The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
The dressing choices for salads weren't correct. They didn't have all the options available so I had to write a note to make sure I got what I wanted.

A lot of misspelling in the menu. For ex. "Salman" instead of "Salmon". There was more than one. Might want to fix that.

The layout of the menus make it easy to order especially if the restaurant has a lot of food options. It would be cool to also have the option to see a picture of the food.

Driver was late. Refused to deliver to my door and basically stated too bad that he forgot to bring my drinks. Didn't even offer a refund.
Hoping for a better experience than last delivery occurrence.
I was surprised when a default tip of 15% was initially added and my order price jumped by $12 from what was listed in the cart.
Mobile site does not show entire order when reviewing order/payment is prompted. Desktop version does; allow same view for mobile, too.

I'm on the mobile site - when i click place order and while filling up the card info, i'd like to see the summary of my order. I can't do that now.
Have always used the online ordering feature for delivery with grabull and it's been smooth sailing. Efficient with times and I've always had great service. Would recommend, 10/10!

Extra money is being charged after checkout it showed as 50.7 during checkout but my card was charged 52.70
Why is the total charge not the same as my cart? Looks like hidden fees that are not properly explained or shown fully in the cart.
