The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
I attempted to save a credit card in the user profile, because the name on the card I'm using is different than the name of the account. The form I entered the card information into had no way to submit.
Very difficult to use platform for ordering - difficult to select items and edit items. Difficult to go between different stages of the transaction screens did not allow for auto fill of my credit card information.
Had no other choice as the restaurant from which I’m ordering seems to use this as their platform which in my opinion was a terrible idea on the restaurant’s part as Grabull is horrible
I was excited to order with this restaurant, but the ordering platform did not transfer my order to the restaurant. Thankfully the restaurant made my order after I explained what was happening. My credit card was charged, but the restaurant did not have the order. Hopefully they received the payment...
The phone number listed on the website was picked up by a fax machine. I sent an email, but it was not answered quick enough to help.

I did not want to sign up for this service. I wanted to check out as a guest. But I could not. My order was lost UNLESS I signed up for this service. I do not like being forced to sign up for a service. I want to get food from the restaurant. I will now get a torrent of unwanted emails. I do not like this.
Be careful about this business, they get your information for your business, then they will call other 3rd party website you are doing business with and will pretend as the owner of your store just to get your Google page. The person leading them Mr. Piyush have all the guts to call other companies and cancel my account with them though I did not give them any instruction to do so. Very shady business. Beware!
The driver called me to tell me he was outside. He was at the wrong address. I had to tell him about 6 times how to get to my house. He was on the wrong street the whole time. I told him to use his gps. After about 10 minutes he showed up

The web experience is unstable, page errored out twice before finally reloading. And being forced to leave a comment in order to give a negative review is a clever attempt at reducing negative reviews.
Food was delivered to a wrong address, no call/text when the food was delivered to avoid the confusion, I walked for more than 30 minutes in the rain and was not able to find the food. Called customer service multiple times to put me in touch with the driver and driver did not answer! This was my first and last time using Grabull especially since I found out that they do their delivery by Doordash!
The guy was very patient and understanding, I blame everything on the driver.

Website does not remember my credit card, and does not support Apple Pay. Service takes forever to send verification code if you reset password, anddoes not work well with password complete tools. The Grabull tool makes me want to close my browser and shop elsewhere.

I ordered chicken n waffles through this service. It was quick and easy.
The only questionable thing was that the order was set for pickup for the next day (says the email). But I picked ASAP (same night). I went to the restaraunt and they quickly made my food. It was wonderful.

Before placing an order for the next day I saw that my phone had the option to do so. However, when I tried to do the same thing on the computer it skipped a day. A minor inconvenience, but overall I like how using Grabull gave me the option to order days in advance.

The order I placed arrived an hour late, which was halfway through the event I was ordering for. The driver did not show up in the right location and I had to walk down the street to meet him. I gave very specific instructions for delivery when I placed the order online. It also took me 4 calls to finally get an update on when the food was being delivered. The driver was kind an apologetic and I am not sure if he was associated with Grabull or the restaurant, but overall the order was not worth it.
The customer service team was kind but their updates were not very helpful and I had to call back multiple times.

Feel the service could be better. Also the food is cheaper if you just call and order from the restaurant... then you ask for a donation to a covid relief fund and for me to tip? You guys okay over there or just reaching out for handouts...
Seems that the food was sitting at the restaurant waiting for a driver for so long that by the time it arrived over an hour after ordering it was so cold we had to microwave some items and throw away fried items that were soggy and dried out as well as cold.
The driver was very courteous and polite but I wouldn't use this service again it wasn't worth the wait and loss of food

Wanted to go directly to restaurant website, not intermediary.
Going through Grabull has involved a series of unneccesary emails.
Request for review even before food arrived.
Then 2 email updates re: pick up time, both giving wrong time, 2nd one extending the wait time for my food to almost an hour, which was incorrect.
Grabull got my order right, that's the only reason this isn't a 1-star review.
Forced choice, which I do not appreciate
Even after waiting as long as the confirmation email said to, our order was not ready, and even on reminding the staff they had to go find the order and it still took another 15-20 minutes (for 2 burritos).

This site is a disaster to use. Examples: Restaurants I've ordered from don't appear by default. The fields for filling in credit card info don't accept browser autofill. The credit card number won't accept spaces.
The mobile app is worse—I deleted it because I couldn't fill out the expiration date for a credit card.
Come on guys, get it together.

I was redirected tothe Grabull website when trying yo place a takeoutorder. Next time I will call it in directly. It's very confusing to add gratuity and make people change or remove it. I kept wondering why my bill was so high. The prices were listed incorrectly, so I was unaware there were extra charges for sauces. I therefore got charged for two separate transactions. Grabull has prices listed incorrectly.

Ordering was a snap. Got a text from a DoorDash driver complaining that he received the order 20 minutes late. I didn't order from DoorDash, I hate DoorDash. If I had know DoorDash would be used I would have just licked it up. Next time I will.

There was a problem with my order so that I was charged for duplicate items. I needed a partial refund, but the restaurant said I had to get the money through Grabull. In response to my email to Grabull explaining the problem, I received an automated email from Sitejabber that did not offer me any adequate options to resolve the problem.
Grabull owes me $20 for the duplicate charge since I only received one item from the restaurant but was charged for two.

I have used Grabull many times without issue. This time it took 2 hrs from the time I ordered to the time I received my delivery. I'm not sure where the breakdown was, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. So now I will think harder about using this platform to order again.

I was told at the time of order that my food would be delivered by 6pm. At 630 I called the restaurant and Grabull to figure out what the story was, and the restaurant informed me that Grabull hadn't sent anyone to even pick up the food yet. At around 7pm, I opted to drive the 15 minutes to pick the food up after the restaurant had confirmed that it was sitting there getting cold. I was in contact with Grabull to understand what was happening, and the communication was at best inaccurate and at worst dishonest. It's hard for me to emphasize how poor of an experience this was. Given this experience, I'll never order with Grabull again.

One minor issue was that the system timed out as I was ordering! Had to enter in the entire order for 6 people and payment info all over again.
The main problem was that we ordered online, then showed up at the restaurant 10 minutes later. They hadn't even started the order because they didn't get it yet. The manager was not on site and didn't immediately send the order to the employees at the restaurant. The ordering system also didn't block out menu items that were not available, so after arriving, I was asked to pick two other dishes to substitute for the ones that they couldn't make due to lack of ingredients.
The wait time as a result of the poor app and poor management communication was 1 hour. I will not use Grabull again.
Second, when I read info on the app site, the English grammar is so unprofessionally written, as if by someone from another country who was too cheap to hire someone to clean up the writing for them.
