I purchased the ice Cream Cone cake pops earlier for a birthday gift. They looked so realistic that the recipient put them in the freezer, thinking they were really ice creams. The items arrived on time and were packaged with ice packs to keep them cool during delivery. My experience was perfect!

I ordered a Cookie Gift Basket for my friend's 80th birthday and she loved it! The website was user friendly. There were a ton of selections of gourmet gift baskets to choose from and they were reasonably priced. Service was excellent as they got the basket to my friend in a few days time. I ordered the "Around the World Beer Bucket" for a friend's Birthday. Although there was a slight mix-up with the delivery destination, Customer Service stepped up to the plate and made sure that a successful delivery took place. My friend took a picture of the package, which was beautifully wrapped. I have since ordered a second gift for another friend. I am very pleased with this company's products and service.

I felt the price was fair and I needed to get the gift to N. C. quickly. The package arrived just when they said it would and I received a notice that it was delivered. I received an email following up about my purchase, which is unusual for companies to do this day and age. It meant a lot that they cared to know. I could not be more pleased and will use them again.

Bought this basket for Fathers Day since my dad lives far, and I ordered it on Saturday(last minute) and it was delivered Monday morning. They delivered it to his job but he left for the day so he ended up picking the basket up from the store location. He was still surprised and he loved everything in it! My son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter love Halloween. This year, because of the pandemic, promised to be a huge disappointment. I sent a gourmet Halloween gift basket to each of them. All three loved them. My son said he was impressed by the assortment in the beer bucket; his wonderful wife told me the wine and chocolates were delicious; and my granddaughter, a true chocolate fanatic, raved over hers. I ordered a few items for a friend and I didn't think they would be delivered next day. Not only were they delivered on time, packaged well and safely but I was told that everything was delicious. Their cookies and products were all very fresh. Couldn't be happier! Didn't even have to bother with customer service because the transaction was super easy.

Paid for express shipping for a guaranteed delivery date. Package arrived 5 days late. Called customer service and was told the date I paid for was "estimated". Um, no. It wasn't; that's why I paid so much extra. Requested my shipping costs back and was told it was UPS's issue. Again, no. I don't have a contract with UPS, gourmet baskets does. It's their job to refund the customer and get reimbursed by their contracted delivery service. Bottom line: Terrible company for mediocre food. You'd do better at Walmart.

I had never used Gourmet Gift Baskets and was a little reluctant. It also was not word of mouth etc. well I'm very glad I took a chance. My brother was the recipient and he called right away after receiving it. Both of us were happy with the snacks because they were not just convenience store type snacks. The package arrived right on time.

I had to order a sympathy basket and needed it to be delivered quickly. Most places had a lag time of 3-4 days delivery even with rush shipping. Gourmet Baskets was able to deliver it the next day! Shipping was even reasonable for this request and the selection was delicious. The person receiving the basket said they really enjoyed the goodies. I have used one of the big-name companies for orders like this and they are slow on delivery and much more expensive. I will definitely be using Gourmet Baskets again and highly recommend them!

Sent the Easter wooden gift box as a surprise to my daughter and son-in-law who loved it. It arrived on the specified day and nothing had melted (sent to Atlanta). Also, contained hard to find, in any type of gift basket, candy bar favorites. And the fun, reusable box, were my main reasons for choosing Gourmet Gift Baskets. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Very disappointed with delivery from Gourmet gift basket that left a box of chocolate strawberries outside the front door on the heat exposed to animals. The chocolate melted falling apart and the strawberries was wet.

I purchased their hand-dipped box of chocolates and they were amazing. I normally take a bite into the chocolates and throw out any that are not amazing (to save on calories), but these were all amazing - so my friends and I ate (almost) the whole box during a girls weekend away - this is all that is left of the two layers of chocolates. My order arrived on the day it was promised and the shipping was amazingly fast. Thank you!

I ordered the double Easter baskets for my grandchildren and could not have been more pleased with the quality, content, and prompt shipping. I wanted something other than a standard basket, and the little houses holding the Easter treats were adorable! Highly highly recommend!

I ordered this for family to enjoy over the holiday weekend, since one of them is sick. I paid extra for two-day shipping for it to be there on a Friday. It was not delivered until the next Tuesday. It is now Thursday, and Customer Service never answered my email asking for a refund on shipping. Only going to give two stars because it did provide my family with snacks.
