It was so easy to order from Gourmet Gift Baskets and I think the quality is good, based on my sister's reaction to it once she received it. She was excited by the gift and said it looked delicious! I would order from this company again for holiday gift baskets.

During the pandemic I have had to send a lot of presents via web providers. A number of them have been less than satisfactory and then I discovered GourmetGiftBaskets. I sent a 25th Anniversary (Bubbly with chocolates) and a 60th Birthday present (Beer and snack bucket). Both gifts were huge successes - high quality gifts, gifts arrived on time, and great follow-up from the company. I will be returning for more high quality gifts especially during the holiday season.

This is the most beautiful, fresh and delicious dried fruit platter I have ever ordered! The recipient raved about how beautiful and colorful the presentation. There were many compliments on how delicious every bite was. They plan to use this wonderful company. I would highly suggest using this amazing company.

We ordered this gift basket for my father-in-law who is extremely hard to shop for and lives several states away. I thought, well I know he enjoys cheese and sausage after he plays golf and I knew he was playing a tournament on Father's Day. This was the first time I had ordered from GourmetGiftBaskets.com so I will admit I was a little nervous. Ordering was easy, and they had several delivery options to choose from. I of course waited to the last minute to order - but I was still able to select a delivery date before Father's Day. Well they came through and everyone was SOOOOO happy! The gift arrived on time, and my father-in-law said it was PERFECT! He said everything was so fresh and tasted great! Thanks Gourmet Gift Baskets for making this Father's Day a special one!

I was unable to attend my niece's wedding and wanted to do something to let her know I was supporting her. Just two days before the event, I contacted GourmetGiftBaskets and asked if they could put something together for me AND ship to Denver within 24 hours. They came through and the result was everything I could have wanted. My niece and her new husband were thrilled.

They have a lot of good gift baskets and for affordable prices. They have different themes to choice from like birthdays and anniversaries and they also have a lot of holiday gift baskets as well. They even have healthy gift baskets which came in handy when I sent my diabetic mother one and I didn't even feel guilty.

I bought a gift "tower" basket for my parents for their anniversary. It came exactly on THE day -- perfect! They liked it. It's nice that it came on THE day. We're having a party for them later when grown children can be home, but it was nice to have something for them that day.

A year ago I ordered from Gourmet Gift baskets and sent a care package to my son. Unfortunately I transposed his house number and it was delivered to the wrong address. After speaking with customer service and also UPS to try and retrieve the package it was concluded that UPS could not retrieve the package. Of course I was not pleased. Fortunately Gournet Gift baskets was kind enough to give me a credit towards my next order. Which I used and am thrilled to say that my son loved his cake. I am pleased and satisfied with their customer service, quality and the delivery.

I am now the favorite grandma having sent the Valentine Popcorn tins to my daughters and their families for Valentine's Day! Reports are the popcorn was delicious and they are finding uses for the empty tins! This was my first experience using GormetGiftbaskets. Ordering on line was easy and the deliveries were on time! I plan to use them again when I need to send a gift.

We bought this for our coworker who is in the hospital, I though it was a great idea to send her a board to play with her family members and the snacks for her and her family members. I've use Gourmet Gift Basket for whenever I had to send something for a coworker who was in the hospital or out of work ill. They never let me down.

I want to strongly encourage you NOT TO use this company. I had one number wrong on my sending address and NO ONE Contacted me. I had to figured this out. When it was delivered, the fruit was spoiled and they would not help replace it. It was a sympathy basket and was drastically late and then spoiled. I paid $150 for spoiled fruit.

I ordered this gift basket and not only was it not delivered, but it included alcohol items - despite the alcohol items they left it outside. It was obviously stolen and they refused to refund. I will NEVER again use this service.

I have a very special friend in NJ and wanted to send her something special and also from my heart. I found the perfect basket! I have used Gourmet Gift Baskets on several occasions for clients, as well as, for family and friends. I have never been disappointed! The basket of gifts always arrive on the date chosen and the recipient of the gift always raves about the goodies in the basket. There are many options to choose from and are always packaged well to maintain the beautiful presentation of the gift basket and I have to mention, the customer service is amazing!

Company unsatisfactory if things go wrong. Gift was scheduled for Sat. But instead sat in hot warehouse until Tuesday. GGB didn't offer a replacement, just a refund of about 50%! After multiple interactions, GGB offered 2/3 of my payment. Talked with UPS - they refund ALL shipping charges to sender for late delivery. GGB received their money back and took 1/3 of my payment - yet recipient did not receive gift. GGB didn't honor their part of the bargain since no service was provided. FINALY received a full refund after a lot of time, effort, and aggravation - it should have been a slam dunk!

This was our first gift item received from this locally owned business near our town & were very impressed. The attention to detail was top notch from the advance notification of delivery email, to the pretty shipping box, to the internal reminder card telling you where your message card was on the outside of the box, as well as a securely packed very nice presentation gift. It's obvious this company has put alot of thought & attention to detail to make this a quality online purchase for the sender. We highly recommend this business.

I had never used an online service for anything, but Mothers Day was approaching, and I decided to send a gift basket to My Mom. I used Gourmet Gift Baskets, and I was very pleased at the experience. My Mother was happy, so that made me happy also. Looking forward for the next time.

I chose a wine/cheese basket for a friend who had lost her dad! I knew she was already overwhelmed with all of the plants and flowers she had received so when she received her basket of goodies, she was over the moon! I have used Gourmet Gift Baskets several times for various gifts and these are by far the best online gift baskets I've come across. The basket items are thoughtful and are NOT the cheap, inedible items found in many other gift baskets. And their service is excellent!

I purchased a Bottle of Dom Perignon to be delivered to a wedding. I expected it to be delivered the day after I ordered it, the day before the wedding. It was actually delivered the same day I ordered it. I am VERY impressed. Great communication and products. AAA +++

My family sent this as a gift to my nephew and his soon-to-be wife. They were surprised to recieve it for their Christmas eve. My nephew said it was a good size basket and although they hadn't tried the wine yet, they had eaten many of the snacks that were included and he said they were all very good. The basket was delivered on the day we requested with no issues. This is a unique gift idea and we will definitely order from Gourmet Gift Baskets again. I would have included a copy of my invoice as proof of my purchase, but there is to much personal information on it that I would have to black out basically everything except the price I paid. I purchased the Premier Selections Wine Basket that had the 2 bottles of wine, plus cookies, salami, candies, crackers and cheese.
