The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
Used to order direct from a restaurant. Since they now use Grabull it costs a lot more in fees and the hours are wrong so it cancels or refuses orders when the restaurant is open.
Because it was the only way to order from where we wanted lunch
Mikey's used to have a section where you could select a Well Done pizza, the new site does not. I put it in the notes when ordering. The pizza's we got were OK. But they weren't well done...
I didn't... i just used online ordering for my local pizza shop.
Menu options are super unclear (possibly restaurants fault), but also Grabull kept adding my item to my cart before I actually hit the add button so each time I just clicked something it would add a new item to my cart. By the time I was done ordering a burrito I had 3 other burritos in my cart, along with 13 other things I simply clicked to see more info, even though to I never clicked add to cart for any of them.
Don't like that you can't see what you ordered without having to go back to the shopping cart. It's not clear what the taxes and fees are in the total.
The menu item needs more details. Details describing what is in the sandwiches, or maybe provide an option for "sandwich as is as created by restaurant".
Only option or routed directly via New York Bagel website.
Need to add Apple Pay. Don't want to leave more words, but apparently you want them because it has to be at least 50 characters so I'm gonna talk on and on and on have fun reading it thanks
Using Yelp app
Shouldn't have to give you my email to get something to eat. The website I went to directed me here and gave no other option. I don't like not having choices
I didn't. The website directed me here
I don't want to do no survey I just want to order my food why do I have to give a 50 character speech about this damn site that I don't want to use anyway but I had to order my food so I want to order my food and that's why I'm just saying whatever to get your 50 words in so I can order my food thank you
Food was delicious, fresh and good size portions. Arrived on time and driver was friendly. Shrimp and grits didn't spill because the container it was on was dented, and Mac n cheese was left out of order.
Helpful, though phone line kept cutting in and out.
Not user friendly. Kept rerouting me and had to re-enter my order multiple times before actually being able to order. Kept giving inaccurate restaurant information.
No other option to order from restaurant site
YOU DISABLED RIGHT CLICK I HATE YOU IN PARTICULAR
No Apple Pay
No card auto-complete in Safari
Inconsistent UI and typography
Got my CVV wrong and got a JSON error and a very unhelpful error message
No I do not want to make an account
Overall if I didn't know the name "Grabull" already by chance I would be worried that this is a scam website. It's the little details that inspire trust. If my mom saw that JSON error she would stop and not order at all.
You just happened to be linked on the restaurant website. You're worse than Toast, but better than some of the other ordering providers. God I hope you don't charge the poor restaurant too much.
There is no ability to pick individual toppings. I have to add everything in the comments. I should be able to add pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, etc... individially
Good but would be nice to be able to use apple pay. Also very annoying that this field has a character minimum and i have to take this survey to finish order. I also havent gotten an estkmated tine to pick up my order.
It seemed like the only way to order
Introduction
I recently had the pleasure of using Grubull, a food delivery service, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the ease of ordering to the professionalism of the driver, everything was spot on.
Website redirected me
The system needs to save changes if you have to edit, so you don't have to re-enter everything again. Also it auto adds an item just by clicking on it, but not hitting add.
Restaurant uses this vendor.
Service worked mostly well and it's great to see someone other than the big players like Doordash and GrubHub in the market. It's a little rough-around-the-edges in design and operation but pretty good. Biggest issue was with delivery notification - in the email receipt it doesn't say when delivery is expected and no text notifications were used. The only way I knew when to expect the meal was the browser window immediately after placing the order online. But after placing the order I closed the window, and there was no other means of checking on delivery time estimate in case I forgot. The food still came on time, no actual deliver issues - just a lack of information for follow-up.
I didn't, I chose the restaurant and they chose Grabull.
When ordering a pupu platter from fusion taste in Arlington. There is no size to pick from in the app. You must use their website to order then to the spp to place the order.
To place my order for the food I wanted. Also preferred by Fusion Taste in Arlington.
Great experience.
No problems.
Preferred by restaurant I was ordering from.
Only complaint.
-- I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and it wouldn't let me finish the order without selecting dressing and Caesar dressing was NOT a choice.
No description for what are on sandwiches by default. Had to call restaurant. The mystery "fee" thats unspecified is shady, and there are 3 different fees for food. Delivery fee, tip, and tax/mystery fee. This is a terrible and expensive experience.
It was the only choice for delivery at the restaurant I wanted. I had to. I wouldn’t have used Grabull otherwise.
The website is good but I used to be able to order a side of bacon but could not find it on grabull's page for Bricktown Bagels. In addition, my delivery address is not saved and I have to enter each time I order.
Menacing work well as you have to select from each item section even if you don't want something. I added hash browns but didn't want them just to push order through
Restaurant prefers it
Nothing to brag about but nothing is broken. Hope the restaurant gets a bigger cut than with GrubHub or those other predator apps out there.
Preferred by restaurant
It was a Good experience my suggestion is that you need not make people use a certain amount of characters in the survey answers
It came up online when I ordered
I had a very positive experience. I placed an order to be delivered several hours later and the delivery was right on time.
They were who delivered from the restaurant I chose.
Can't get out of this screen and I have to type more characters to see if I ordered my pizza. Tried to reduce to 2 stars, but would have to type more.
