The guy I called from the restaurant was not helpful at all…my food was sitting there for a while before i came down because how was i supposed to know? It said 60 minutes so I went down in 60 minutes and it was cold. You could tell it was there for a while. Why would they not call the customer and confirm drop off? And why would the guy on the phone from the restaurant laugh on the phone when I asked him when my food was going to get dropped off as he says idk? So weird
I had a very positive experience. I placed an order to be delivered several hours later and the delivery was right on time.

Grabull keeps sending me $#*!ing email to talk about my $#*!ing experience and instead of just "click yay and optionally do more if you want", it's trying to force me into writing a review, so, uh, no thanks. The food was good, though, because the restaurant is tasty.
It said there was a coupon for $15 off if I spent $100 but I could not get it to work. So I reduced my order.
This was not a great experience. My delivery was over an hour late, I had to call the restaurant. They told me to come pick it up. When I arrived at restaurant they had sent it with the driver. VERY frustrating experience.
