The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
Always fast and efficient. They are on point, and follow up immediately if needed. Also, very courteous.

The quantities defaulted to 5 on my side orders and couldn't be adjusted until I went into the cart. Would be nice to be able to select "no" options instead of text- I don't trust that they will read the instructions

Couldn't hit add to cart without selecting an "extra" sauce. It didn't let you continue the order without fully selecting any unchecked boxed.
What I like about DoorDash and such tools is you get a tracker for where the delivery is en-route. Grabull could have at least emailed me and let me know where the order was (it left, etc.). That's the only feedback. All other things were great.
Got our food in a timely manner. However, not happy, after checking my bank account and seeing I was changed $2 additional to what my total was. I tipped in cash, and I'm very disappointed.

I order from here every couple weeks, and the notification that my food is ready for pickup is usually *days* late. I might order on Monday and get an email / text that my food is ready on Thursday or Friday, even though the order is fine in the store shortly after I order it.
Decided to have ramen and found on google... ordered ramen sushi and salad. It was all super delicious!
Although plenty of notes were left on where to deliver... driver was well over 30 minutes late. Food was cold. Call the customer service line and they were zero help too. They never called me back like they said they would. Terrible experience... thank God I don't have to use this service again.

My delivery took over an hour and when I called customer service to see if they could find my driver, they stated that my food read that it had already been delivered. The driver never once called me or rang my doorbell, they instead left my food outside and because I was never informed that my delivery was here it was stolen. I've been calling for days for a refund and it just has been a runaround to get my money back. Horrible experience.

Extensive menu with delicious sounding options, easy to read - maybe put descriptions on more of your dishes, though, I was a little confused about what some of them were! Thank you I can't wait to try the food

Delivery was easy and fast. Pizza was just ok. But being hounded for a review is killing my vibe on the whole experience. I gave 5 stars… why you have to have a written out review after hounding me for 3 days. It was fine!
