!

We needed something to cheer up a very active and busy man who was now side-lined with surgery and looking at rehab; we decided on the Micro-Beer Bucket. We had to send it across the country so hoped the picture/description was close to reality. The result was what we hoped for--the gift arrived exactly as scheduled and he was quite pleased with it--snacks went first and he was counting days until the meds were done so he could start on the micro brews. We received pictures and they showed a happy guy and a bucket used for ice surrounded by the bottles. He was pleased and so were we. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Our granddaughter is away from home for college and we like to send her items monthly just because. So, we looked for a great Halloween gift and came across Gourmet Gift Baskets. The item we selected turned out to be perfect as we selected one with a cutting board included. She loved it and decided she would use as a serving tray because it was too nice to cut on it.

My cousin recently had surgery and I wanted to send her something that she could enjoy. Knowing that she was gluten-free, I thought I would have a hard time finding something, but low and behold this gluten free gift basket had it all. I ordered 5 Bunny Gift boxes and everyone loved them. Reusable decorative boxes were especially nice and the bunnies were great. My 101 year old mother is in lockdown and we sent her the sampler cookie box. She was so excited. Said they were all really good and made just the way she likes them! Great job!

This was a very nice gift for mothers day. I think my step-father was jealous of the selection of snacks. She was a happy mom. Little bit better than just the old flowers and card I think. I ordered 2 baskets for my daughters birthday. My daughter said the wine and cheese basket was like a little date in a basket. The champagne and truffle basket was decadent. Both baskets arrived within hours of each other on the day I had requested. The tracking information they send you is awesome. I would definitely use them again

Ordered French Champagne and Godiva basket, they charged me $48.00 for overnight delivery, which I never asked for, only saw it when I pressed Order. The next day delivery took 5 days. My package was sent back to them due to 3 attempts failed delivery, which I dont understand occupants were home, since they just had baby, I assume UPS in CA could not find the bell or call. The told me I would get credit on my cars within 5 to 10 business days, They lie, Its going on to a month, still no credit, They dont respond back, when I attempt to contact them. I'm forced to dispute the charge now. Stay Away from this company!

I ordered a basket to be delivered overnight and paid quite a bit extra for the service. There were some weather conditions but the tracking showed at the local airport at 6:23am so there should have been plenty of time for delivery. Then there is a note that there was a mechanical problem and the delivery would be delayed by one day. The shipment guarantee says only weather conditions would void the guarantee. When I contacted them, the said since there was mention of a weather issue they would not honor the guarantee. Buyer beware!

Extremely disappointed that I didn't receive the white chocolate strawberries I ordered for my wife for Valentines Day. Instead they sent milk chocolate salted caramel strawberries. I emailed them immediately since it was after business hours when my wife opened the gift. No response. 4 days later. Still no response. Will never order from them again.

Due to Covid-19 and being told to stay home, I decided to order Easter treats for grandkids in California, Arizona and Ohio. We spend almost $300.00 on items from Gourmet Gift Baskets. Unfortunately when the youngest grand child (5 y/o) received her Easter basket the head of the bunny was detached. I just spoke with Customer Service rep. To request a replacement and she said that they have no stuffed animals in stock to send a replacement and offered me $15.00 refund. I feel like this is unacceptable. She did offer a $30.00 store credit but they are out of stock for most items and this does not even cover shipping. I would hope they would want to make this right and send something fix the issue and retain a customer. So sad!

Whoever says that t his company is good is disconnected. I ordered a gift basket six days ago and paid for an overnight delivery. It still has not been delivered. I can't get through to customer service and cannot connect to live chat. I have tried everyday since the day after it wasn't deliver... 4 days straight now.
