The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
I dont want to rate and comment every damn time, this is dumb.

Well... the ordering is fine. The delivery was 30 minutes late last time.

Food is usually late, drivers can be sketchy, and costs a fortune. I only give a second star because I got my food every time so far.

There's no obvious option for half "topping x" and half "topping y". Also, no "add chicken" option

The pizza was 20 minutes late. I didn't receive an email saying it was out for delivery (like you get with Door Dash, Uber eats, etc.). The pizza was no longer hot when it arrived.

My order was left in the mail room… I left instructions to call or text upon arrival since I live in an apartment building. Somehow the delivery driver got in the building and left the order on a windowsill in the mail room. No call, no text.
The experience was what you would expect: I placed the order, received an email confirmation, and then the food was delivered. The cost savings compared to Grubhub and Uber Eats is significant.
App works well and there are fewer fees.
