The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.

I liked old DENOS website better for online ordering. Menu was easier to navigate and there were more options (like steak temperature, well done, lite on the condiments...extra cheese on a sub.) I mean come on who doesnt want extra cheese on their steak and cheese!
I didn't. I went to my usual sub shops site and this is what i got.
No way to tell restaurant to add a side of spicy mayo, so I will have to call the restaurant

Easy to navigate, good descriptions, order placed quickly
I ordered online on what seemed a reliable platform. However, when I arrived at the location to pick up my food I was notified by the location that Grabull is not an authorized Third Party to collect payment or process orders. Grabull has set up a fraudulent website to capture online transactions. The manager at the location stated that she wasn't even sure if they would receive payment from Grabull for the transaction. Apparently, the manager has contacted Grabull on multiple occasions and asked Grabull to remove their website and Grabull has ignored the requests.
Grabull has not refunded my payment
It was not intentional. Grabull is a fraudulent company intentionally taking unauthorized online orders and payment.
The site is to easy to navigate and easy to create a custom pizza!

I specified for pickup. You then asked for a delivery address, and I specified for pickup again. Then in the confirmation you say it will be delivered in 60 minutes. Very confusing
Because I had no choice. Next time I will call the restaurant and avoid grabull

There is nothing on the site that indicates that there are fees attached to my order. It said my subtotal and then on the next page just had a random amount that didn't make sense. I completely understand that there are fees for using the site but they should be shown on the page with the subtotal, to clarify what they are.

Nice and easy to understand menu and and easy checkout. Almost impossible to make a mistake.
The delivery person complained when he arrived that it was too small of an order for the time it took him to arrive. It was well above the listed minimum and I gave a tip.
Items where I included special instruction text were added twice to the cart, once with the note and once without
Placing the order is fine but there should be a way to track the delivery.
