The gift that hits a unique genre, sympathy. What better way to comfort someone than with chicken soup! I've gotten many compliments for I'll or even condolences for 2020. Wish I had thought of this idea!
I ordered two gift boxes for our neighborhood HOA. Both were received in their boxes upside down. Opening the boxes as you would think to do so, based on the box and information, resulted in the items falling out as the box was opened upside down. Also, the gift card I wrote to go with the items was not included. I have written three times to the company (and sent a video of the box being opened) and have not heard back from them. This exhibits very bad businesses practices.
This gift basket was a Christmas gift for my cousin and his family. They were delighted! He said the food was very fresh and that the basket was bountiful. Thank you!

I have bought gift baskets from this company. The gift baskets are unique and the ones that offer fresh food the foods like fruits are fresh. These guys are responsive and do offer free shipping at times.
I ordered a gift basket online. It was delivered on the date predicted and someone from the company even called the next day to make sure it was satisfactory. Highly recommend!
Our company went with Gourmet Gift Baskets this year initially because of the free shipping as opposed to the large corporation we have used in the past. Just loving the fact the baskets we sent were larger, no shipping costs and matched our company colors was the reason we chose the Winter Wonderland Tower. Gourmet Gift Baskets were able to customized the baskets with our company logo stickers as well. We sent over 100 baskets and they were shipped out and received in the timeframe we wanted. No excuses, they just made it happen! Trip Knapp was our sales rep and he was amazing as we had to change verbiage for the gift tags, reverse addresses, ship some of these baskets to Canada and it was amazingly well received. I'd recommend Gourmet Gift Baskets to any business as well as individuals. I did send out 7 of my own gift baskets to friends and they loved the baskets as well. Very happy with our purchases. Very happy with the customer service as well. Not many companies can say that nowadays.

We send out over 100 gift baskets to our large customers every year. I personally send out about 10 gift baskets to friends. This site is easy to use. The baskets are larger than the average companies out there and the service is more personal. Look for the gift baskets that designate free shipping.

I purchased a cookie basket for my dad's 95th birthday and had it sent in time for him to receive it on his big day. The day before his birthday, I got an email with the tracking info and was horrified to see that the delivery date was three days after I thought it would arrive. Although I didn't think anything could be done, I decided to call Customer Service and see what they would say. The wonderful representative immediately ordered a replacement basket to be delivered to my dad the next day! And it arrived bright and early the next morning! I was impressed and surprised by this company rising to the occasion and doing the right thing (a rarity these days) even though the delay in the delivery was the fault of the trucking company... not Gourmet Gift Baskets! I usually use a different company for my dad's gifts but decided to try Gourmet this time and I'm so happy I did! Thank you, Gourmet Gift Baskets, for your wonderful attention to your customers!
