Proactively asks for customer feedback

The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
The re-order function did not work. It was a delivery and I change it for pickup deleted a few meal and got a message saying session expired. I tried again and it did not work. I had to take a pictures of the historic order to have a list of what I wanted to reorder, then putting everything one by one. Please fix reorder function.
I tried to click delivery. It said, based on my zip code that I couldn't get delivery because I was more than 5 miles away. But, I'm only 2.2 miles from the restaurant location. So basing it on zip code, not address, is obviously faulty.
It was my only option to order from this restaurant.
I ordered, paid and got the confirmation email. I showed up when it said I should. And the order never got sent to the restaurant! I showed up and they didn't have a clue. Good thing the owner is the sweetest human alive. I just hope they get paid for the order. Everything is fine but this system blows
I won’t most likely
I had placed an order and expected it to take a while because it was a busy time of day. After an hour I started wondering where my order was and tried to find a way to track it but I only had the email they had sent confirming my order. Finally, I went outside and my order was sitting on my porch and was cold at that point. The driver had not knocked or called or texted to let me know it was dropped off. Not happy at all.
It was the one on the restaurant site.
I was trying to check out as a guest and that experience was unsuccessful. Grabull emptied my cart and made do the work all over again twice. Eventually, I set up an account, which I'm sure was the site's goal, but doesn't make me look favorably on this service. I reward crappy customer service by avoiding the service as much as possible and will do my best not to use Grabull in the future.
Because I had no choice.

My order was missing the two juices I ordered for my children and I immediately called the customer service number provided. The man who answered was in place that was very hard to hear him due to significant background noise and distraction. People talking, loud video game/tv and/ or outside noise that made both him and I hard to understand. He said he would call the store and put me on hold. He came back and said he'd have to call back to the store to talk to a manager for the refund. I informed him that I just actually wanted the drinks i ordered and not a refund. He said he'd call me back in a few mins. I did not get a phone call back for almost 2 hrs to inform me I was being refunded.

