The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.

It was easy to get around on site. Couldn't find the salad menu. I couldn't find pictures of the sandwiches. So far we shutting else seemed fine. I still need to pick up order
I was looking for a place that made fresh Delhi. Sandwiches and noah's was the first to come up in the list of places in rancho cordova.
Haven't picked up food yet, but if I have to write a fifty word response just to get my order processed, I won't use the app again.

Finally tried the chicken momos and they were great.
The Naan was good as well. Best fresh. And they cut it for you. I got it with the intention of using with my shishkabobs.

The meal was delivered to the wrong house so we had to start from scratch and if I hadn't called to inquire, I never would have known. You should let customers track order.
They called the restaurant right away but when they learned it had already been delivered they said I needed to call the restaurant directly to deal with it. Not great customer service!
This was the only delivery option this restaurant had. Would not use again.

Order placed at 6:10. Food arrived at 7:50. Restaurant is 18 minutes away.
If your kitchen is over an hour behind, turn off online ordering.
Delivery person came right to our room in the office building & was very courteous & came at the EXACT time we placed the advance order for! Worked perfectly!
Worked extremely well except Grabull didn't allow for beverages to be added to restaurant still needed to be called.

I ordered at 9, they closed at 10. I didn't hear anything by 10:10 so I called, food was delivered shortly after but it was cold. I had to throw the curly fries in my toaster over and microwave the pizza a little.

I would like to tip the driver in person, but there is no place to say that. I don't want him to think I won't tip him, and I have heard from drivers that some delivery apps scoop their tips.

I shouldn't need to enter email. Worried about marketing. UI pretty jenk. You should charge a flat subscription fee to the restaurant instead of skimming a service fee off each order if you actually want to "support" them.
