I ordered a gift basket as a "thank you" for one of my neighbors. I searched several web sites before choosing GourmetGiftBaskets, and I'm so thankful I bought one of their baskets. It was perfect and exactly as described on their site. Delivery was made on the date I requested. I will definitely buy from them in the future, and highly recommend them to others.

The original basked I received as a gift had moldy oranges and stale crackers. The snack boxes were 2 -3 times as large as the contents inside. I was then sent a replacement basket. This basket contained no fruit but was of even poorer value - a cardboard prop occupied half the basket and snack boxes were set on top of it so that the basket looked far larger than it was. Again, almost every box was sized two or three times as large as the snack inside. In addition, these are not "baskets," but rather cheap cardboard containers. If gift givers knew what these actually looked like, they would be terribly disappointed. I was angry that my family member had spent any money at all on this.

I sent this to a friend who just lost her Mother, I wanted to send something useful and during times of chaos snacks are always nice to have around. My friend said she really appreciated it. I would recommend this basket.

GREAT Halloween Gift Basket! Easy web site and great service! Delivered on time! And a HUGE hit with our grandchildren - goodies gone in 24 hours! Couldn't ask for anything more. Will keep ordering more of these baskets now that I have had such a great success with the first one!

When sending a condolence basket I am very aware that many others may be doing the same thing. The conundrum is what to send so as not to overwhelm the recipient and or create a situation where they have to throw food away because it's perishable but not freezable. This basket has a great assortment of items with a range of shelf lives. Very much appreciated by the recipient. Super quick delivery.

I wanted to send something a little special and different than typical gift baskets, and so I sent one of the chocolate variety baskets. The recipient (my sister) was thrilled, and I think it made her feel very special. I'm also guessing that her daughters and husband were pleased too!

I paid extra for a gift basket and also chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered early for Christmas for my daughter who is away from home. They did not arrive on the 23rd as promised, and since she was away after Christmas by the time she got the fruit in the basket and strawberries a week later when she returned they were no longer edible! I contacted Gourmet Gift Baskets numerous times but no response whatsoever. A reply would have been appreciated. I understand delays can happen but due to no reply at all, I'll never use them again and would not recommend!

I bought 2 Easter towers for my grandsons. They absolutely loved it. The oldest one said the everything tasted so fresh and the youngest said it was so yummy. I definitely will be ordering my gift baskets from here again. Delivered on time to.

I sent my son in law a beer gift basket for his birthday & he LOVED it. It was so easy to navigate the website & there were so many choices. The basket was delivered on time & they sent me updates on delivery time so I could make sure someone over 21 was at house to sign for gift. Everything was perfect. Tough to have a birthday during a pandemic, but this cheesecake sampler was off the charts. My family member was very happy and the pictures she sent made my mouth water. Delivery two states away from ship point was made three days from order date to boot!

I bought the bucket of popcorn 2 days before my boyfriend's birthday, the basket was delivered on time and he loved it so much, the custom card gave it a special touch as well. I highly recommend this company, best of all the popcorn was very tasty I personally am not a fan of kettle corn but it was so good that it was the first one gone! 10 out of 10

Terrible Customer Service and just like another reviewer said, they tried to push the fault onto me. When you are purchasing $200+ basket and Customer Service is not willing to work with you in any way, is not someone I would want to work with again or ever recommend. Said I could figure it out myself with UPS and they will charge me $15 dollars... bonkers.

Our organization bought a Deluxe Snack and Chocolate Gift Basket. The website was very easy to navigate and showed the vast scope of products available-and the price was very affordable. The recipient was thrilled, not only with the variety of goodies, but loved the basket and the gross-grain ribbon that wrapped the basket-she thought that was a very nice touch. I have ordered numerous baskets since i took over sending get well/sympathy baskets where I work. I have received such great feed back on every basket, I knew I made the right choice to go this route in lieu of flowers. More often than not, the basket is delivered the next day and you get alot for your money.
