The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
Unexpected fee feels unfair and makes me second guess ordering from here again. Considering that this is the cheapest option on the restaurant's end as I'm driving there and eating elsewhere, that means there is likely always some fee. If you need the extra money, just put it in the initial meal price.
Because there is online ordering. However the fee seemed kinda petty and I think I’ll just put up with doing a phone order somewhere else next time to see if the other restaurants are more upfront and fair with their pricing. I’m sure I’ll still enjoy my food though
UI says it's wants email address to keep you informed of order... then asks for other demographic data - I ignored because I assumed it was to create an account... no, it's to check out as a guest - once I followed next steps it prompted for credit card, which is what I would have expected... poor UI
I don't know how, but I thought I selected the 15% tip option when completing my order. Apparently I failed to do so. Please research who my driver was and let him know how much I appreciate his kind and gentle manner of pointing out that gratuity was still anticipated in that moment. He is an excellent individual.

Pretty disappointed the food was delivered 30 minutes past it's scheduled delivery time despite putting the order in the night before. Would not recommend this service for those planning an event and expecting delivery as scheduled.
The food was originally expected to take 45-50 minutes minutes but then didn't arrive for over an hour and a half - when I called the restaurant after 50 minutes to check in, they were friendly but told me the food was running only 15 minutes behind and was already out for delivery when it was actually another 45+ minute wait (and we only live ~5-10 mins driving from the restaurant). I ended up not getting it in time to eat during our lunch break and then had meetings by that time so ended up having to eat the sandwich and fries cold, so although the food was still yummy, it was a bit of a bummer

Ever since I bought food from here I have gotten weird transactions. I have back tracked everything either they are selling our card info or have weak security. Be very careful where you put your card.

You default to delivery, to a tip, and you don't allow an obvious way to delay pick up. All in all, less than impressive.

Your online credit card system has a problem. It calls for a date of the card as MM/YY, but then will only take 3 digits. When I put in 3, as in 3/25, it says it's receiving an illegal character. Yet, in that format, it works. But this should be fixed.
Sincerely appreciate the guy that brought the food! My number was actually wrong so the call never went through when he got here and tried to reach me. He still came inside and made sure I got it. Really really nice. Thank you!

I don't like the way the cost is not provided on the final confirmation screen or how you don't show the difference between"tax and fees." It makes it feel like you are trying to trick your customers. If you can't be transparent with what you're charging, it must be too much. I almost cancelled my order because my cost isn't clear. The practice is horrible for customer loyalty. Too bad. Your service is otherwise good.

This is the worst ordering site I've seen. It's not that intuitive to navigate, especially after using the previous website for years. I also got my order booted out because I was in another window for thirty seconds. I was already logged in. Why not keep my cart? Very frustrating.

When I went to pickup my order it had not even been placed into the oven yet. My guess is that because the restaurant was busy, the customers who placed orders in person or by phone received priority. I might try the restaurant again but will not use the online ordering next time.

Final price is super inflated from subtotal and it doesn't show why. After some time and frustration we figure out it was adding an automatic tip, credit card fee, tax, and delivery fee. PLEASE show the breakdown, otherwise it makes it look like a scam! Thanks.

Had only two people working and placed my order online and then by the pickup time they had not even made it yet. Had to end of waiting extra 20 min to get order. Be more realistic on the pickup times if you only have one cook working. Very frustrating when on a tight schedule.
Preferred app for restaurant
Multiple people have complained about fraudulent activity on their cards after using this company to order food. They are well aware of this fraud too but yet refuse to do anything about it. If you really and truly care about your card information then I highly advise not to use this company to order food.
The selection menu for one of the burger sets was wrong. It has impossible as a type instead of the normal bun. This resulted in me getting impossible patties instead of angus for one set. The instructions for the restaurant were also not straightforward. I clarified via phone but then ended up with some incorrect items anyway. Food was good, though. The ordering just could have been a lot easier.