The ordering process was actually quite good, so kudos! The credit card entry process was bad because you state the format of the expiration date is "MM/YY" but your form will not accept the "/". You should fix that. Plus, my bank declined GRABULL transaction, so you're coming up as a fraud business.
Versa Punjab directed me to pay via GRABULL
Ordered on line and went to pick up my order. The kid at the counter said someone called him with my name and order and he told them that he did not receive it and hung up. Looked me in the eye and said he has no order. When I showed him my online order through GRABULL, he said "oh hold on" walked over to the tablet and refreshed it and said "there it is!". So one hour and thirty minutes after I placed my order my food was ready. Once I got it home I found that he gave me undercooked chicken wings, baked ravioli instead or regular ravioli and the chocolate mousse cake had mold on it. Never again.
Utter stupidity.
Delivered driver refused to deliver to hotel room/lobby. He told me he wasn't allowed to do that. I was charged a $4.99 delivery fee and I had pre-paid tip of $5.00. I ordered from DoorDash the rest of the week and every delivery person delivered to my room door. I will never use your delivery service again.
Explained the situation to customer service rep, they said, they would contact the driver and call me back. Never heard from them after my initial call.
This is what was available via the restaurants website. Will never use your delivery service again.
Poor quality ordering app. Says total must be 25$ for delivery, says to click proceed directly under my subtotal which reads $25.35. Button is still big and blue center of screen to proceed but pressing it does nothing, no error message, nothing. So I assume it's tax order something bringing order over 25, I go back and nope the total says about 17$. I almost just closed out and ordered elsewhere but decided I'll just do pickup since the app is junk, I get to the paying page and it doesn't even say the freaking total of my order? Asking me for tips (to who?) And asking for donations to covid relief fund? Jesus christ that crap is done and I don't care about your fund, I want to order food. Then bottom button says place orde4, again NO TOTAL anywhere on the page. How much am I going to be charged if I press to place the order? This is common sense, or at least we thought it was but I guess not. Get new developers or at the very least TRY THE APP YOURSELF. Won't use this site again
I was forced to since the restaurant directed me there for online ordering. Won't order from there again, unless the food turns out amazing. Then I'll call and order next time
Service was mostly great. I was not notified about the delivery. I called the vendor (King's Roast Beef) who said the delivery person had called my number but they never did, or at least I didn't get any calls. Checked my order confirmation and the number was correct. Because I did not get a call, I waited longer for the food before I knew it had been delivered. Besides this miscommunication, however, service was great.
That is the service my vendor (King's Roast Beef) uses.
Order was suppose to come for 640, delivered at 7:15 ish 7:20. Tried going to get the food myself the longer it took for the driver to get to the restaurant, had to turn around half way there when I saw they finally picked it up. Shouldn't have tipped the driver extra. Kind of rude, kind of off putting.
It was the only option from the place I was ordering delivery from.
Your data validation is terrible. When you ask for a date field in YYMM, and someone puts in YY/MM,_your_ code should be smart enough to handle the slash. Don't put it on the user to correct for you. UX 101 guys.
I. Placed the order before I left work, took 15 minutes to get there they said they didn't receive any order then they check computer, and found it got a confirmation it would be 15 minutes, took 35 minutes.
Wanted the food without waiting.
Like Indian food.
The restaurant cancelled my order without explanation. The last time I ordered something from Bukhara the wrong order was delivered. About a half hour later they attempted to recover the wrong order to deliver it to another customer, and to deliver my order but I had opened it. I think they were unhappy with me for opening the wrong order. They did not take responsibility for the error but blamed me instead for the error instead. Somehow. I don't quite get it. However, anyone can make a mistake and I did make another order, this one, from them but this is the last time. Very sad. Not a good outcome at all.
You were on their website.
Why do we have to click on a checkbox to select an item instead of just clicking anywhere in the box?
The tip percent did not show up until I clicked on a different percent (it defaulted to 15%, so I had to click on 20% for it to show up).
I received an email two days after my order, which said, "If you haven't received your order yet, wait 24-48 hours then send an email to *******@grabull.com." That doesn't make any sense. Do you guys do other things besides food? An hour late for a food delivery is already way too long, so several days late is completely crazy.
Supporting a local business
I ordered ice cream I did get a text but it did not have my address, it showed a different address. But they never called or ran the doorbell when they delivered, just a text and left my ice cream outside in 80 degree weather.
They called and let me know what the address meant but I don’t think that it makes sense to put the address of where it’s coming from. I didn’t know that address of where I was ordering so I thought that the delivery was by mistake. My name was nowhere in the text nor my address or the restaurants name. They said they will talk to the tech support. Because I said they needed to at least ring the doorbell, handed it to someone, or something personalized with the persons name.
Credit card info doesn't autofill, UI is slow and clunky, password reset doesn't take you to password change, just lets you in. Address doesn't autofill either. Literally the worst food ordering sure I've ever used
I have twice ordered from Nirvana in Cambridge, MA. Great Indian restaurant that uses Grabull. BOTH times, I have had fraudulent activity on my credit card within hours. I did not attribute it to Grabull the first time, but the second - the pattern is incontrovertible.
While the food was great, the delivery experience was terrible. There was no way to track the order, or contact the Delivery company. The food eventually arrived after almost 2 hours, and was cold. Not being able to track the driver or contact anyone was very frustrating.
They only responded 2 days later, with a computer generated response.
It was the only option available for the food/restaurant that I wanted to order.
Every time I added something to the menu I had to re-enter my zipcode, and it was unintuitive how to get back. Plus when entering credit card no. Etc it would be helpful if the fields automatically switched to numbers only. Thank you
I came in when the app said to and the order hadn't even been processed yet. Had to wait around about 5 minutes before anyone even came out to see me, then waited another 20 minutes for the food. Very inconvenient.
It was the only option on their website.
Order was it received by restaurant. Order was not ready when I arrived. Then the process to fix the problem was difficult and frustrating though I think mostly because the restaurant employee was clueless as to how to deal with the problem.
It was linked to the restaurant website.
I didn't. I chose House of kebab
Placed an online order for Big A Subshop on Saturday 5/13, around 8:30pm. My order amount was $46.70 but my card on file was charged $48.70. I did not leave a tip. And I can provide proof of both receipt from you, and charge on my debit card.
Please advise.
Any help is much appreciated.
No one got back to me
Usually good
