Proactively asks for customer feedback
This company does not typically respond to reviews
The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
I struggled for a little while to understand where to click in order to change one thing about my order. I also couldn't easily tell what exactly I was buying — I only saw the total when checking out. I could use an easier "cart" icon/link that's visible throughout the shopping process, and also a clear list of line items before I have to finalize checkout.
I realized they act as a IT partner they handle so much for my restaurant marketing posts reputation and so cheap on cost i feel like giving more offers to customer direct. I get more orders from them and grubhub is going down in store saves me more commission i do recommend them to every restaurant its a perfect partnership
Tip for consumers:
Use this site more dont go on competitors this will help restaurants and prices are never bumped up here not like others, if you wanna save money this is the site you use
I placed my order online. I did not get my order in its entirety. I called the business and they told me I had to call Google to fix my order. And instructed me to just call them next time. So now, how do I get a refund on the items that were not delivered?
I didn't. When you try to order, website sends you to Grabull.
Your software adds items to the cart BEFORE you click "add to cart". I have mistakenly ordered an extra pizza twice. Also there is no confirmation screen that shows the order in full before you commit to "place order." If there was such a screen I would have noticed the high total just before finalizing the order and gone back and corrected it. Also, just the fact that there's no grand total amount shown to you after you've added a tip is pretty annoying. I realized recently there is essentially a hidden fee charged by the restaurant that is not revealed to you at any point as a line item in the process of ordering. That leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Only online payment option for this restaurant.
Angelina's previous online ordering system was much better than this new one - there were far more options for individual items and it was a better interface which saved my personal information (address, CC numbers, etc.).
I didn't choose this system - I ordered from a place I've been ordering from for years now which switched to this new ordering system, unfortunately.
Truly terrible UI. No issue with the restaurant, it's Grabull's miserable site that is the problem.
I wish I didn’t have to use Grabull but it’s the only way to get delivery from this restaurant.
... each time I order online and pick-up. Maybe we should expect stuff to just work as promised instead of a participation trophy for doing what is expected. Everything worked as it should. Thank you...
That was what the restaurant used for online orders...
Some ui bugs on checkout. Exp date shows as 4 digits smashed together, not separated by a slash. Didn't recognize fields were filled out and blocked checkout until I cleared them and reentered the data.
This website is terrible. I wouldn't use it except I love this restaurant. I had to re-enter the order 4 times.
An impossible online ordering system which, if you get through it, gets you drivers that just don't show up. If you like over paying for cold food that the restaurant has to put right at their expense, and getting zero response from customer service, then this is the company for you. Their own website info (which I wish I'd looked at first) is barely even intelligible. Their only positive app reviews are obvious insider reviews. This isn't a real company. It's a bunch of amateurs trying not very hard to do something a dozen companies are already doing well. Save yourself the hassle and use one of the many established online food ordering platforms.
Checkout doesn't itemize all costs and highlight the subtotal - this can lead to deceptive practices that drive mistrust in your brand.
Restaurnts website option
We live less than one mile down the road from Feng's but website won't let us place order for delivery because they only deliver "within 4 miles". That makes no sense. Also there was no place at checkout to enter the discount code provided on Feng's website.
No choice, only option for online ordering at Fengs.
This restaurant is 1 mile down the road from us and I always get the error message that they cannot deliver because the delivery radius is 4.5 miles. Never had issue until recently.
I ordered food online and got great discounts and i wonder why would people put bad review on this company, seems like someone playing around i am using them for almost 4 months never had an issue rather i save money
Would have been perfect; just took off one star because of the confusion caused by the 1) telephone, and 2) the credit card expiration date box not allowing a "/" to separate month and year; you should make it clear before one enters the data
Did not choose Grabull; it is what this restaurant was using for takeout
Ordered a pizza online that was never delivered. Pizza shop said Grabull told them it was a pickup order.
So, I tried to call Grabull support on the phone number pasted all over thier web site
*******046 this is not Grabull, its Dell!
Using thier online support system of email results in an access denied message.
So, its impossible to contact them and kiss your money goodbye.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them, there is no way to resolve disputes.
You should have disclosed that you were charging me about $10 total in combined fees before asking me for my credit card information. There is no way to see the itemized bill prior to completing the transaction. Do better!
I had no choice my husband really wanted a burrito from this place
I used them 4 times and realize every time i order there is always a discount and when i search them online to put review and felt i should tell people that we go for using companies around who charge lot of money for food pretending to save money, but this company charge 50 cents an order for their fee, and give us good discounts always 10% 5 $ and more plus i always get 1% return reward in my account, use this company to save restaurants from other big Giants who charge huge commissions from restaurants
Well i see there are couple of people who mentioned something like their commission but i researched they have over 2000 restaurants now and amazing star rating son app, they are better than other 3rd parties who are sucking so much from us based on commission marketing cost but these people do deals on 5% to 8% and no one mentioned that they do so much ads on google for you and so on facebook insta and really help a restaurant have more orders on board from them than others, infact restaurants should be endorsing them more. I love them for my 6 stores
Tip for consumers:
Recommend them to all restaurants if you really wanna get one stop solution with all marketing needs
Products used:
I use their IT services for oNline orders for my 3 restaurants
The discounts are good, over all good experience. Ordered food couple of times and felt like writing about them because they service is nice. Went to pickup and restaurant owner was talking big about it, said we get good business and they dont even charge too much.
I work in a store that is inside a big box retailer. I specifically noted that it was to be delivered to my work station instead it was left at customer service of the big box store. No one at big box store knew anything about the order. It took me a trip to guest service to pick up my order.,
It was offered on the restaurant web sire
My work center is within a big box store. I specifically put on the where to deliver my food, It was left at customer service at the front of the store no where near my work center. I blame customer service too for letting it sit there for 2 hours.
It was offered at the sandwich shop
My experience was good but I didn't realize I was ordering through a third party until it was to late to turn back.
In general I try not to do this bc I support local business.
Next time I will just call directly and save the extra fees that were charged after I paid the initial delivery fee. $2.45 isn't much money but it's the principle.
I didn't. Thought it was an online ordering system through my local pizza place.
Won't use again
Cashier at restaurant said he received phone call with an unclear order. My food was not ready when I arrived, luckily the restaurant was willing to cook it up for me. I had to show them my confirmation email, they never knew the order. Failure, I will be avoiding this service from now on.
Because it was listed on the restaurant website.
Food came in a great time frame and still nice and hot. However, the coast was $20 more than had we chosen door dash or grub hub. Not only was the delivery fee higher, the actual product we chose, was $1 more thru grabull. That is significant
We chose Grabill because it was recommended by the restaurant as preferred. We assumed there was good reasoning behind it. We will not use grabull, again
Website is so easy to use. It took me no time at all to place my order.
Excellent service.
