Menu would have benefited from some pictures or more thorough descriptions. Also seemed like it might have been a partial menu. After checkout, I'm seeing some weird code, partially blocked by this window right now
Quicker than calling in
Menus hard to navigate, things added to card even when you dont expect it. Basically just not a well design site for usability. I really try to use this if its linked by a restaurant but it so much slower to order than doordash or grubhub, please improve you user experience.

Update - And now after using your amateur-looking site (again, only because I had no choice in the matter), now my credit card was compromised and I have to cancel it. This was just awful.

I felt like the delivery fee was pricey and I was in a pinch due to my work and kids school schedule. It was my youngest baby's 6th birthday. Not many places deliver to our neighborhood I was thankful that we got a very polite and prompt driver. I wish I had gotten his name because he really was SO awesome. Thank you!
The only pizza place that delivers to our address is not my favorite. And I didn't make it to Sam's club before they ran out of pizza's. They close at 8pm, I got there at 630pm. In order to get good pizza for my son's birthday I had to use grabull, and our driver was so nice
Our food was great and delivered on time. The delivery driver however was extremely rude. Upon delivery, as a greeted him he asked me for a tip. After tipping him, he glared at me and left. Maybe you could consider giving your delivery drivers a raise if possible? :)

Appreciate grabull's mission, we like being able to order online for local favorites. Sometimes there are interface quirks like trying to fill a cart with a previous order loses all option selections and notes, but I've learned to look out for that.
I believe it is most cost effective for the restaurant/vendor.
The card/item editing experience is little better on a computer vs a mobile device's browser, mainly because it's easier to see the whole interface and all the info.
I believe Grabull is the most preferred online ordering interface for our restaurants of choice (who are on Grabull). The fees are more favorable for the business, we're leveraging the business's existing delivery offering.
Appreciate being able to select options and enter notes to remove things (that the restaurant folks actually see), also appreciate the discounts. Do wish my delivery address could be save…
Great exp. But after a few orders of great pizza it would be great to have rewards program or loyalty discount for repeat orders. To be honest, pizza here is much more expensive then small piza in cheap location, but come back for the quality and taste. If reward program would be very good. Thanks you
The store did not receive our order, they noted this happens often with your system. We had to wait for them to then start our order once we arrived and told them. I hope they see the revenue as I did pay through your site.
I don't know where the mixup was, and it may have been the restaurant. It took over an hour for the food to arrive and when we called it had not been picked up. So my husband headed over and apparently crossed paths with the delivery person. Food arrived hot and fresh, so I'm not sure what happened. But we never got any confirmation that it had been picked up by the driver.
They could not help.

Some better auto complete on the fields would be nice. The credit card expiration field doesn't automatically add the /, actually doesn't let you add it yourself, it the example value looks like you should add it.
It would also be nice if you could do an address lookup through a maps API.
I wish the platform had more detailed order statuses and ETAs.
Food is good, good restaurant as well. I would just recommend having some form of feature, where if it remembers my account, it gives me the option to save my card info with it so I don't have to go look for my card to place the order.

I had ordered in the past and it had taken almost 2 hours to receive my food. So I was wary trying them again. However last night my food came so fast so hot and so delicious the person delivered it with a smile it was wonderful!
I wanted to give them another chance. And I am really glad that I did!

So far, your website is user friendly and intuitive. As an improvement, your software could automatically separate the telephone number into nnn-nnn-nnnn, separate the credit card number into groups of four, as well as separating the expiration month / year. But, it works as is, so all is well.

Everything went well. It was easy to place the deer. The pizza was delivered in a timely manner. The delivery person was friendly and pleasant. No problems.
I placed a large catering order for delivery, and they not only were they on time, they were 15 minutes early! It was so seamless, and the food was delicious!

The website refused to accept credit card autofill (Android Firefox) and then froze after manually submitting it, forcing a refresh and re-entering. Also this text box is way too long for mobile so I have to keep scrolling back and forth.
It was the only option given for the restaurant I wanted. Congrats on the monopoly.
