The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
Everything is clear and concise. All items were listed with exactly what was included.

I can't see the breakdown of the total amount before submitting. Please fix that.
I used the back arrow to double check my cart before finishing checkout, but that wiped my cart, making me have to select all items a second time. Cart should be shown when you're checking out.

The menu was easy to use, but I think it could have used some more pictures.
Placed an order on restaurant website linked me to Grabull, received confirmation, drove 20 minutes to find out they received order, had to wait 20 minutes for to be prepared and then call to get refund from Grabull and the answer given was "They never answer the phone" and still waiting for refund NEVER Again when I see Grabull I will move onto the old fashion way using the phone

Was on restaurant website and was a horrible experience
Ordered takeout and asked for it to be delivered to our side door. Food was dropped off at a different spot, without any notification that it been delivered
There is no way to contact a delivery driver without calling customer service which is weird because there is no way to track either. But it worked out
Grabull forgot to send a LARGE ORDER request to the restaurant (LEONE's). We ordered ahead of time (we placed the order the day before the delivery). Sadly, this mistake resulted in many teachers missing their lunch in celebration of TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK. It was embarrassing and disappointing, and I felt bad for the restaurant because it was not their fault. It was Grabull's fault for forgetting to send over the order. And there was no attempt from Grabull to make up for the huge mistake or take responsibility for the mistake.
They went through the motions, assuring us the order was on its way. Sadly, they never took responsibility for making the mistake they made. Very disappointing business practice.
Grabull was the only option we had. We will think twice before using Grabull again.
When I received the over, the Driver showed me my receipt which showed my TIP ($40+). But she assured me that she received NO TIP, so I paid her a tip on top of what I ALREADY PAID to Grabull. Grabull must figure out a way to get TIPS to the delivery driver. It seems like Grabull is scamming us via the TIP.
